本发明的目的在于提供一种复合营养食用菌粉,具有清热解毒、美容养颜、补中益气、健脾补虚、固肾益精、益心安神、延缓衰老和提高免疫力等功效,可即食冲泡饮用,便携,有助于改善白领人士的亚健康状态。

一种复合营养食用菌粉,按重量份计,其原料组成为:复合食用菌粉20-30份,铁皮石斛8-12份,山药10-15份,红薯叶11-15份,浮麦9-11份,薄荷6-10份。
优选的,所述的复合营养食用菌粉,按重量份计,其原料组成为:复合食用菌粉28份,铁皮石斛10份,山药13份,红薯叶14份,浮麦10份,薄荷8份。
所述的复合食用菌粉的制备方法为:按重量份取新鲜的草菇10-12份、杏鲍菇5-8份、双孢菇3-5份、金针菇6-9份、香菇8-10份、猴头菇7-10份、灰树花11-13份和茶树菇9-11份,洗净,沥干,在-10℃~-5℃冻干10-12h,粉碎,过100-200目筛,制得复合食用菌粉。
一种制备如上所述的复合营养食用菌粉的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将新鲜山药去皮后,在水中浸泡至中心发软,切片,在-10℃~-5℃冻干8-10h,粉碎,过100-200目筛,制得山药粉;
2)将浮麦晒干,粉碎,过100-200目筛,制得浮麦粉;
3)将新鲜的铁皮石斛、红薯叶和薄荷洗净、漂烫、沥干,在-8℃~-3℃冻干8-10h,粉碎,过100-200目筛,制得混合料;
4)将复合食用菌粉、山药粉、浮麦粉和步骤3)制得的混合料混合均匀,隔水80-90℃蒸制30-50min,然后将蒸制后的粉末置于50-60℃烘箱中干燥3-4h,灭菌后制得复合营养食用菌粉。

1)将新鲜山药去皮后,在水中浸泡至中心发软,切片,在-10℃冻干10h,粉碎,过100目筛,制得山药粉;
2)将浮麦晒干,粉碎,过100目筛,制得浮麦粉;
3)将新鲜的铁皮石斛、红薯叶和薄荷洗净、漂烫、沥干,在-8℃冻干10h,粉碎,过100目筛,制得混合料;
4)将复合食用菌粉、山药粉、浮麦粉和步骤3)制得的混合料混合均匀,隔水80℃蒸制50min,然后将蒸制后的粉末置于50℃烘箱中干燥4h,灭菌后制得复合营养食用菌粉。

一种复合营养食用菌粉,按重量份计,其原料组成为:复合食用菌粉30份,铁皮石斛8份,山药15份,红薯叶11份,浮麦11份,薄荷6份。
所述的复合食用菌粉的制备方法为:按重量份取新鲜的草菇12份、杏鲍菇5份、双孢菇5份、金针菇6份、香菇10份、猴头菇7份、灰树花13份和茶树菇9份,洗净,沥干,在-5℃冻干10h,粉碎,过200目筛,制得复合食用菌粉。
一种制备如上所述的复合营养食用菌粉的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将新鲜山药去皮后,在水中浸泡至中心发软,切片,在-5℃冻干10h,粉碎,过200目筛,制得山药粉;
2)将浮麦晒干,粉碎,过200目筛,制得浮麦粉;
3)将新鲜的铁皮石斛、红薯叶和薄荷洗净、漂烫、沥干,在-3℃冻干8h,粉碎,过200目筛,制得混合料;
4)将复合食用菌粉、山药粉、浮麦粉和步骤3)制得的混合料混合均匀,隔水90℃蒸制30min,然后将蒸制后的粉末置于60℃烘箱中干燥3h,灭菌后制得复合营养食用菌粉。
实施例

一种复合营养食用菌粉,按重量份计,其原料组成为:复合食用菌粉28份,铁皮石斛10份,山药13份,红薯叶14份,浮麦10份,薄荷8份。
所述的复合食用菌粉的制备方法为:按重量份取新鲜的草菇11份、杏鲍菇7份、双孢菇4份、金针菇7份、香菇9份、猴头菇9份、灰树花11份和茶树菇10份,洗净,沥干,在-8℃冻干11h,粉碎,过200目筛,制得复合食用菌粉。
一种制备如上所述的复合营养食用菌粉的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将新鲜山药去皮后,在水中浸泡至中心发软,切片,在-8℃冻干9h,粉碎,过200目筛,制得山药粉;
2)将浮麦晒干,粉碎,过200目筛,制得浮麦粉;
3)将新鲜的铁皮石斛、红薯叶和薄荷洗净、漂烫、沥干,在-5℃冻干9h,粉碎,过200目筛,制得混合料;
4)将复合食用菌粉、山药粉、浮麦粉和步骤3)制得的混合料混合均匀,隔水85℃蒸制40min,然后将蒸制后的粉末置于55℃烘箱中干燥3.5h,灭菌后制得复合营养食用菌粉。
每日用水冲泡复合营养食用菌粉50g,坚持使用3个月后,疲劳感明显减轻,且没有气血不足、烦闷易怒、胃病等症状出现。其中,实施例3效果最佳。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种复合营养食用菌粉,其特征在于:按重量份计,其原料组成为:复合食用菌粉20-30份,铁皮石斛8-12份,山药10-15份,红薯叶11-15份,浮麦9-11份,薄荷6-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合营养食用菌粉,其特征在于:按重量份计,其原料组成为:复合食用菌粉28份,铁皮石斛10份,山药13份,红薯叶14份,浮麦10份,薄荷8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合营养食用菌粉,其特征在于:所述的复合食用菌粉的制备方法为:按重量份取新鲜的草菇10-12份、杏鲍菇5-8份、双孢菇3-5份、金针菇6-9份、香菇8-10份、猴头菇7-10份、灰树花11-13份和茶树菇9-11份,洗净,沥干,在-10℃~-5℃冻干10-12h,粉碎,过100-200目筛,制得复合食用菌粉。
4.一种制备如权利要求1-3任一项所述的复合营养食用菌粉的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)将新鲜山药去皮后,在水中浸泡至中心发软,切片,在-10℃~-5℃冻干8-10h,粉碎,过100-200目筛,制得山药粉;
2)将浮麦晒干,粉碎,过100-200目筛,制得浮麦粉;
3)将新鲜的铁皮石斛、红薯叶和薄荷洗净、漂烫、沥干,在-8℃~-3℃冻干8-10h,粉碎,过100-200目筛,制得混合料;
4)将复合食用菌粉、山药粉、浮麦粉和步骤3)制得的混合料混合均匀,隔水80-90℃蒸制30-50min,然后将蒸制后的粉末置于50-60℃烘箱中干燥3-4h,灭菌后制得复合营养食用菌粉。
