Abstract

背景技术
一般而言,传统的充电座的电源总是在对接连接器处打开。如果移动终端对接到充电座中,充电座的电力可能在接触时由电弧烧毁接触接口。
可以实施传统的软功率启动解决方案,以确保在接触时没有电力施加于接触接口。这些解决方案可能需要三个接触点,例如端子与充电座之间的VDD、GND和DETECT。
因此,需要基于诸如双引脚POGO连接器的双引脚连接器的软功率启动解决方案。
发明内容
因此,在一个方面,本发明包括基于双引脚连接器的用于诸如移动终端的装置的软功率启动解决方案的系统和方法。当装置的充电垫首先对接到充电座时,装置的充电垫连接到接地引脚中的柱塞,但此时不施加电力。在分离的步骤中,柱塞被短路到弹簧扁钢,其允许将电力施加到充电垫。取消对接期间存在类似的步骤。利用这种方法,可以将由对接移动终端或从对充电座取消对接时的电弧引起的接触接口烧毁降至最低。

具体实施方式
本发明包括用于移动终端或类似设备的充电方法,更具体地涉及基于诸如POGO双引脚连接器的双引脚连接器的软功率启动解决方案。
对于双引脚连接器充电座(如iPod 5 Homebase,四路充电座(Quad-chargingbase)),传统充电座的电源在对接连接器上始终是接通的。当移动终端对接在充电座中时,充电座的电源可能在接触时刻通过电弧烧毁接触接口。一些客户投诉包括ipod5 /iPhone5 Sled的充电平台在与充电座对接长时间后被烧毁。
对于许多霍尼韦尔企业移动终端(例如D75e,CT50,Iphone6 Sled),可以实施传统的软功率启动解决方案,以确保在接触时接触接口上的电力最小或没有电力。在这种情况下,接触接口处的电源可以在端子对接之后启用,且因此在对接时刻没有电弧烧毁。因此,接触接口的可靠性良好。

Claims (20)
1.一种用于移动终端的充电系统,包括:
移动终端,其包括充电垫;
充电座,其包括双引脚POGO连接器、弹簧扁钢和印刷电路板,
双引脚POGO连接器包括GND引脚和VDD引脚,GND引脚和VDD引脚各自包括柱塞、螺旋弹簧和套管,并且
弹簧扁钢启用或禁用施加到充电垫的电力;并且
印刷电路板具有通孔,其中,双引脚POGO连接器的套管被焊接在印刷电路板的一侧上的通孔周围,使得引脚可以穿过通孔,并且弹簧扁钢焊接在印刷电路板的另一侧上,接近与GND引脚相关的通孔,
其中,如果移动终端对接到充电座,充电垫至少连接到双引脚POGO连接器,
其中,如果由移动终端引起的分离力施加到GND引脚的柱塞,则GND引脚与弹簧扁钢接触,导致移动终端开始充电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,螺旋弹簧产生防止GND引脚的柱塞在印刷电路板的相对侧上延伸出套管的压力,除非由移动终端引起的分离力被施加到GND引脚的柱塞。

双引脚连接器,其包括GND引脚和VDD引脚,GND引脚和VDD引脚各自包括柱塞、螺旋弹簧和套管;
弹簧扁钢,其能够通过连接到电源块来启用或禁用对充电座的供电;和
印刷电路板,双引脚连接器位于印刷电路板的一侧,且弹簧扁钢位于印刷电路板的相反侧,
其中,在GND引脚的柱塞与装置连接之后,然后将力施加到GND引脚的柱塞,使得GND引脚的柱塞延伸穿过印刷电路板的孔,并使GND引脚与弹簧扁钢连接,并且其中,电力然后被施加到GND引脚以对该装置充电。

12.一种用于移动终端的充电方法,包括以下步骤:
构建带有双引脚连接器、弹簧扁钢和印刷电路板的充电座;
将双引脚连接器定位在印刷电路板的一侧,其中,双引脚连接器包括GND引脚和VDD引脚,GND引脚和VDD引脚各自包括柱塞、螺旋弹簧和套管;
将弹簧扁钢定位在印刷电路板的相反侧,接近GND引脚,其中弹簧扁钢连接到电源块;以及
基于移动终端和充电座的对接状态对移动终端进行充电,
其中,在将弹簧扁钢连接到GND引脚之前,通过将移动终端的充电垫连接到GND引脚,使移动终端的充电垫处的电弧发生得以最小化。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,包括以下步骤:
不将移动终端与充电座对接,
其中,由于弹簧扁钢不与GND引脚连接,因此电源块未启用,而不对双引脚连接器施加电力。
14.根据权利要求12所述的方法,包括以下步骤:
首先将移动终端与充电座对接,使得GND引脚的柱塞与移动终端的充电垫接触,且
其中,由于GND引脚的柱塞没有延伸导致弹簧扁钢与GND引脚相连,所以电源块未启用,不对双引脚连接器施加电力。
15.根据权利要求12所述的方法,包括以下步骤:
将移动终端与充电座对接;以及
按压GND引脚的柱塞以延伸到印刷电路板的相反侧,以允许GND引脚连接到弹簧扁钢,
其中,由于电源块是启用的并且电力被施加到充电座的双引脚连接器,充电座开始对移动终端充电。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,包括以下步骤:
进一步按压GND引脚的柱塞,使GND引脚的柱塞在印刷电路板的另一侧延伸最大距离,
其中,由于弹簧扁钢与GND引脚保持连接,所以电源块保持启用,并且来自充电座的双引脚连接器的电力继续施加到移动终端,
其中,如果弹簧扁钢摆动,则充电座继续对移动终端充电。
17.根据权利要求12所述的方法,包括以下步骤:
从充电座移除移动终端,导致GND引脚的柱塞与弹簧扁钢断开,
其中,由于在早于接地引脚的柱塞之前弹簧扁钢与GND引脚未连接,以与移动终端的充电垫断开连接,电源块未启用,充电座停止对移动终端充电,
其中,在将移动终端从充电座移开期间,移动终端的充电垫和双引脚连接器保持连接。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,包括以下步骤:
从充电座移除移动终端,导致接地引脚的柱塞与移动终端的充电垫断开,
其中,由于弹簧扁钢不与GND引脚连接,所以电源块未启用,并且在移动终端从充电座移除期间没有电力施加到双引脚连接器。
19.根据权利要求12所述的方法,
其中,双引脚连接器的套管被焊接在印刷电路板一侧的通孔周围,并且
其中,螺旋弹簧的压力防止GND引脚的柱塞在印刷电路板的相反侧上延伸出其套管。
20.根据权利要求12所述的方法,
其中,如果对GND引脚的柱塞施加力,则GND引脚的柱塞延伸穿过印刷电路板中的孔,并连接到弹簧扁钢,使得GND引脚连接到电源块。
