A、原料配备;把东兴砂40-50份、纯白砂41-50份、福明砂9-16份、水磨粉13-20份、烧滑石5-10份、膨润土4-8份、惠东原坭5-15份、石英粉5-15份、辅助剂0.4-1份、北沙参100-140份、葛根100-160份、莲子心60-120份、百合50-150份、 天花粉110-130份、黄芪100-150份、丹参100-180份、山药60-100份、半枝莲100-150份、蒲公英80-160份进行混合配备,得到成混合物A1;B、球磨;把所述混合物A1和水(按重量比2:1)加入球磨机内进行混合研磨,形成浆料B1;C、喷雾造粒;把所述浆料B1喷射在喷雾干燥塔中对其进行干燥,造粒,形成粉料C1;D、冲压成型;把所述粉料C1加入冲压机进行布料、冲压成型,得到瓷砖坯体D1;E、煅烧;把所述瓷砖坯体D1放入窑炉内进行煅烧,得到陶瓷砖E1;F、把北沙参100-140份、葛根100-160份、莲子心60-120份、百合50-150份、 天花粉110-130份、黄芪100-150份、丹参100-180份、山药60-100份、 半枝莲100-150份、蒲公英80-160份制备成溶液,把溶液多次涂在步骤E中陶瓷砖E1上,晾干再涂液再晾干。
本发明的有益效果:1.本发明实现的陶瓷制品具有调节身体代谢,排毒等功能,可以改善人体代谢机能,加快新陈代谢,抗黄曲霉的功能,满足市场需求。

A、原料配备;把按重量份数计算,陶瓷制品组分包括:东兴砂40份、纯白砂41份、福明砂9份、水磨粉13份、超白球土5份、惠东原坭5份、石英粉5份、烧滑石5份、膨润土4份、辅助剂0.4份进行混合配备,得到成混合物A1;B、球磨;把所述混合物A1和水(按重量比2:1)加入球磨机内进行混合研磨,形成浆料B1;C、喷雾造粒;把所述浆料B1喷射在喷雾干燥塔中对其进行干燥,造粒,形成粉料C1;D、冲压成型;把所述粉料C1加入冲压机进行布料、冲压成型,得到瓷砖坯体D1;E、煅烧;把所述瓷砖坯体D1放入窑炉内进行煅烧,得到陶瓷砖E1;F、把北沙参100份、葛根100份、莲子心60份、百合50份、 天花粉110份、黄芪100份、丹参100份、薏苡仁100份、山药60份、枸杞子80份、半枝莲100份、蒲公英80份制备成溶液,把溶液多次涂在步骤E中陶瓷砖E1上,晾干再涂液再晾干。

A、原料配备;把东兴砂50份、纯白砂50份、福明砂16份、水磨粉20份、超白球土10份、惠东原坭15份、石英粉15份、烧滑石10份、膨润土8份、辅助剂1份进行混合配备,得到成混合物A1;B、球磨;把所述混合物A1和水(按重量比2:1)加入球磨机内进行混合研磨,形成浆料B1;C、喷雾造粒;把所述浆料B1喷射在喷雾干燥塔中对其进行干燥,造粒,形成粉料C1;D、冲压成型;把所述粉料C1加入冲压机进行布料、冲压成型,得到瓷砖坯体D1;E、煅烧;把所述瓷砖坯体D1放入窑炉内进行煅烧,得到陶瓷砖E1;F、把北沙参140份、葛根160份、莲子心60份、百合50份、 天花粉110份、黄芪100份、丹参100份、薏苡仁100份、山药60份、枸杞子80份、半枝莲100份、蒲公英80份制备成溶液,把溶液多次涂在步骤E中陶瓷砖E1上,晾干再涂液再晾干。
