本发明涉及陶瓷制品的技术领域,具体涉及一种能消除室内异味的陶瓷制品及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前陶瓷制品无法实现向人们长时间传递生物能量、提升自身整体健康的效果需求,能消除室内异味的陶瓷制品在陶瓷行业处于空缺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足之处,提出一种能消除室内异味的陶瓷制品及其制备方法,该陶瓷制品具有能消除室内异味的功能。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种能消除室内异味的陶瓷制品,按重量份数计算,陶瓷制品组分包括:东兴砂40-50份、纯白砂41-50份、福明砂9-16份、水磨粉13-20份、超白球土5-10份、惠东原坭5-15份、石英粉5-15份、烧滑石5-10份、膨润土4-8份、高岭石30-70份、木炭10-30份。
更进一步地,按重量份数计算,陶瓷制品组分包括:东兴砂45份、纯白砂45份、福明砂10份、水磨粉15份、超白球土9份、惠东原坭10份、石英粉10份、烧滑石8份、膨润土6份、高岭石50份、木炭20份。
一种制备上述的能消除室内异味的陶瓷制品的方法,包括步骤如下:
A、原料配备;把东兴砂40-50份、纯白砂41-50份、福明砂9-16份、水磨粉13-20份、超白球土5-10份、惠东原坭5-15份、石英粉5-15份、烧滑石5-10份、膨润土4-8份、高岭石30-70份进行混合配备,得到成混合物A1;B、球磨;把所述混合物A1和水(按重量比2:1)加入球磨机内进行混合研磨,形成浆料B1;C、喷雾造粒;把所述浆料B1喷射在喷雾干燥塔中对其进行干燥,造粒,形成粉料C1;D、冲压成型;把所述粉料C1加入冲压机进行布料、冲压成型,得到瓷砖坯体D1;E、煅烧;把所述瓷砖坯体D1放入窑炉内进行煅烧,得到陶瓷砖E1;F、把木炭10-30份制备成溶液,把溶液多次涂在步骤E中陶瓷砖E1上,晾干再涂液再晾干。
本发明的有益效果:1.本发明实现的陶瓷制品具有调节身体代谢,排毒等功能,可以改善人体代谢机能,加快新陈代谢,能消除室内异味的功能,满足市场需求。

一种制备所述的能消除室内异味的陶瓷制品的方法,包括步骤如下:
A、原料配备;把按重量份数计算,陶瓷制品组分包括:东兴砂40份、纯白砂41份、福明砂9份、水磨粉13份、超白球土5份、惠东原坭5份、石英粉5份、烧滑石5份、膨润土4份、高岭石30份进行混合配备,得到成混合物A1;B、球磨;把所述混合物A1和水(按重量比2:1)加入球磨机内进行混合研磨,形成浆料B1;C、喷雾造粒;把所述浆料B1喷射在喷雾干燥塔中对其进行干燥,造粒,形成粉料C1;D、冲压成型;把所述粉料C1加入冲压机进行布料、冲压成型,得到瓷砖坯体D1;E、煅烧;把所述瓷砖坯体D1放入窑炉内进行煅烧,得到陶瓷砖E1;F、把木炭10份制备成溶液,把溶液多次涂在步骤E中陶瓷砖E1上,晾干再涂液再晾干。
