Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种至少由电动机驱动的电动车辆。
背景技术
例如,在混合动力车辆、EV等电动车辆中,具备控制行驶用电动机的逆变器、电压控制用的DC-DC转换器等多个高压电气安装设备。在该高压电气安装设备上连接有高电压线缆,从而需要防止在车辆碰撞时在所述高电压线缆上施加有过大的载荷的情况。
因此,已知有例如专利文献1所公开的高电压线缆的保护结构。该保护结构搭载于车辆,具备相互隔开距离而配置的第一电气部件及第二电气部件。在第一电气部件与第二电气部件之间延伸的线缆的路线上的至少一部分的区间设有树脂成形护罩。在树脂成形护罩的内侧设有包围线缆的周围且沿着所述线缆延伸的方向自如地弯曲的管构件。
因此,通过树脂成形护罩及管构件来减小施加于线缆的外力,所以能够防止在车辆碰撞时在线缆上施加有过大的冲击的情况。

发明要解决的课题
然而,在上述的保护结构中,在线缆的路线上另行设有树脂成形护罩,并且在所述树脂成形护罩内设有管构件。由此,存在保护结构的制造成本高昂且部件数量增加这样的问题。
发明内容
本发明用于解决此种问题,其目的在于提供一种无需另行设置高电压线缆的保护结构,就能够以经济且紧凑的结构良好地保护所述高电压线缆的电动车辆。
用于解决课题的方案
本发明涉及一种至少由电动机驱动的电动车辆。电动车辆具备相互相邻配置的第一电气设备、第二电气设备及中继端子台。第一电气设备通过低电压电路而与第三电气设备连接,该第三电气设备从该第一电气设备分离而配置,并且中继端子台位于比所述第一电气设备靠车辆外侧的位置且与所述低电压电路的中途电连接。
而且,至少在第二电气设备或第一电气设备上连接有高电压线缆,并且,所述高电压线缆在从车辆上方的俯视观察下,将在中继端子台与所述第一电气设备之间形成的空间部贯通。
另外,优选的是,电动车辆具备将第一电气设备和中继端子台一体地固定于车辆框架的托架,所述托架与所述中继端子台的第一固定点设置在比所述托架与所述第一电气设备的第二固定点靠外侧的位置。此时,第一电气设备和中继端子台经由低电压导电体而连接。而且,优选的是,空间部形成在由低电压导电体的与中继端子台连接的连接部、所述低电压导电体的与第一电气设备连接的连接部、以及第一固定点及第二固定点包围的区域内。
此外,优选低电压导电体为母线。
发明效果
根据本发明,高电压线缆在从车辆上方的俯视观察下,将在中继端子台与第一电气设备之间形成的空间部贯通。因此,高电压线缆沿着水平方向而被中继端子台及第一电气设备覆盖,例如,当对电动车辆施加外部载荷时,所述外部载荷不会直接施加于所述高电压线缆。因此,无需另行设置高电压线缆的保护结构,就能够以经济且紧凑的结构良好地保护所述高电压线缆。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的实施方式的电动车辆10是搭载电气安装单元12的例如混合动力车辆、EV等。
在电动车辆10中,发动机16与电动机18连结。发动机16及电动机18设置在座椅20的后方(箭头Ab方向)(作为车长方向的箭头A方向的后方),但也可以设置在车长方向的前方(箭头Af方向)的前箱。电动机18例如是三相的DC无刷电动机。
如图2及图3所示,在电动车辆10的座椅20的后方设有车辆框架22。车辆框架22具有上部框架22a和下部框架22b,且分别沿车宽方向(图2中,为箭头B方向)延伸。在上部框架22a与下部框架22b之间配置有电气安装箱24,在所述电气安装箱24内收容有电气安装单元12及蓄电池模块26(参照图2)。需要说明的是,电气安装箱24根据需要而采用,也可以不用电气安装箱。
如图3及图4所示,电气安装单元12除了具备多个电气设备、例如DC-DC转换器(第一电气设备)28及接线箱(接线板)(第二电气设备)30a、30b以外,还具备未图示的电气设备。电气安装单元12设有冷却结构体32,并且经由托架34而固定于车辆框架22(参照图2及图3)。在电气安装单元12中,从座椅20侧朝向后方(箭头Ab方向)依次配置接线箱30a、30b、托架34、冷却结构体32及DC-DC转换器28(参照图3)。
如图4所示,在DC-DC转换器28的箭头B方向一端侧的侧部,经由螺栓37而连接有与未图示的逆变器(高压电气安装设备)连接的高电压线缆36。高电压线缆36与接线箱30a或30b连接。
在DC-DC转换器28的侧部经由螺栓37a而连接有构成低电压电路的低电压导电体、例如母线38的一端。低电压电路与DC-DC转换器28和未图示的低电压(例如,12V)辅机类(第三电气设备)电连接。
在DC-DC转换器28的车宽方向(箭头B方向)两端分别鼓出形成有安装部39a、39b。安装部39a、39b具有板形状,且分别设有孔部41a、41b。
冷却结构体32具有由非金属材料例如树脂材料形成的通道构件40。DC-DC转换器28设有多个散热片42,并且所述散热片42配置在通道构件40内。在通道构件40的车宽方向(箭头B方向)两端分别鼓出形成有安装部44a、44b。安装部44a、44b具有块形状,且分别设有孔部46a、46b。
托架34具有板形状,在上部形成有一对上侧固定部48a。上侧固定部48a向前方以比较小的角度倾斜且设有孔部50a。在托架34的下部形成有一对下侧固定部48b。下侧固定部48b向前方以比较大的角度倾斜且设有孔部50b。
如图3所示,在上部框架22a上,在与一对孔部50a同轴的位置上指向水平方向而形成有一对螺纹孔52a。在下部框架22b上,在与一对孔部50b同轴的位置上指向铅垂方向而形成有一对螺纹孔52b。
螺钉54a、54b向孔部50a、50b插入,且分别与螺纹孔52a、52b螺合,由此将托架34固定于车辆框架22。在托架34被固定于车辆框架22时,上侧固定部48a与水平方向(箭头A方向)平行地配置,另一方面,下侧固定部48b与铅垂方向(箭头C方向)平行地配置。
如图4所示,在托架34的车宽方向(箭头B方向)两端分别固定有安装部56a、56b。安装部56a、56b具有板形状,且分别设有一对螺纹部(第二固定点)58a、58b。在安装部56a上以比一对螺纹部58a更向外侧分离的方式设有螺纹部(第一固定点)60a、60b。
2根螺纹部58a向孔部46a及41a插入,且在前端部螺合有螺母61。另外的2根螺纹部58b向孔部46b及41b插入,且在前端部螺合有螺母61。DC-DC转换器28通过相同的螺纹部58a、58b,与通道构件40一体地被共同紧固于托架34。
在安装部56a上,中继端子台62位于比DC-DC转换器28靠车辆外侧的位置且与低电压电路的中途电连接。如图5所示,母线38的另一端经由螺栓37b而与中继端子台62连接,并且在中继端子台62上形成有孔部64a、64b。螺纹部60a、60b向孔部64a、64b插入,且在前端部螺合螺母66a、66b,由此将中继端子台62固定于安装部56a。
如图5及图6所示,高电压线缆36在从车辆上方的俯视观察下,将在中继端子台62与DC-DC转换器28之间形成的空间部68贯通。空间部68形成在由母线38的与中继端子台62连接的连接部(螺栓37b)、所述母线38的与DC-DC转换器28连接的连接部(螺栓37a)、以及第一固定点(螺纹部60a、60b)及第二固定点(螺纹部58a、58a)包围的区域内。
如图2所示,蓄电池模块26经由托架构件70a、70b而被螺纹紧固于上部框架22a及下部框架22b,从而固定于车辆框架22。蓄电池模块26通过将高压蓄电池层叠而构成。
在接线箱30a上设有与DC-DC转换器28和未图示的逆变器(其他的电气安装设备)连接的DC线缆72。在接线箱30a上设有线缆74,且与未图示的空调等连接。在接线箱30b上设有与蓄电池模块26连接的蓄电池线缆76a、76b。
在这样构成的电动车辆10中,如图3所示,具备将DC-DC转换器28和中继端子台62一体地固定于车辆框架22的托架34。如图5及图6所示,托架34与中继端子台62的第一固定点(螺纹部60a、60b)设置在比所述托架34与DC-DC转换器28的第二固定点(螺纹部58a、58a)靠外侧的位置。
此时,DC-DC转换器28和中继端子台62经由母线(低电压导电体)38而连接。而且,空间部68形成在由母线38的与中继端子台62连接的连接部(螺栓37b)、所述母线38的与DC-DC转换器28连接的连接部(螺栓37a)、以及第一固定点(螺纹部60a、60b)及第二固定点(螺纹部58a、58a)包围的区域内。
因此,高电压线缆36在从车辆上方的俯视观察下,将在中继端子台62与DCDC转换器28之间形成的空间部68贯通。因此,高电压线缆36被中继端子台62及DC-DC转换器28覆盖,例如,在从电动车辆10的侧方向施加有外部载荷时,所述外部载荷不会直接施加于所述高电压线缆36。
具体地说,如图6所示,若从横向对电动车辆10施加有外部载荷F,则所述外部载荷F由中继端子台62及母线38承受。由此得到如下效果:高电压线缆36无需另行设置保护结构,能够以经济且紧凑结构良好地保护所述高电压线缆36。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,采用了对与DC-DC转换器28连接的高电压线缆36进行保护的结构,但并不局限于此。例如,也可以通过相同的结构对与接线箱30a、30b连接的DC线缆72等进行保护。
Claims (3)
1.一种电动车辆,其至少由电动机驱动,其特征在于,
所述电动车辆具备相互相邻配置的第一电气设备、第二电气设备及中继端子台,
所述第一电气设备通过低电压电路而与第三电气设备连接,所述第三电气设备从该第一电气设备分离而配置,并且,
所述中继端子台位于比所述第一电气设备靠车辆外侧的位置且与所述低电压电路的中途电连接,
至少在所述第二电气设备或所述第一电气设备上连接有高电压线缆,并且,
所述高电压线缆在从车辆上方的俯视观察下,将在所述中继端子台与所述第一电气设备之间形成的空间部贯通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动车辆,其特征在于,
所述电动车辆具备将所述第一电气设备和所述中继端子台一体地固定于车辆框架的托架,
所述托架与所述中继端子台的第一固定点设置在比所述托架与所述第一电气设备的第二固定点靠外侧的位置,并且,
所述第一电气设备与所述中继端子台经由低电压导电体而连接,
所述空间部形成在由所述低电压导电体的与所述中继端子台连接的连接部、所述低电压导电体的与所述第一电气设备连接的连接部、以及所述第一固定点及所述第二固定点包围的区域内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电动车辆,其特征在于,
所述低电压导电体为母线。
