Abstract
本公开涉及一种具有照明系统的扫描器，包括：所述照明系统中的多个照明装置，所述多个照明装置对标签进行照明；成像器，其捕获从所述标签反射的图像信号并对所述图像信号进行解码；以及检测器，其检测从所述标签反射的光强度；其中，如果所述光强度高于预定阈值，则改变多个照明装置中的一个或多个的照明状态。根据本公开的具有照明系统的扫描器能够有效地避免对智能手机屏幕上的条形码进行扫描时的镜面反射。
Description
技术领域
本公开总体涉及自动识别技术领域，更具体地涉及具有照明系统的扫描器。
背景技术
扫描器是用于商业POS系统的仪器，主要有两大类：应用普通扫描器和商业扫描器。随着条形码技术的应运而生，市场流通使用诸如条形码之类的标签是大势所趋。在这样的背景下，条形码扫描器得以广泛利用。
条形码扫描器常用的接口类型有SCSI（小型计算机标准接口）、EPP（增强型并行接口）、USB（通用串行总线接口）和PS2 (键盘接口），因此可以容易地与计算机互连。在商业应用上，按工作原理不同，条形码扫描器主要分为激光式扫描器以及成像式扫描器；按照使用方式的不同，又可以分为手持式条形码扫描器、桌面式扫描器以及嵌入式扫描器等。在各式各样的扫描器中，具有强大便携性的扫描器由于其小巧、操作便利等特点而发展迅速。近年来，市场上出现了多款新概念便携式扫描器，其扫描效果突出，扫描速度快，因而受到诸多用户的欢迎。
纤薄型图像扫描器是新近开发的一种便携式扫描器，其可以被制作得非常薄，而且外形非常时尚。由于其极佳的便携性，纤薄型图像扫描器可以被用户随身携带。这种扫描器不仅适于扫描纸面上的标签（如条形码），而且适于扫描诸如膝上型电脑、平板电脑、笔记本、上网本、智能手机等的电子设备的屏幕上的标签。特别地，随着移动通信技术的快速发展，使用纤薄型图像扫描器来扫描智能手机屏幕上的条形码成为用户普遍使用的技术，如在微博、微信等应用中广泛使用的那样。
传统的扫描器具有成像器和照明部件，当要扫描的条形码被放到成像器前面时，照明部件提供成像式条形码扫描器所需的照明，被照明的条形码可以反射由照明部件射出的光以供成像器接收和解码。尽管这种照明使条形码能够反射出足够强度的光，但是当条形码在电子设备（比如手机）屏幕上时，成像器的视野内会由于镜面反射而出现亮度过高的情况，即在条形码区域产生亮斑而导致解码失败。
在镜面反射时，光从单个入射方向反射到单个出射方向，光强可能过于强烈，不利于成像器接收和解码。漫反射的光反射在许多角度上，而不是像镜面反射那样仅以单一角度反射。一般来说，纸面上的条形码的反射是漫反射，使得成像器能够获得适当强度的图像信号以进行解码。然而，诸如智能手机之类的电子设备的屏幕上的条形码的反射是镜面反射，这样，成像器将捕获到不期望的镜面反射图像，从而不能够正确地对条形码的图像进行解码。
因此，需要一种能够有效地防止这种镜面反射情况的扫描器。
实用新型内容
鉴于现有技术中存在的问题，本实用新型提出一种具有照明系统的扫描器，在其照明系统中设置有多个照明装置并通过对多个照明装置的照明方式的控制来防止镜面反射问题的发生。
具体地，根据本公开的目的，本公开提供一种具有照明系统的扫描器，包括：所述照明系统中的多个照明装置，所述多个照明装置对标签进行照明；成像器，其捕获从所述标签反射的图像信号并对所述图像信号进行解码；以及检测器，其检测从所述标签反射的光强度；其中，如果所述光强度高于预定阈值，则改变多个照明装置中的一个或多个的照明状态。
优选地，所述改变多个照明装置中的一个或多个的照明状态是关闭多个照明装置中的一个或多个。
优选地，所述改变多个照明装置中的一个或多个的照明状态是在多个照明装置中一次仅开启一个照明装置，并依次开启。
优选地，所述改变多个照明装置中的一个或多个的照明状态是在多个照明装置中一次开启多个照明装置，并以预定图案依次开启。
优选地，所述改变多个照明装置中的一个或多个的照明状态是在多个照明装置中一次按预定间隔开启多个，并依次开启。
优选地，所述成像器包括广角镜头。
优选地，所述多个照明装置均匀分布于所述扫描器的边缘处。
本公开的有益效果是，所述的扫描器有效地避免了对智能手机屏幕上的条形码进行扫描时的镜面反射。

在以下详细描述中，以充足的细节描述实施例以使得本领域技术人员能够实施本公开。应当理解，在不脱离本公开的范围的情况下，可以使用其他实施例。因此，不应在限制的意义上考虑以下描述。
下面的具体实施方式本质上仅仅是说明性的，并非旨在限制实施例以及这些实施例的使用。如本文所使用的，词语“示例性”意指“用作示例、实例或说明”。本文中描述为“示例性”的任何实施方式不一定被解释为比其他实施方式优选或有利。此外，也不意在被前面的技术领域、背景技术、实用新型内容或下面的具体实施方式中所提出的任何明确或隐含的理论所约束。
传统的扫描器如图1中所示。扫描器10可以具有成像器100以及照明部件101，该扫描器10可以被用于扫描标签，如条形码。当要扫描的条形码被置于扫描器10前方时，照明部件101对条形码进行照明。被照明的条形码可以反射由照明部件照射出的光以供成像器100接收和解码。照明部件的这种照明使条形码能够反射出足够强度的光，但如果该条形码是智能手机屏幕上的条形码，也往往使得成像器100的视野内出现过度光亮（例如，花白一片）的情况。这样，成像器100将捕获到不期望的镜面反射图像，从而不能够正确地对条形码的图像进行解码。
为了解决这种镜面反射问题，在本公开的扫描器中采用了以不同模式工作的照明部件。本公开的扫描器设置有多个照明部件并通过对多个照明部件的照明方式的控制来防止镜面反射问题的发生。
参考图2A-2D，示出了根据本公开的示例性实施例的扫描器20。扫描器20可以是基于广角镜头成像器的纤薄型条形码扫描器。扫描器20可以包括成像器200以及照明装置（例如，照明条）201-204，其中为了便于图示，仅示出了四个照明装置。应当理解，照明装置的数目可以不限于4个。照明装置201-204可以被排列在扫描器20各个方向的边缘处，可以是均匀排列的，例如可以呈正N边形排列，且可以距成像器200较远以便不在照明时干扰其接收图像信号。一般地，成像器200可以位于扫描器20的中央处。可替换地，扫描器20可以包括检测器（未示出），其检测从标签（下文中以条形码作为示例）接收到的光的强度是否高于预定阈值，即，判断是否会发生镜面反射。
在进行常见的纸质材料上的条形码扫描时，当条形码被置于扫描器20前方时，这些照明装置通常是打开的。例如，当检测器检测到条形码时，如图2A所示，照明装置201开启，而照明装置202-204关闭；在可替换实施例中，照明装置201-204可以先同时开启，或部分开启；当需要扫描手机屏幕或其他会产生镜面反射的材料上的条形码时，检测器会检测从条形码反射的光强度是否高于预定阈值，即是否发生镜面反射，如果发生了镜面反射，则改变照明装置的照明状态，例如，原先有照明装置开启时，将照明装置关闭；或者将原先都开启的照明装置关闭其中的一个或几个；或者控制照明装置依次开启循环照明。
以图2A为例，进行纸质扫描时，照明装置201开启，而照明装置202-204关闭；此时如果在扫描镜面反射材料上的条形码时检测到了镜面反射，则可以直接将照明装置201关闭。或者如图2A至图2D所示，控制照明装置201-204依次开启照明，具体描述如下：
开始时，仅照明装置201开启，照明装置202-204关闭；
经过一定时间t（比如0.01秒、0.05秒），如图2B所示，照明装置202开启，而照明装置201、203和204关闭；
又经过一定时间，如图2C所示，照明装置203开启，而照明装置201、202和204关闭；
以此类推，如图2D所示，照明装置204开启，而照明装置201-203关闭。
接着，又是照明装置201开启，而照明装置202-204关闭，如此循环直到条形码的信息被成像器200完全得到为止。
在该扫描器20的照明装置201-204如上所述一次仅开启一个且顺次开启的情况下，可以防止因镜面反射的照明过度而使成像器200无法合适地接收和解码。
在本实施例中，是依次开启一个照明装置，应当理解的是，也可以是依次开启照明装置中的两个或多个。
参照图3A-3D，示出了根据本公开的另一示例性实施例的扫描器30。扫描器30也可以是基于广角镜头成像器的纤薄型条形码扫描器。扫描器30可以包括成像器300以及照明装置（例如，照明条）301-304，其中为了便于图示，仅示出了四个照明装置。应当理解，照明装置的数目可以不限于4个。照明装置301-304可以被排列在扫描器30各个方向的边缘处，可以是均匀排列的，且可以距成像器300较远以便不在照明时干扰其接收图像信号。一般地，成像器300可以位于扫描器30的中央处。可替换地，扫描器30还可以包括检测器（未示出），其检测从条形码接收到的光的强度是否高于预定阈值。
以图3A为例，进行纸质扫描时，照明装置301和303开启，而照明装置302和304关闭；此时如果需要进行镜面反射材料上的条形码扫描，当检测器确定从条形码反射的光强度高于预定阈值时检测到了镜面反射，则可以直接将照明装置301和303全部关闭或关闭其中一个；或者如图3B所示，将照明装置301和303关闭，而将另外的照明装置302和304打开；或者如图3C所示，将照明装置303关闭，打开照明装置302；或者如图3D所示，将照明装置301关闭，打开照明装置304；具体如下：
如图3A所示，刚开始时，照明装置301和303开启，而照明装置302和304关闭，当检测器确定从条形码反射的光强度高于预定阈值时，经过一定时间t’（比如0.01秒、0.05秒），如图3B所示，照明装置302和304开启，而照明装置301和303关闭；
随后，如图3C所示，照明装置301和302开启，而照明装置303和304关闭；
以此类推，最后，如图3D所示，照明装置303和304开启，而照明装置301和302关闭。
接着，重复照明装置301和303开启而照明装置302和304关闭，如此循环直到条形码的信息被成像器300完全得到为止。
在上述实施例中，是将照明装置两两分组控制不同的一组照明装置发光来进行解码尝试，应当理解的是，也可以是将三个照明装置分为一组，然后控制不同组的照明装置提供不同的照明方式来进行解码尝试。
另外，如果照明装置的数目更多，则可以按预定间隔一次开启一定数目的照明装置，例如在每一时刻处每隔两个或三个照明装置开启一个，并且如上面描述的那样以此类推；或者可以以预定图案依次开启一定数目的照明装置。
该扫描器30的照明装置（例如所示的301-304）这样工作，可以使得照射在条形码上的照明方式不停的变化，如此使发生反射的位置不断变化，以此即可进行成功的解码尝试。
此外，如图2A-2D以及图3A-3D所示，扫描器20和扫描器30可以呈长方体形状，但它们并不限于这种形状，还可以具有能够制作得较薄且固定在台面上的任何形状。

Claims (7)
1.一种具有照明系统的扫描器，包括：
所述照明系统中的多个照明装置，所述多个照明装置对标签进行照明；
成像器，其捕获从所述标签反射的图像信号并对所述图像信号进行解码；以及
检测器，其检测从所述标签反射的光强度；
其中，如果所述光强度高于预定阈值，则改变多个照明装置中的一个或多个的照明状态。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有照明系统的扫描器，其中，所述改变多个照明装置中的一个或多个的照明状态是关闭多个照明装置中的一个或多个。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有照明系统的扫描器，其中，所述改变多个照明装置中的一个或多个的照明状态是在多个照明装置中一次仅开启一个照明装置，并依次开启。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有照明系统的扫描器，其中，所述改变多个照明装置中的一个或多个的照明状态是在多个照明装置中一次开启多个照明装置，并以预定图案依次开启。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有照明系统的扫描器，其中，所述改变多个照明装置中的一个或多个的照明状态是在多个照明装置中一次按预定间隔开启多个，并依次开启。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的具有照明系统的扫描器，其中，所述成像器包括广角镜头。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的具有照明系统的扫描器，其中，所述多个照明装置均匀分布于所述扫描器的边缘处。
