油莎豆焖煮至熟透,捣压成泥,加入红酒搅拌成浆,得莎豆浆;将去核南酸枣、树仔菜分别洗净沥干,加水煮沸,加入猪皮冻及其他剩余原料熬煮至稠状,打制成浆,与莎豆浆混合,液渣分离,滤渣再次加滤液研磨成浆,过滤去渣,合并滤液,喷雾干燥,得粉体即可。
所述的适于儿童饮用的蓝莓果汁的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将罗望子处理洗净得到果肉,与洗净泡发海带一并破碎,加2-3倍水磨制成浆,入笼蒸制熟香,过滤去渣,得浆液;
(2)、将沙苑子、柚子皮、柠檬草、向日葵叶等中药原料混合,加6-10倍水煎煮2-3小时,过滤去渣,滤液超滤得澄清液;
(3)、将香蕉泥、牛奶、浆液、澄清液搅拌均匀,文火加热至60-75℃,保温20-40分钟,经灭菌冷却后接入混合液重量的0.02-0.1%的乳酸菌种,在 35-50℃下发酵 3-5小时完成发酵,过滤去渣,滤液灭菌,得发酵液;
(4)、将蓝莓除杂洗净,送入果浆机,加2-4倍水打制成浆,与发酵液及其他剩余原料搅拌均匀,在55-70℃焖润30-45分钟,经均质、灭菌灌装即得。
本发明中茅岩莓属落叶藤本植物(葡萄科),其有效成分主要是黄酮,同时含有亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、蛋氨酸等人体必需的17种氨基酸和钾、钙、铁、锌、硒等14种微量元素,其中黄酮最高检测含量为9.31%,是目前发现的所有植物中黄酮含量最高的,被称为“黄酮之王”;具有杀菌抗炎、清热解毒、镇痛消肿、降脂降压、润喉止咳、提高人体免疫力等功能;
荚蒾为忍冬科植物荚蒾的茎、叶,治小儿疳积,能下气、消谷;
树仔菜又名泰国枸杞、天绿香,为大戟科守宫木属多年生木本植物,富含多种氨基酸、维生素、纤维素、糖等,品质优良,能补充人体对各种氨基酸的需要,减少疾病,同时具有清凉去热、消除头痛、降低血压等功效;
罗望子又名酸角,为豆科酸角属的果实,富含糖、醋酸、酒石酸、蚁酸、柠檬酸等成分,开胃助消化,还含有钙、磷、铁等多种矿物质元素,特别是含钙量在水果中名列前茅,可生津消暑、清热解毒、消除咽喉疼痛。酸角对腹泻、气胀、麻风病、麻痹、瘫痪疗效显著,还可以防治坏血病、胆汁过多,能杀死人体内的寄生虫,缓解酒精、曼陀罗中毒;
乌蔹莓是葡萄科植物乌蔹莓的全草,有凉血解毒、利尿消肿的效用。

本发明适于儿童饮用的蓝莓果汁,富含蛋白质、维生素、矿质元素等有益成分,营养丰富,且易被人体消化吸收,口感酸甜美味,风味独特,特别受儿童接收喜爱,同时添加多种无毒副作用中药有益成份,具有清热解毒、抗菌消炎、开胃助消、明目的功效,提高抗病体质。
具体实施方式
一种适于儿童饮用的蓝莓果汁,是由以下重量(克)的原料组成:
蓝莓60、香蕉泥15、罗望子12、海带15、沙苑子2、柚子皮3、青黛1、乌蔹莓1、珍珠草2、刘寄奴1、厚朴2、柠檬草2、向日葵叶3、蜂蜜5、牛奶15、食品添加剂10、适量水;
所述的食品添加剂由下述重量(克)的原料制成:油莎豆25、南酸枣15、树仔菜10、茅岩莓8、莲须5、荚蒾4、月见草籽粉8、猪皮冻15、红酒30、柠檬汁4、食盐3;
所述的食品添加剂的的制备方法为:将茅岩莓、莲须、荚蒾混合加水煎煮2次,每次加水量为混合物重的5倍,过滤去渣,合并滤液,加入除杂洗净油莎豆焖煮至熟透,捣压成泥,加入红酒搅拌成浆,得莎豆浆;将去核南酸枣、树仔菜分别洗净沥干,加水煮沸,加入猪皮冻及其他剩余原料熬煮至稠状,打制成浆,与莎豆浆混合,液渣分离,滤渣再次加滤液研磨成浆,过滤去渣,合并滤液,喷雾干燥,得粉体即可。

(4)、将蓝莓除杂洗净,送入果浆机,加4倍水打制成浆,与发酵液及其他剩余原料搅拌均匀,在60℃焖润35分钟,经均质、灭菌灌装即得。
Claims (2)
1.一种适于儿童饮用的蓝莓果汁,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料组成:
蓝莓40-60、香蕉泥10-15、罗望子6-12、海带8-15、沙苑子2-3、柚子皮2-3、青黛1-2、乌蔹莓1-2、珍珠草1-2、刘寄奴1-2、厚朴2-3、柠檬草1-2、向日葵叶1-3、蜂蜜4-6、牛奶10-15、食品添加剂5-10、适量水;
所述的食品添加剂由下述重量份的原料制成:油莎豆10-30、南酸枣10-15、树仔菜5-10、茅岩莓4-8、莲须2-5、荚蒾2-5、月见草籽粉5-10、猪皮冻8-15、红酒15-30、柠檬汁3-5、食盐2-4;
所述的食品添加剂的的制备方法为:将茅岩莓、莲须、荚蒾混合加水煎煮1-2次,每次加水量为混合物重的3-5倍,过滤去渣,合并滤液,加入除杂洗净

2.一种如权利要求1所述的适于儿童饮用的蓝莓果汁的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将罗望子处理洗净得到果肉,与洗净泡发海带一并破碎,加2-3倍水磨制成浆,入笼蒸制熟香,过滤去渣,得浆液;
(2)、将沙苑子、柚子皮、柠檬草、向日葵叶等中药原料混合,加6-10倍水煎煮2-3小时,过滤去渣,滤液超滤得澄清液;
(3)、将香蕉泥、牛奶、浆液、澄清液搅拌均匀,文火加热至60-75℃,保温20-40分钟,经灭菌冷却后接入混合液重量的0.02-0.1%的乳酸菌种,在 35-50℃下发酵 3-5小时完成发酵,过滤去渣,滤液灭菌,得发酵液;
(4)、将蓝莓除杂洗净,送入果浆机,加2-4倍水打制成浆,与发酵液及其他剩余原料搅拌均匀,在55-70℃焖润30-45分钟,经均质、灭菌灌装即得。
