Abstract
本发明公开了一种功能性营养素饮料,其特征在于,每1kg饮料中含有:针叶樱桃果粉50‑250mg、银耳多糖25‑200mg、VB3 5‑20mg、VB6 0.5‑2mg、VB12 0.0005‑0.005mg、牛磺酸200‑600mg、γ‑氨基丁酸50‑250mg。本发明将γ‑氨基丁酸与针叶樱桃果粉、银耳多糖、牛磺酸、维生素B3、维生素B6和维生素B12配伍协同作用,制备得到一种功能性营养素饮料,该饮料具有提高免疫力、抗衰老、降血糖和降血脂等多种生理功能;并同时具有全面补充多种营养,增强营养功能,调理人体机能健康和缺乏某种营养素引起的潜在的缺乏症,有效防止趋于亚健康状态,引起免疫力下降和诱发疾病等。

技术领域
本发明属于营养素饮料领域,具体地,本发明涉及一种功能性营养素饮料。
背景技术
针叶樱桃是目前种植的植物中维生素C含量第三高的,每100克果中维C含量达1677毫克,仅次于卡卡杜李和卡姆果,是柠檬的31倍,草莓的27倍,猕猴桃的18倍,也是被认为维生素C极高的番石榴的7倍,是名副其实的“天然维生素C之王”之一,同时还含有维A、维B1、维B2、铁、钙等元素,维生素C是维持人体生命不可欠缺的重要成份,它能够防感冒,防坏血病,改善人体抵抗能力,对美容以及癌症有一定功效。在保健、饮料、美容方面有广泛的应用。
从银耳(Tremella fuciformisBerk),俗称白木耳,子实体中得到银耳多糖(Tremellam)是一种酸性杂多糖,其主链结构是由α-(1→3)糖苷键连接的甘露聚糖,支链由葡萄糖醛酸和木糖组成。
γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)是一种天然活性成分,广泛分布于动植物体内。植物如豆属、参属、中草药等的种子、根茎和组织液中都含有GABA。在动物体内,GABA几乎只存在于神经组织中,其中脑组织中的含量大约为0.1-0.6mg/克组织,免疫学研究表明,其浓度最高的区域为大脑中黑质。
根据目前的研究,发现GABA的生理活性主要表现在以下几方面:
(1)镇静神经、抗焦虑。医学家已经证明GABA是中枢神经系统的抑制性传递物质,是脑组织中最重要的神经递质之一。其作用是降低神经元活性,防止神经细胞过热,GABA能结合抗焦虑的脑受体并使之激活,然后与另外一些物质协同作用,阻止与焦虑相关的信息抵达脑指示中枢。
(2)降低血压。GABA能作用于脊髓的血管运动中枢,有效促进血管扩张,达到降低血压的目的。据报道,黄芪等中药的有效降压成分即为GABA。
(3)治疗疾病。1997年,大熊诚太郎的研究表明GABA与某些疾病的形成有关,帕金森病人脊髓中GABA的浓度较低,癫痫病患者脊髓液中的GABA浓度也低于正常水平。日本大阪大学医学院的研究显示GABA对Kupperman综合症具有显著的改善效果。另外,神经组织中GABA的降低也与Huntington疾病、老年痴呆等神经衰败症的形成有关。
(4)降低血氨。我国的临床医学和日本的研究者也都认为,GABA能抑制谷氨酸的脱羧反应,使血氨降低。更多的谷氨酸与氨结合生成尿素排出体外,以解除氨毒,从而增进肝机能。摄入GABA可以提高葡萄糖磷酸酯酶的活性,使脑细胞活动旺盛,可促进脑组织的新陈代谢和恢复脑细胞功能,改善神经机能。
(5)提高脑活力。GABA能进入脑内三羧酸循环,促进脑细胞代谢,同时还能提高葡萄糖代谢时葡萄糖磷酸酯酶的活性,增加乙酰胆碱的生成,扩张血管增加血流量,并降低血氨,促进大脑的新陈代谢,恢复脑细胞功能。
(6)促进乙醇代谢。以嗜酒者为对象,服用GABA再饮用60ml威士忌后采血测定血中乙醇及乙醛浓度,发现后者浓度明显比对照组低。
(7)其他。最新的研究表明,GABA还具有防止皮肤老化、消除体臭、改善脂质代谢,防止动脉硬化高效减肥等功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种功能性营养素饮料及其制备方法。本发明将γ-氨基丁酸与针叶樱桃果粉、银耳多糖、牛磺酸、维生素B3、维生素B6和维生素B12配伍协同作用,制备得到一种功能性营养素饮料,该饮料具有提高免疫力、抗衰老、降血糖和降血脂等多种生理功能;并同时具有全面补充多种营养,增强营养功能,调理人体机能健康和缺乏某种营养素引起的潜在的缺乏症,有效防止趋于亚健康状态,引起免疫力下降和诱发疾病等。

所述酸度调节剂包括柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠。
所述着色剂包括柠檬黄、亮蓝等适合于在饮料中添加的着色剂。
所述食用香精包括清凉香精、混合水果香精、食用香精。
所述饮料食品添加剂还包括例如锌铁钙强化的营养添加剂,例如在所述饮料中添加L-乳酸钙、葡萄糖酸亚铁、葡萄糖酸锌中的一种或多种。

本发明中,所述针叶樱桃果粉是以针叶樱桃果为原料,经榨汁、过滤、浓缩、喷雾干燥等工艺制成。
本发明中,所述银耳多糖是以银耳为原料,经过纯水洗涤、浸泡、加热提取、过滤除杂、乙醇沉淀、乙醇脱水、干燥、粉碎、过筛、包装等工艺制成。本发明中使用的银耳多糖原料要求:总多糖(以干物质计算)大于等于50%,按照苯酚硫酸法测定。

实施例1
一种功能性营养素饮料,每1kg饮料中含有:
取30个患者(高血压、高血脂患者)分为2组,实验组20人,对照组10人,实验组使用本发明实施例1的产品进行饮用,用量为每次500ml,每天两次;对照组使用药物“必降脂”,按说明书使用。
患者的选取标准为医学上确认存在三高症:高血压、高血脂、高血清胆固醇。连续使用两个月,每个月一疗程,实验开始和结束时分别检测患者三高指标,所得结果如下(各单位均为医学标准单位,即胆固醇、甘油三酯为mmol/l,血压为mmHg):
