Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐高温的压力容器盖,包括盖体本体和设置于盖体本体周边的多个齿块,盖体本体和齿块上均喷涂有耐高温涂料。有益之处在于:本发明的压力容器盖的盖体本体和齿块上均喷涂有耐高温涂料,该涂料与压力容器盖的附着性良好、不起泡、不脱落,进一步提升了压力容器盖本身的耐高温性能,避免压力容器盖在高温环境下发生变形。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种压力容器盖,具体涉及一种耐高温的压力容器盖。
背景技术
压力容器盖是将压力容器封闭的重要部件,使用频率高而且使用环境严苛,经常在高温、户外等环境下进行使用,高温环境会使金属材料制成的压力容器盖发生变形,导致密封性变差,影响产品质量,鉴于此,有必要对压力容器盖的耐高温性能提升进行研究。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种耐高温性能好的压力容器盖。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种耐高温的压力容器盖,包括盖体本体和设置于盖体本体周边的多个齿块,所述盖体本体和齿块上均喷涂有耐高温涂料,所述耐高温涂料的制备方法如下:
S1、按重量份计,称取原料如下:聚酯树脂30-60份、环氧酚醛树脂30-60份、硫酸钡40-50份、醋酸纤维素25-35份、聚四氟乙烯20-25份、聚磷酸铵耐温助剂2-5份及石棉粉3-8份;
S2、将步骤S1称取的各原料投入混合器中搅拌混合均匀,再依次经挤出机熔融挤出、粉碎机粉碎、烘干机烘干及旋转筛筛粉,最后包装得到耐高温涂料。
优选地,前述盖体本体与齿块均由金属材料制成。
更优选地,前述盖体本体与齿块是一体成型的。
具体地,前述步骤S1中,各原料的用量如下:按重量份计,聚酯树脂50份、环氧酚醛树脂50份、硫酸钡40份、醋酸纤维素30份、聚四氟乙烯20份、聚磷酸铵耐温助剂4份及石棉粉5份。
再优选地,前述步骤S2中,搅拌混合时采用高温低速搅拌结合低温高速搅拌的搅拌模式,高温低速搅拌时,温度为50-60℃,搅拌速度为80-120rpm/min;低温高速搅拌时,温度为20-30℃,搅拌速度为300-400rpm/min。
进一步优选地,前述步骤S2中,烘干机为蒸汽烘干机。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明的压力容器盖的盖体本体和齿块上均喷涂有耐高温涂料,该涂料与压力容器盖的附着性良好、不起泡、不脱落,进一步提升了压力容器盖本身的耐高温性能,避免压力容器盖在高温环境下发生变形。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
实施例1
本实施例的耐高温的压力容器盖包括由金属材料制成的盖体本体和设置于盖体本体周边的多个齿块,在盖体本体和齿块上均喷涂有耐高温涂料,该耐高温涂料的制备方法如下:
S1、按重量份计,称取原料如下:聚酯树脂30份、环氧酚醛树脂30份、硫酸钡40份、醋酸纤维素25份、聚四氟乙烯20份、聚磷酸铵耐温助剂2份及石棉粉3份;
S2、将步骤S1称取的各原料投入混合器中搅拌混合均匀,再依次经挤出机熔融挤出、粉碎机粉碎、烘干机烘干及旋转筛筛粉,最后包装得到耐高温涂料。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1大致相似,其区别在于各原料的重量份不同,具体如下:聚酯树脂50份、环氧酚醛树脂50份、硫酸钡40份、醋酸纤维素30份、聚四氟乙烯20份、聚磷酸铵耐温助剂4份及石棉粉5份。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1大致相似,其区别在于各原料的重量份不同,具体如下:聚酯树脂60份、环氧酚醛树脂60份、硫酸钡50份、醋酸纤维素35份、聚四氟乙烯25份、聚磷酸铵耐温助剂5份及石棉粉8份。
实施例4
作为本发明的一种改进,本实施例与实施例2的区别在于:在步骤S2中,搅拌混合时采用高温低速搅拌结合低温高速搅拌的搅拌模式,高温低速搅拌时,温度为50-60℃,搅拌速度为80-120rpm/min;低温高速搅拌时,温度为20-30℃,搅拌速度为300-400rpm/min。
对比例采用未喷涂耐高温涂料的普通压力容器盖。
性能检测
对实施例1-4和对比例进行表面状态及耐高温性能测试,变形度为最大变形处相较于原始位置的尺寸偏离程度,数值越大表示耐高温性能越差,结果如表1:

综上,本发明的压力容器盖的盖体本体和齿块上均喷涂有耐高温涂料,该涂料与压力容器盖的附着性良好、不起泡、不脱落,进一步提升了压力容器盖本身的耐高温性能,避免压力容器盖在高温环境下发生变形;实施例验证,在步骤S2中,搅拌混合时采用高温低速搅拌结合低温高速搅拌的搅拌模式,能够获得更好的产品性能。

S1、按重量份计,称取原料如下:聚酯树脂30-60份、环氧酚醛树脂30-60份、硫酸钡40-50份、醋酸纤维素25-35份、聚四氟乙烯20-25份、聚磷酸铵耐温助剂2-5份及石棉粉3-8份;
S2、将步骤S1称取的各原料投入混合器中搅拌混合均匀,再依次经挤出机熔融挤出、粉碎机粉碎、烘干机烘干及旋转筛筛粉,最后包装得到耐高温涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的压力容器盖,其特征在于,所述盖体本体与齿块均由金属材料制成。
