本发明涉及面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有保健功能的床单面料。
背景技术
随着人们物质文化水平的提高,人们对纺织品的要求也在提高,不仅要求保暖、美观,而且更加注重舒适性和功能性。功能性纺织品成为纺织产业未来的发展趋向之一,将与细旦纤维纺织品、无纺布、复合材料、环保型材料等共同构成未来纺织品的大走势。现今科技的发展为功能性纺织品的开发提供了保证,同时也为纺织企业发展及产品结构调整,起到了较大的促进作用并提高了纺织品的附加值。研究和生产有益于人类生态和健康的功能性纺织产品,已经成为当今世界发展的潮流。
一般来说,纺织品的功能化主要通过两个途径实现:一是通过织物的功能性整理来实现,这也是目前功能性纺织品开发的主要途径;二是纺织纤维的功能化。随着科学技术的发展和人们环境保护意识的逐渐增强,织物功能性整理加工方法的局限性日益受到人们的关注,通过此方法加工得到的功能性产品不仅存在功能的耐久性、使用的舒适性与安全性方面的缺陷,而且在整理加工过程中不可避免对环境造成污染。通过功能化纤维加工功能性纺织品则可以克服织物功能性后整理的诸多弊端,是获取功能性纺织品的发展趋势。
针织工业在高新技术的带领下,积极调整产品结构,重视新原料和新产品的开发,特别是差别化纤维和功能性纤维品种的开发,极大地推动针织工业的发展。在面料领域,伴随着新型原料的开发与运用和技术的进步,正在不断拓宽其产品领域。发展科技含量高的服装面料成为一个重要的发展方向。世界各大权威纺织机构研究表明,纺织产品领域的发展趋势是追求舒适化和多功能化。
现在的消费者不仅要求床单面料具有柔软舒适、素雅高贵、轻盈的手感风格以及面料透气性好、吸放湿性能好,而且对床单具有抗菌保健、绿色环保等多功能性有了需求。但是在国内市场上床单面料一般以腈纶和涤纶为主,还有少部分的棉和羊毛,质量档次较低或者价格昂贵,不能满足市场需求,因此开发能够满足消费者需求的床单面料成为一种趋势。

本发明提出了一种具有保健功能的床单面料,其具有优异的保健效能,甚至可以祛病养生、抗衰老美容、延年益寿。

优选地,所述保健粘胶纤维的制备工艺包括:将海藻酸钠和壳聚糖加入浓度为5-8wt%的氢氧化钠溶液中,在70-90℃下搅拌1-3h,搅拌条件下加入粒径≥200目的碧玺粉、竹炭粉和负离子粉,搅拌均匀后,浓缩,喷雾,干燥,研磨,得到保健粒子;将所述保健粒子与聚酯切片、木质纤维素共混后,加热至250-300℃熔融,保温0.5-0.8h,得到熔融纺丝原液;将所述熔融纺丝原液加入熔融纺丝机中制成长丝,其中纺丝温度为200-280℃,冷却吹风温度为10-15℃,风速为4-6m/s,牵伸速度为1400-1600m/min,再将制成的长丝切短,即得到所述保健粘胶纤维。
优选地,海藻酸钠、壳聚糖、碧玺粉、竹炭粉和负离子粉的重量配比为1:0.8-1.2:1-1.5:0.3-0.6:0.2-0.6;所述保健粒子与聚酯切片、木质纤维素的重量配比为1:3-5:1-3。
优选地,所述将保健粘胶纤维、棉纤维和莫代尔纤维进行混纺织造的具体操作步骤如下:
S1、纺部:将保健粘胶纤维、棉纤维和莫代尔纤维通过清花、梳棉、三道并条、粗纱、细纱工序混纺成纱;
S2、织部:将S1中的混纺纱通过络筒、整经、上浆工序处理后,在织布机上织造成坯布;
S3、织坯整理:将S2中坯布通过烧毛、退浆、冷轧堆前处理、染色、拉幅定型工序处理得到所述具有保健功能的床单面料。
优选地,在S1中,粗纱工序中,总牵伸倍数6-9倍,后区牵伸倍数1.2-1.4,出条定量8.5-10.0g/10m,捻系数60-80,锭速400-600r/min,前罗拉速度120-180r/min;细纱工序中,总牵伸倍数30-35倍,后区牵伸倍数1.1-1.3倍,出条定量3.0-3.6g/10m,捻系数180-260,锭速8000-10000r/min。
优选地,在S2中,上浆工序中,浆料配方按重量百分比包括:氧化交联淀粉45-55%、羊脂15-25%、表面活性剂5-15%、聚氧乙烯醚5-10%、硅酸钠1-5%,上浆率为15-25%。
优选地,在S3中,染色工序中,先将坯布浸轧漂白液后水洗,漂白液配方包括:20-25wt%双氧水8-10g/L、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-7g/L、泡花碱1-2g/L、透心油1-2g/L、络合剂1-2g/L、精练剂SP 2-6g/L,浸轧温度80-100℃,浸轧时间30-60min,浴比1:10-15;再将坯布浸轧染色剂,染色剂配方包括:活性染料0.2-1.5%、元明粉40-50g/L、纯碱7-9g/L、棉匀染剂MC 0.5-1g/L,浸轧温度40-50℃,浸轧时间30-60min,浴比1:5-10。
优选地,所述精油整理液的配方按重量百分比包括:精油10-20%、甲基丙烯酸甲酯20-30%、乳化剂0.5-1.5%、引发剂0.1-0.2%、明胶5-15%、有机硅柔软剂3-5%、水余量;其制备工艺包括:将水、精油、乳化剂和引发剂混匀,在温度30-50℃,转速1500-2000r/min的条件下高速剪切乳化15-30min;再加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯,在温度50-70℃,转速2000-3000r/min的条件下反应110-130min;接着加入明胶和有机硅柔软剂,搅拌6-10min,得到精油整理液。
优选地,所述经过精油整理液处理的具体操作如下:将混纺织造后得到的面料置于精油整理液中,按浴比1:20-30,于30-50℃下保温震荡15-25min,浸轧,80-100℃下预烘3-5min后,再在140-160℃下烘焙3-5min。
本发明中,所述床单面料通过保健粘胶纤维和棉纤维以及莫代尔纤维混纺织成,通过选择棉纤维、莫代尔纤维与保健粘胶纤维进行混纺使得所得面料获得更好的物理性能的同时,还可以提高保健粘胶纤维的可纺性,并且有效地解决保健粘胶纤维纺纱过程中强度低,易产生静电等缺陷,使得纺纱过程顺利进行。
此外,本发明中,所述保健粘胶纤维通过利用海藻酸钠和壳聚糖的高粘度特性,选择海藻酸钠与壳聚糖作为载体,使得碧玺粉、竹炭粉和负离子粉均匀地分散在其溶液中,实现了三者的包埋吸附,从而提高了三者在纺丝过程中负载稳定性,形成一种纳米级的超细添加剂;然后通过将所述纳米级的超细添加剂与聚酯切片、木质纤维素共混熔融纺丝,三者相容性较好,在后续纺丝后,通过对熔融纺丝各工艺参数进行优化,得到一种强力相对较高,可纺性强的保健粘胶纤维;其中,由于碧玺粉具有永久放射的远红外线的特点,是天然的心脑血管保护神,运用于人体,能畅通人体经络,使微血管扩张,促进全身气血循环;负离子粉使其周围的空气产生负离子,发射生物波,释放人体需要的微量元素,同时负离子具有很强的氧化还原作用,能破坏细菌的细胞膜或细胞原生质活性酶;竹炭粉亦具有良好的湿度调节和抗菌的功能,因此,上述熔融纺丝得到的保健粘胶纤维,具有激活氢键、释放远红外线、产生负氧离子等功效,将该保健粘胶纤维制成的织物用于床单面料中可以祛病养生、抗衰老美容、延年益寿等。
还有,本发明中,为了进一步保证所述保健粘胶纤维的可纺性和混合均匀性,在对其进行混纺和整理过程中,根据纤维的特点,探索出一套完整的纺纱和织造工艺参数,有效地提高了棉网质量、熟条质量,解决了毛羽贴伏差等问题,提高了成纱质量及布机效率;同时,在织坯整理中,由于棉纤维、莫代尔纤维和保健粘胶纤维性质上的差异,印染加工各工序和参数的选择显得尤为重要,首先采用淀粉酶退浆,其条件温和,避免纤维损伤;其次在染色过程中充分考虑染料对不同纤维的得色率,使纯碱的使用量控制在一定范围内,尽量避免粘胶纤维的损伤;利用上述整理工艺,赋予所述面料理想的染整效果,确定了一套比较完整的面料工艺流程和工艺条件,产品质量重现性良好,成品质量指标能满足人们对床单面料的舒适性要求;与此同时,本发明中还利用精油整理液对面料进行后续的功能整理,在利用精油整理液处理过程中,通过精油与丙烯酸酯溶液形成的含精油的微胶囊粒,其外观良好且呈光滑球形,包覆效果、分散性良好,极易进入并附着于混纺面料中,因此可以长时间地、缓慢地、均匀地释放精油分子,由此制成的床单面料通过摩擦和曲挠,使含精油的微胶囊破裂,释放出精油分子,通过呼吸系统进入大脑中枢神经,具有温暖放松和促进宁静的感觉,能消除疲劳、集中注意力、抗忧郁、帮助睡眠,还可以通过与皮肤的接触,细小的精油分子能迅速渗透到血管与淋巴,促进血液循环,将滞留在体内的二氧化碳及代谢废物代谢出来,平衡皮肤的酸咸值、帮助胶原形成,对于身体组织的生长与修复有良好的功效。

其中,所述保健粘胶纤维的制备工艺包括:将海藻酸钠和壳聚糖加入浓度为5wt%的氢氧化钠溶液中,在90℃下搅拌1h,搅拌条件下加入粒径≥200目的碧玺粉、竹炭粉和负离子粉,搅拌均匀后,浓缩,喷雾,干燥,研磨,得到保健粒子;将所述保健粒子与聚酯切片、木质纤维素共混后,加热至300℃熔融,保温0.5h,得到熔融纺丝原液;将所述熔融纺丝原液加入熔融纺丝机中制成长丝,其中纺丝温度为280℃,冷却吹风温度为10℃,风速为6m/s,牵伸速度为1400m/min,再将制成的长丝切短,即得到所述保健粘胶纤维;海藻酸钠、壳聚糖、碧玺粉、竹炭粉和负离子粉的重量配比为1:0.8:1.5:0.3:0.6;所述保健粒子与聚酯切片、木质纤维素的重量配比为1:3:3。
实施例2

其中,所述保健粘胶纤维的制备工艺包括:将海藻酸钠和壳聚糖加入浓度为8wt%的氢氧化钠溶液中,在70℃下搅拌3h,搅拌条件下加入粒径≥200目的碧玺粉、竹炭粉和负离子粉,搅拌均匀后,浓缩,喷雾,干燥,研磨,得到保健粒子;将所述保健粒子与聚酯切片、木质纤维素共混后,加热至250℃熔融,保温0.8h,得到熔融纺丝原液;将所述熔融纺丝原液加入熔融纺丝机中制成长丝,其中纺丝温度为200℃,冷却吹风温度为15℃,风速为4m/s,牵伸速度为1600m/min,再将制成的长丝切短,即得到所述保健粘胶纤维;海藻酸钠、壳聚糖、碧玺粉、竹炭粉和负离子粉的重量配比为1:1.2:1:0.6:0.2;所述保健粒子与聚酯切片、木质纤维素的重量配比为1:5:1;

所述精油整理液处理的具体操作如下:将混纺织造后得到的面料置于精油整理液中,按浴比1:30,于30℃下保温震荡25min,浸轧,80℃下预烘5min后,再在140℃下烘焙5min;
所述精油整理液的配方按重量百分比包括:精油20%、甲基丙烯酸甲酯20%、乳化剂1.5%、引发剂0.1%、明胶15%、有机硅柔软剂3%、水余量;其制备工艺包括:将水、精油、乳化剂和引发剂混匀,在温度为50℃,转速为1500r/min的条件下高速剪切乳化30min;再加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯,在温度为50℃,转速为3000r/min的条件下反应110min;接着加入明胶和有机硅柔软剂,搅拌10min,得到精油整理液。
实施例4
本实施例中,一种具有保健功能的床单面料,其采用将保健粘胶纤维、棉纤维和莫代尔纤维进行混纺织造,然后经过精油整理液处理得到;
其中,所述保健粘胶纤维的制备工艺包括:将海藻酸钠和壳聚糖加入浓度为7wt%的氢氧化钠溶液中,在85℃下搅拌1.5h,搅拌条件下加入粒径≥200目的碧玺粉、竹炭粉和负离子粉,搅拌均匀后,浓缩,喷雾,干燥,研磨,得到保健粒子;将所述保健粒子与聚酯切片、木质纤维素共混后,加热至280℃熔融,保温0.7h,得到熔融纺丝原液;将所述熔融纺丝原液加入熔融纺丝机中制成长丝,其中纺丝温度为260℃,冷却吹风温度为13℃,风速为5m/s,牵伸速度为1550m/min,再将制成的长丝切短,即得到所述保健粘胶纤维;海藻酸钠、壳聚糖、碧玺粉、竹炭粉和负离子粉的重量配比为1:0.9:1.3:0.5:0.3;所述保健粒子与聚酯切片、木质纤维素的重量配比为1:4:2;

S3、织坯整理:将S2中的坯布通过烧毛、退浆、冷轧堆前处理、染色、拉幅定型工序处理得到所述具有保健功能的床单面料,其中:染色工序中,先将坯布浸轧漂白液后水洗,漂白液的配方为:22wt%双氧水9g/L、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5g/L、泡花碱1.5g/L、透心油1.5g/L、络合剂1.5g/L、精练剂SP 4g/L,浸轧温度为90℃,浸轧时间为45min,浴比为1:12;再将坯布浸轧染色剂,染色剂配方为:活性染料0.9%、元明粉45g/L、纯碱8g/L、棉匀染剂MC 0.7g/L,浸轧温度为45℃,浸轧时间为45min,浴比为1:8;
所述精油整理液处理的具体操作如下:将混纺织造后得到的面料置于精油整理液中,按浴比1:25,于40℃下保温震荡20min,浸轧,90℃下预烘4min后,再在150℃下烘焙4min;
所述精油整理液的配方按重量百分比包括:精油15%、甲基丙烯酸甲酯25%、乳化剂1.0%、引发剂0.1%、明胶10%、有机硅柔软剂4%、水余量;其制备工艺包括:将水、精油、乳化剂和引发剂混匀,在温度为40℃,转速为1700r/min的条件下高速剪切乳化25min;再加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯,在温度为60℃,转速为2500r/min的条件下反应120min;接着加入明胶和有机硅柔软剂,搅拌8min,得到精油整理液。
本发明中,所述面料通过保健粘胶纤维和棉纤维以及莫代尔纤维混纺织成,通过选择棉纤维、莫代尔纤维与保健粘胶纤维进行混纺使得所得面料获得更好的物理性能的同时,还可以提高保健粘胶纤维的可纺性,并且有效地解决保健粘胶纤维纺纱过程中强度低,易产生静电等缺陷,使得纺纱过程顺利进行。
此外,所述保健粘胶纤维通过利用海藻酸钠和壳聚糖的高粘度特性,选择海藻酸钠与壳聚糖作为载体,使得碧玺粉、竹炭粉和负离子粉均匀地分散在其溶液中,从而实现了三者的包埋吸附,提高了三者在纺丝过程中负载稳定性,形成一种纳米级的超细添加剂;然后通过将所述纳米级的超细添加剂与聚酯切片、木质纤维素共混熔融纺丝,三者相容性较好,在后续纺丝后,通过对熔融纺丝各工艺参数进行优化,得到一种强力相对较高,可纺性强的保健粘胶纤维;其中,由于碧玺粉具有永久放射的远红外线的特点,是天然的心脑血管保护神,运用于人体,能畅通人体经络,使微血管扩张,促进全身气血循环;负离子粉使其周围的空气产生负离子,发射生物波,释放人体需要的微量元素,同时负离子具有很强的氧化还原作用,能破坏细菌的细胞膜或细胞原生质活性酶;竹炭粉具有良好的湿度调节和抗菌的功能,因此,上述熔融纺丝得到的保健粘胶纤维,具有激活氢键、释放远红外线、产生负氧离子等功效,将该保健粘胶纤维制成的织物用于床单面料中可以祛病养生、抗衰老美容、延年益寿等。
还有,为了进一步保证所述保健粘胶纤维的可纺性和混合均匀性,在对其进行混纺和整理过程中,根据纤维的特点,探索出一套完整的纺纱和织造工艺参数,有效地提高了棉网质量、熟条质量,解决了毛羽贴伏差等问题,提高了成纱质量及布机效率;同时,在织坯整理中,根据棉纤维、莫代尔纤维和保健粘胶纤维性质上的差异,印染加工各工序和参数的选择显得尤为重要,首先采用淀粉酶退浆;在染色过程中要充分考虑染料对不同纤维的得色率,纯碱的使用量控制在一定范围内,尽量避免粘胶纤维的损伤;利用上述整理工艺,赋予所述面料理想的染整效果,确定了一套比较完整的具有保健功能的床单面料料的工艺流程和工艺条件,产品质量重现性良好,成品质量指标能满足人们对面料的舒适性要求;最后在利用精油整理液处理过程中,通过精油与丙烯酸酯溶液形成的含精油的微胶囊粒,具有外观形态良好,呈光滑球形,包覆效果、分散性良好,极易进入并附着于混纺布料中,因此可以长时间地、缓慢地、均匀地释放精油分子,其制成的床单面料通过摩擦和曲挠,含精油的微胶囊破裂,释放出精油分子,通过呼吸系统进入大脑中枢神经,具有温暖放松和促进宁静的感觉,能消除疲劳、集中注意力、抗忧郁、帮助睡眠,还可以通过与皮肤的接触,细小的精油分子能迅速渗透到血管与淋巴,促进血液循环,将滞留在体内的二氧化碳及代谢废物代谢出来,平衡皮肤的酸咸值、帮助胶原形成,对于身体组织的生长与修复有良好的功效。

Claims (9)
1.一种具有保健功能的床单面料,其特征在于,其采用将保健粘胶纤维、棉纤维和莫代尔纤维进行混纺织造,然后经过精油整理液处理得到;
其中,所述保健粘胶纤维的制备工艺包括:将海藻酸钠和壳聚糖加入到氢氧化钠溶液中,搅拌条件下加入碧玺粉、竹炭粉和负离子粉,搅拌均匀后,浓缩,喷雾,干燥,研磨,得到保健粒子;将所述保健粒子与聚酯切片、木质纤维素共混后,加热保温,得到熔融纺丝原液;将所述熔融纺丝原液加入熔融纺丝机中制成长丝,将制成的长丝切短,即得到所述保健粘胶纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有保健功能的床单面料,其特征在于,所述保健粘胶纤维的制备工艺包括:将海藻酸钠和壳聚糖加入浓度为5-8wt%的氢氧化钠溶液中,在70-90℃下搅拌1-3h,搅拌条件下加入粒径≥200目的碧玺粉、竹炭粉和负离子粉,搅拌均匀后,浓缩,喷雾,干燥,研磨,得到保健粒子;将所述保健粒子与聚酯切片、木质纤维素共混后,加热至250-300℃熔融,保温0.5-0.8h,得到熔融纺丝原液;将所述熔融纺丝原液加入熔融纺丝机中制成长丝,其中纺丝温度为200-280℃,冷却吹风温度为10-15℃,风速为4-6m/s,牵伸速度为1400-1600m/min,再将制成的长丝切短,即得到所述保健粘胶纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有保健功能的床单面料,其特征在于,海藻酸钠、壳聚糖、碧玺粉、竹炭粉和负离子粉的重量配比为1:0.8-1.2:1-1.5:0.3-0.6:0.2-0.6;所述保健粒子与聚酯切片、木质纤维素的重量配比为1:3-5:1-3。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的具有保健功能的床单面料,其特征在于,所述将保健粘胶纤维、棉纤维和莫代尔纤维进行混纺织造的具体操作步骤如下:
S1、纺部:将保健粘胶纤维、棉纤维和莫代尔纤维通过清花、梳棉、三道并条、粗纱、细纱工序混纺成纱;
S2、织部:将S1中的混纺纱通过络筒、整经、上浆工序处理后,在织布机上织造成坯布;
S3、织坯整理:将S2中坯布通过烧毛、退浆、冷轧堆前处理、染色、拉幅定型工序处理得到所述具有保健功能的床单面料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有保健功能的床单面料,其特征在于,在S1中,粗纱工序中,总牵伸倍数6-9倍,后区牵伸倍数1.2-1.4,出条定量8.5-10.0g/10m,捻系数60-80,锭速400-600r/min,前罗拉速度120-180r/min;细纱工序中,总牵伸倍数30-35倍,后区牵伸倍数1.1-1.3倍,出条定量3.0-3.6g/10m,捻系数180-260,锭速8000-10000r/min。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的具有保健功能的床单面料,其特征在于,在S2中,上浆工序中,浆料配方按重量百分比包括:氧化交联淀粉45-55%、羊脂15-25%、表面活性剂5-15%、聚氧乙烯醚5-10%、硅酸钠1-5%,上浆率15-25%。
7.根据权利要求4-6任一项所述的具有保健功能的床单面料,其特征在于,在S3中,染色工序中,先将坯布浸轧漂白液后水洗,漂白液配方包括:20-25wt%双氧水8-10g/L、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-7g/L、泡花碱1-2g/L、透心油1-2g/L、络合剂1-2g/L、精练剂SP 2-6g/L,浸轧温度80-100℃,浸轧时间30-60min,浴比为1:10-15;再将坯布浸轧染色剂,染色剂配方包括:活性染料0.2-1.5%、元明粉40-50g/L、纯碱7-9g/L、棉匀染剂MC 0.5-1g/L,浸轧温度40-50℃,浸轧时间30-60min,浴比1:5-10。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的具有保健功能的床单面料,其特征在于,所述精油整理液的配方按重量百分比包括:精油10-20%、甲基丙烯酸甲酯20-30%、乳化剂0.5-1.5%、引发剂0.1-0.2%、明胶5-15%、有机硅柔软剂3-5%、水余量;其制备工艺包括:将水、精油、乳化剂和引发剂混匀,在温度30-50℃,转速1500-2000r/min的条件下高速剪切乳化15-30min;再加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯,在温度50-70℃,转速2000-3000r/min的条件下反应110-130min;接着加入明胶和有机硅柔软剂,搅拌6-10min,得到精油整理液。
9.根据权利要求8所述的具有保健功能的床单面料,其特征在于,所述经过精油整理液处理的具体操作如下:将混纺织造后得到的面料置于精油整理液中,按浴比1:20-30,于30-50℃下保温震荡15-25min,浸轧,80-100℃下预烘3-5min后,再在140-160℃下烘焙3-5min。
