糯米是糯稻脱壳的米,是制造粘性小吃,如粽、八宝粥、各式甜品的主要原料,糯米含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、钙、磷、铁、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸及淀粉等,营养丰富,为温补强壮食品,具有补中益气,健脾养胃,止虚汗之功效,对食欲不佳,腹胀腹泻有一定缓解作用。

本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种红枣腰果八宝粥,由下述重量份的原料组成:
糯米100-150、莲子芯20-28、百合花4-8、韭菜20-25、芹菜2-3、亚麻籽4-6、葡萄干8-12、冬桑叶3-7、钩藤1-3、黄苓3-5、穿心莲4-6、苹果原醋5-10、杏仁2-3、腰果2-4、红枣3-5,水及食盐适量。
所述的红枣腰果八宝粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将冬桑叶、钩藤、黄苓、穿心莲加3-5倍的水,在0.1-0.2MPa下煮15-30分钟,冷却后加入苹果原醋混合均匀,研磨成浆压滤,得营养液,同时,将滤渣烘干备用;
(2)将芹菜洗净后杀青,杀青温度为90-96℃,时间2-4分钟,将杀青后的芹菜过3-5℃的冷水冲淋,沥干切碎,在35-40℃下烘烤至含水量为10-14%,取出,与亚麻籽、葡萄干混合研碎,与滤渣一并炒制熟香,再加3-5倍水煮沸20-30分钟,过滤去渣,滤液浓缩,得果蔬汁;
(3)将百合花、韭菜用含有5-8%食盐的盐水冲洗干净,冷冻干燥剁碎,得百合花韭菜混合物。此工艺保持了百合花和韭菜的原色,能增强消费者食欲,达到秀色可餐的效果;
(4)将糯米与莲子芯混合,加入混料60-80%的水旺火蒸煮20-30分钟,加入营养液、果蔬汁、百合花韭菜混合物及其他剩余原料,混合搅拌均匀,在5~10Mpa压力下均质1~2次;
(5)加水大火煮沸5-10分钟后改小火熬至稠状,罐装封口,再进行温度85~121℃,时间5~40分钟杀菌,即得所述红枣腰果八宝粥。

本发明以糯米、莲子芯为主料,生产的八宝粥营养丰富均衡,口感细腻滑润,气味芳香,清新酸爽,同时配以钩藤等中药成分,具有降血压、降血糖、降血脂、养颜、增强人体免疫力的功效,保健价值高。钩藤具有镇静、降压、清热平肝、息风定惊的功能,通过抑制血管运动中枢神经,起到很好的降压作用;亚麻籽不含胆固醇,富含纤维种子,对人的皮肤、细胞、血管、神经等极具营养价值,具有降血压、调节血脂、降低胆固醇、预防梗塞、防治糖尿病、增强智力、养颜美容、抗癌、抗衰老等功效;黄苓,含有丰富的活性矿物质,能够刺激、强健神经,有较明显的降压作用。本发明不含任何化学防腐剂,属于绿色食品,适用于各种人群,尤其适合于高血压、高血糖、高血脂人群,长期使用,有益健康。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种红枣腰果八宝粥,由下述重量份的原料组成:
糯米100、莲子芯20、百合花4、韭菜20、芹菜2、亚麻籽4、葡萄干8、冬桑叶3、钩藤1、黄苓3、穿心莲4、苹果原醋5、杏仁2、腰果2、红枣3,水及食盐适量。
所述的红枣腰果八宝粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将冬桑叶、钩藤、黄苓、穿心莲加3倍的水,在0.1MPa下煮15分钟,冷却后加入苹果原醋混合均匀,研磨成浆压滤,得营养液,同时,将滤渣烘干备用;
(2)将芹菜洗净后杀青,杀青温度为90℃,时间2分钟,将杀青后的芹菜过3℃的冷水冲淋,沥干切碎,在35℃下烘烤至含水量为10%,取出,与亚麻籽、葡萄干混合研碎,与滤渣一并炒制熟香,再加3倍水煮沸20分钟,过滤去渣,滤液浓缩,得果蔬汁;
(3)将百合花、韭菜用含有5%食盐的盐水冲洗干净,冷冻干燥剁碎,得百合花韭菜混合物;
(4)将糯米与莲子芯混合,加入混料60%的水旺火蒸煮20分钟,加入营养液、果蔬汁、百合花韭菜混合物及其他剩余原料,混合搅拌均匀,在5Mpa压力下均质2次;
(5)加水大火煮沸5分钟后改小火熬至稠状,罐装封口,再进行温度85℃,时间40分钟杀菌,即得所述红枣腰果八宝粥。
实施例2
一种红枣腰果八宝粥,由下述重量份的原料组成:
糯米150、莲子芯28、百合花8、韭菜25、芹菜3、亚麻籽6、葡萄干12、冬桑叶7、钩藤3、黄苓5、穿心莲6、苹果原醋10、杏仁3、腰果4、红枣5,水及食盐适量。
所述的红枣腰果八宝粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将冬桑叶、钩藤、黄苓、穿心莲加5倍的水,在0.2MPa下煮30分钟,冷却后加入苹果原醋混合均匀,研磨成浆压滤,得营养液,同时,将滤渣烘干备用;
(2)将芹菜洗净后杀青,杀青温度为96℃,时间4分钟,将杀青后的芹菜过5℃的冷水冲淋,沥干切碎,在40℃下烘烤至含水量为14%,取出,与亚麻籽、葡萄干混合研碎,与滤渣一并炒制熟香,再加5倍水煮沸30分钟,过滤去渣,滤液浓缩,得果蔬汁;
(3)将百合花、韭菜用含有8%食盐的盐水冲洗干净,冷冻干燥剁碎,得百合花韭菜混合物;
(4)将糯米与莲子芯混合,加入混料80%的水旺火蒸煮30分钟,加入营养液、果蔬汁、百合花韭菜混合物及其他剩余原料,混合搅拌均匀,在10Mpa压力下均质1次;
(5)加水大火煮沸10分钟后改小火熬至稠状,罐装封口,再进行温度121℃,时间5分钟杀菌,即得所述红枣腰果八宝粥。
实施例3
一种红枣腰果八宝粥,由下述重量份的原料组成:
糯米130、莲子芯25、百合花6、韭菜23、芹菜3、亚麻籽5、葡萄干10、冬桑叶5、钩藤2、黄苓4、穿心莲5、苹果原醋8、杏仁2、腰果3、红枣4,水及食盐适量。
所述的红枣腰果八宝粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将冬桑叶、钩藤、黄苓、穿心莲加4倍的水,在0.1MPa下煮20分钟,冷却后加入苹果原醋混合均匀,研磨成浆压滤,得营养液,同时,将滤渣烘干备用;
(2)将芹菜洗净后杀青,杀青温度为94℃,时间3分钟,将杀青后的芹菜过4℃的冷水冲淋,沥干切碎,在38℃下烘烤至含水量为12%,取出,与亚麻籽、葡萄干混合研碎,与滤渣一并炒制熟香,再加4倍水煮沸25分钟,过滤去渣,滤液浓缩,得果蔬汁;
(3)将百合花、韭菜用含有7%食盐的盐水冲洗干净,冷冻干燥剁碎,得百合花韭菜混合物;
(4)将糯米与莲子芯混合,加入混料70%的水旺火蒸煮25分钟,加入营养液、果蔬汁、百合花韭菜混合物及其他剩余原料,混合搅拌均匀,在7Mpa压力下均质2次;
(5)加水大火煮沸9分钟后改小火熬至稠状,罐装封口,再进行温度110℃,时间11分钟杀菌,即得所述红枣腰果八宝粥。
Claims (2)
1.一种红枣腰果八宝粥,其特征在于由下述重量份的原料组成:
糯米100-150、莲子芯20-28、百合花4-8、韭菜20-25、芹菜2-3、亚麻籽4-6、葡萄干8-12、冬桑叶3-7、钩藤1-3、黄苓3-5、穿心莲4-6、苹果原醋5-10、杏仁2-3、腰果2-4、红枣3-5,水及食盐适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的红枣腰果八宝粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将冬桑叶、钩藤、黄苓、穿心莲加3-5倍的水,在0.1-0.2MPa下煮15-30分钟,冷却后加入苹果原醋混合均匀,研磨成浆压滤,得营养液,同时,将滤渣烘干备用;
(2)将芹菜洗净后杀青,杀青温度为90-96℃,时间2-4分钟,将杀青后的芹菜过3-5℃的冷水冲淋,沥干切碎,在35-40℃下烘烤至含水量为10-14%,取出,与亚麻籽、葡萄干混合研碎,与滤渣一并炒制熟香,再加3-5倍水煮沸20-30分钟,过滤去渣,滤液浓缩,得果蔬汁;
(3)将百合花、韭菜用含有5-8%食盐的盐水冲洗干净,冷冻干燥剁碎,得百合花韭菜混合物;
(4)将糯米与莲子芯混合,加入混料60-80%的水旺火蒸煮20-30分钟,加入营养液、果蔬汁、百合花韭菜混合物及其他剩余原料,混合搅拌均匀,在5~10Mpa压力下均质1~2次;
(5)加水大火煮沸5-10分钟后改小火熬至稠状,罐装封口,再进行温度85~121℃,时间5~40分钟杀菌,即得所述红枣腰果八宝粥。
