Claims (12)

1.一种扫描仪照明组件，包括：
前沿照明器组件，其操作耦合到LED光学器件；
印刷电路板组件，其具有前部和后部，
所述前部具有用于暗场照明的至少六个彩色LED，以及
所述后部具有：
在所述板组件的四个角附近的至少四个LED，该至少四个LED是白色LED、蓝色LED或白色LED和蓝色LED的组合，以及
多点源明场点照明组件，包括至少两个具有非球形透镜盖的点照明红色LED；
超椭圆体圆顶，其具有操作耦合到所述前沿照明器组件的前端，和具有带相机开口的保护窗口并且操作耦合到所述印刷电路板组件的后端，所述印刷电路板组件接近于所述超椭圆体圆顶的所述后端，所述超椭圆体圆顶具有至少两个光学透明开口，和在所述超椭圆体圆顶的后端附近的相机瞄准器射束开口，其中至少两个点照明红色LED中的每一个与所述至少两个透明开口中的相应一个对齐；以及
组件外壳，其具有内套管、操作耦合到所述前沿照明器组件的前端、和操作耦合到所述印刷电路板组件的后端。
2.如权利要求1所述的扫描仪照明组件，其中所述前沿照明器组件包括具有分离光学设计的双距离自由形态LED透镜盖。
3.如权利要求1所述的扫描仪照明组件，其中所述前沿照明器组件包括圆柱形光学器件。
4.如权利要求3所述的扫描仪照明组件，其中所述圆柱形光学器件至少包括部分反射和/或折射表面。
5.如权利要求1所述的扫描仪照明组件，其中所述印刷电路板组件包括刚性-柔性印刷电路板组件。
6.如权利要求1所述的扫描仪照明组件，其中所述组件外壳的所述内套管由反射性涂层至少部分地覆盖。
7.如权利要求1所述的扫描仪照明组件，其中所述至少四个LED进一步包括置于所述LED前面的蝙蝠翼状LED透镜盖。
8.如权利要求1所述的扫描仪照明组件，其中所述LED光学器件包括聚碳酸酯和/或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯注射成型的LED光学器件。
9.一种用于扫描标记的方法，包括：
使用操作耦合到扫描仪的照明组件来生成照明光，所述照明组件包括操作耦合到LED光学器件的前沿照明器组件；
利用所生成的照明光来照亮所述标记；
印刷电路板组件，其具有前部和后部，
所述前部具有用于暗场照明的至少六个彩色LED，以及
所述后部具有用于扩散明场照明的在所述板组件的四个角附近的至少四个LED，该至少四个LED是白色LED、蓝色LED或白色LED和蓝色LED的组合，以及多点源明场点照明组件，包括至少两个具有非球形透镜盖的点照明红色LED；
超椭圆体圆顶，其具有操作耦合到所述前沿照明器组件的前端，和具有带相机开口的保护窗口并且操作耦合到所述印刷电路板组件的后端，所述印刷电路板组件接近于所述超椭圆体圆顶的所述后端，所述超椭圆体圆顶具有至少两个光学透明开口，和在所述超椭圆体圆顶的后端附近的相机瞄准器射束开口，其中至少两个点照明红色LED中的每一个与所述至少两个透明开口中的相应一个对齐；以及
组件外壳，其具有内套管、操作耦合到所述前沿照明器组件的前端、和操作耦合到所述印刷电路板组件的后端；
通过引导来自所述至少四个LED的明场照明直接穿过所述超椭圆体圆顶，用包括扩散明场照明的所生成照明光来照明所述标记；
检测从所述标记反射和/或散射的光以捕获所述标记的图像；
在不同照明条件下捕获所述标记的至少两个图像；
组合在不同照明条件下捕获的至少两个连续图像以获得组合图像；以及
处理并解码所述标记的所述组合图像。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法，其中生成所述照明光包括：
调整明场照明；
调整暗场照明；和/或
调整扩散光照明。
11.如权利要求10所述的方法，其中调整明场照明包括使用至少两个具有非球形透镜盖的替代的开/关点照明LED。
12.如权利要求9所述的方法，进一步包括使用置于所述照明组件前面的边沿照明器来降低所述标记的镜面反射。
