Abstract

本发明公开了一种危险废弃物智能存储配料系统,包括封闭式仓库,设置有入料口、货架和出料口,并具有自动巡航叉车;废弃物输送装置;控制器,当检测到废弃物输送装置将废弃物包装箱输送至仓库的入料口附近时,控制封闭式仓库内的自动巡航叉车自动装载废弃物包装箱并根据其RFID标签所包含的信息将废弃物包装箱运送至货架相应位置并自动卸载;当接收到出仓指令后,根据配料需求控制自动巡航叉车装载相应的废弃物包装箱送出仓库的出料口后自动卸载,通过本发明,使仓储、配料智能化,并能够有效避免危险废弃物存储过程中造成的二次污染问题,实现了智能存储配料和清洁化存储。
