背景技术
传统的多尺寸确定测量设备（MDMD）基于系统的预确定的精度来捕获诸如包裹或集装箱之类的对象的三维尺寸（即长度、宽度、高度）。在美国国家标准技术研究所（NIST）标准中，系统的这种预确定的精度水平被称为精度分度（division）。
一些MDMD设备支持以不同精度分度的操作，但这些精度分度仍然是预确定的。例如，MDMD可以针对具有小于50cm的尺寸的对象提供具有1cm的精度的测量结果，并且可以针对具有大于50cm的尺寸的对象提供具有2cm的精度的测量结果。

发明内容
因而，本发明的一方面公开了一种移动尺寸确定设备，包括：显示器；非易失性存储装置；一个或多个传感器；输入子系统；一个或多个处理器；以及包含指令的存储器，所述指令可由一个或多个处理器执行，由此设备可操作成：基于从一个或多个传感器所接收的信息针对所测量的对象的测量环境导出一个或多个精度参数；基于一个或多个精度参数而计算精度水平；确定精度水平是否对应于充分测量环境；如果精度水平对应于充分测量环境，则在显示器上显示测量环境是充分的指示以及使得能够实现测量结果捕获的捕获图标；响应于在捕获图标处所接收的输入而捕获测量结果；在显示器上显示对象的尺寸；以及记录对象的尺寸。

本发明包含使用动态精度而同时仍然与NIST标准兼容的移动尺寸确定设备的概念。即便精度分度是动态的并且不是预确定的，本发明的移动尺寸确定设备也在测量结果捕获之前报告实际的尺寸确定，并且因此可以被认证并用在商业交易中。此外，由于针对MDMD的NIST标准从国际法制计量组织（OIML）R129标准导出，所以本发明的移动尺寸确定设备应当符合于OIML R 129标准以及从OIML R 129导出的任何其它标准。

如果未检测到捕获事件（路径411），则移动尺寸确定器设备进行检查以了解是否已经检测到调节（步骤402），如早前所述的。
如果检测到捕获事件（路径413），则实际地测量对象的尺寸（步骤416），显示尺寸（步骤418），并且记录尺寸（步骤420）。在一些实施例中，当显示对象尺寸时，还显示用于每一个尺寸的相关联的精度分度。在其它实施例中，仅显示对象尺寸。过程然后结束（步骤422）。

基于从一个或多个传感器所接收的信息针对所测量的对象的测量环境导出一个或多个精度参数；
基于一个或多个精度参数而计算精度水平；
确定精度水平是否对应于充分测量环境；
如果精度水平对应于充分测量环境，则在显示器上显示测量环境是充分的指示以及使得能够实现测量结果捕获的捕获图标；
响应于在捕获图标处所接收的输入而捕获测量结果；
在显示器上显示对象的尺寸；以及
记录对象的尺寸。
2.权利要求1所述的设备，其中精度水平是如由美国国家标准技术研究所（NIST）标准所限定的精度分度。
