技术领域

背景技术
通常,缓冲垫安装在车辆的客厢中以便在驾驶员座椅和副驾驶座椅的前方覆盖客厢的前侧。
在常规情况下,使用如图1中所示的方法制造所述缓冲垫。
亦即,注塑模制基体1(S1),所述基体1待形成缓冲垫的基层。与基体1分离地模制表皮2(S2),所述表皮2待附接至基体1的表面。
通常,考虑到缓冲垫的外观美感,通过压花工艺对表皮2的外表面进行压花。
之后,将经压花的表皮2设置在如上所述形成的基体1上方。然后在基体1和表皮2之间注射由聚氨酯材料制成的泡沫3,由此制造缓冲垫,其中泡沫填充基体1和表皮2之间的间隙。
然而,通过上述步骤制造缓冲垫所需的时间为大约180秒。出于该原因,有必要减少制造时间从而提高生产率。

本发明的各个方面致力于提供一种用于制造缓冲垫的装置,所述装置能够同时进行形成基体和表皮的工序以及在基体与表皮之间形成泡沫的工序,从而缩短制造缓冲垫所需的时间。
根据本发明,通过提供一种用于制造缓冲垫的装置而实现上述和其它目的,所述装置包括:第一模具,在所述第一模具的一侧形成有注射腔体用于模制基体;第二模具,其设置有一对注射芯部及一对表皮成型模塞;以及第三模具,其具有发泡部段及表皮成型部段,在所述发泡部段中发泡材料注射在基体和表皮之间,在所述表皮成型部段中的表皮上进行压花,其中,在所述第一模具、所述第二模具和所述第三模具同时彼此关闭的状况下,由所述第一模具的注射腔体和所述第二模具的一个注射芯部模制基体,由所述第二模具的一个表皮成型模塞和所述第三模具的表皮成型部段在表皮上进行压花,同时由所述第二模具的另一个注射芯部和所述第三模具的发泡部段在预先经模制的基体与预先经压花的表皮之间注射发泡材料。

之后,在注射腔体101和注射芯部201彼此关闭的状况下,将合成树脂注射进入第一模具100的注射腔体101与第二模具200的一侧处的注射芯部201之间限定的空间,由此模制基体(S3)。经模制的基体保持在注射芯部201上。
同时,在表皮成型部段302关闭至表皮成型模塞202’的状况下,通过第二模具200的另一侧处的表皮成型模塞202’在已经安装在第三模具300的表皮成型部段302处的表皮上进行压花(S4)。
在该情况下,当第三模具300关闭至第二模具200时,第二模具200的另一侧处的注射芯部201’也关闭至第三模具300的发泡部段301。然而在初始状态下,由于表皮尚未进给至发泡部段301,因此尚未通过发泡材料混合芯303进行发泡材料的注射。
当根据上述步骤完成表皮的压花同时形成基体时,第一模具100和第二模具200再次彼此打开。同时,第二模具200和第三模具300彼此打开(S5)。
之后,打开的第二模具200通过旋转结构203在水平方向上旋转180°(S6)。
同时,设置在第三模具300的表皮成型部段302处的经压花的表皮通过设置在第三模具300处的进给单元进给至第三模具300的发泡部段301用于将其附接至基体(S7)。
在经压花的表皮进给至第三模具300下部处的发泡部段301之后,将新的表皮安装在处于空置状态的第三模具300的表皮成型部段302处(S8)。
之后,第一模具100和第二模具200再次彼此关闭,如上所述。同时,第二模具200和第三模具300再次彼此关闭(S9)。
在该状态下,由于第二模具200已经旋转180°,第一模具100的注射腔体101关闭至第二模具200的另一侧处的注射芯部201’。之后,将合成树脂注射进入注射腔体101与注射芯部201’之间限定的空间,由此模制基体(S10)。新模制的基体保持在第二模具200的另一侧处的注射芯部201’上。
同时,第二模具200的已经旋转180°从而面对第三模具300的一侧处的注射芯部201关闭至第三模具300的发泡部段301同时携带之前的模制过程中形成的基体。
这样的好处是,已经进给至第三模具300的发泡部段301的经压花的表皮设置成面对保持在第二模具200的一侧处的注射芯部201中的基体。在该状态下,由设置在第三模具300处的发泡材料混合芯303将发泡材料注射进入表皮和基体之间的间隙,因此形成表皮和基体之间由发泡材料填充的缓冲垫(S11)。
同时,第二模具200的已经旋转180°从而面对第三模具300的一侧处的表皮成型模塞202关闭至第三模具300的表皮成型部段302。在该状态下,在新安装在表皮成型部段302中的表皮上进行压花(S12)。
之后,第一模具100和第二模具200再次彼此打开,并且第二模具200和第三模具300彼此打开(S13)。然后打开的第二模具200旋转180°(S14)。从第三模具300向外卸下在发泡部段301处完全形成的缓冲垫(S15)。
此外,设置在第三模具300的表皮成型部段302处的经压花的表皮进给至第三模具300的发泡部段301,如上所述(S16)。然后将新表皮安装在处于空置状态的第三模具300的表皮成型部段302处(S17)。
之后,第一模具100和第二模具200再次彼此关闭,并且第二模具200和第三模具300再次彼此关闭。在该状态下,重复进行步骤S9至S17,从而连续制造缓冲垫。
本发明的上述缓冲垫制造装置在通过形成基体和表皮并且注射发泡材料形成缓冲垫的步骤中消耗90秒的总时间,在关闭和打开模具的步骤中消耗10秒的总时间,在旋转第二模具200、从第三模具300卸下缓冲垫、进给表皮和安装新表皮的步骤中消耗10秒的总时间。因此,可以在110秒的总时间内制造缓冲垫,因此制造时间可以缩短从而极大地短于上述常规情况中的缓冲垫制造时间,即180秒。
正如通过上述描述显然的,根据所述缓冲垫制造装置,可以同时进行形成基体和表皮的工序以及形成基体和表皮之间的泡沫的工序,因此制造缓冲垫所需的时间可以极大地缩短。因此,实现了生产率提高的效果。
尽管出于说明的目的已公开了本发明的示例性实施方案,但是本领域技术人员应当理解,各种修改、增加和删减是可能的,并不脱离所附权利要求中所公开的本发明的范围和精神。

Claims (2)

1.用于制造缓冲垫的装置,包括:
第一模具,在所述第一模具中形成有注射腔体用于模制基体;
第二模具,在所述第二模具的下部处设置有一对注射芯部而在所述第二模具上部处设置有一对表皮成型模塞,所述第二模具能够通过旋转结构围绕第二模具的纵向轴线旋转;以及
第三模具,在所述第三模具的下部处具有发泡部段,在所述发泡部段中通过注射发泡材料而在基体和表皮之间形成泡沫,在所述第三模具的上部处具有表皮成型部段,在所述表皮成型部段中在表皮的表面上进行压花,其中,所述第三模具实现通过所述表皮成型部段压花的表皮进给至发泡部段的操作;
其中,在所述第一模具、所述第二模具和所述第三模具同时彼此关闭的状况下,由所述第一模具的注射腔体和所述第二模具的第一注射芯部模制基体,由所述第二模具的一个表皮成型模塞和所述第三模具的表皮成型部段在表皮上进行压花,由所述第二模具的第二注射芯部和所述第三模具的发泡部段在经模制的基体与经压花的表皮之间注射发泡材料,从而制造缓冲垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于制造缓冲垫的装置,其中,发泡材料混合芯安装至所述第三模具,以注射所述发泡材料。
