技术领域
本发明涉及开放芯部缓冲垫及其制造方法。
背景技术
车辆具有缓冲垫从而在发生事故时最大限度地保护乘客。缓冲垫安装在驾驶员座椅和副驾驶座椅的前侧。
这种缓冲垫由泡沫材料制成,所述泡沫材料具有弹性缓冲性能和吸收一定程度冲击的性质并且提供美学效果。
用于车辆的常规缓冲垫包括表皮和芯部,所述表皮用于提供美学效果,所述芯部用于在表皮的内侧作为框架支撑缓冲垫。用于提供缓冲性能和冲击吸收性能的发泡层介于芯部和表皮之间。

突出部11可以倾斜使得接触表皮2的头部111具有尖端。因此,当挤压芯部1和表皮2时,突出部11进入表皮2使得可以容易地移除泡沫带4和表皮2的远端25。此外,由于表皮2和突出部11牢固结合,突出部11可以进一步有效地密封泡沫液体31。
参考图6、9A和9B,表皮2包括成形空间21、本体部分23和远端25,在所述成形空间21内形成泡沫层3,所述本体部分23形成成形空间21,所述远端25从本体部分23延长并且接触芯部1(确切地是突出部11)。
对于表皮2,可以使用各种材料,或更特别地,可以使用聚氯乙烯(PVC)粉浆。
在本发明中,“内”意指基于缓冲垫的轮廓的内部,即朝向泡沫层3的方向,而“外”意指基于缓冲垫的轮廓的外部。
远端25可以从本体部分23延伸和弯曲从而几乎与芯部1平行。此外,远端25从靠近突出部11的部分进一步延伸一定长度至外部使得泡沫带4附接至远端25。
远端25可以包括变薄部段251,所述变薄部段251邻近突出部11从表皮2的外表面凹入。由于变薄部段251的表皮2厚度较薄,在通过突出部11和表皮2完成泡沫层3的最终密封的情况下可以从变薄部段251容易地移除留存的泡沫带4和远端25。
参考图6,泡沫带4可以附接至表皮2的远端25从而避免在挤压模具5之前注入成形空间21的泡沫液体31的溢出现象。此外,参考图10A,在当挤压模具5时突出部11和表皮2不接触的情况下,由于成形空间21在没有泡沫带4时并不密封,因此泡沫液体31会泄漏,而泡沫带4可以进行密封从而防止该情况的发生。
然而,如图10B中所示,如果挤压表皮2和突出部11使得成形空间21密封,如上所述在发泡过程完成之后泡沫带4连同一部分远端25被移除,如图10C中所示。
不同于常规的缓冲垫,根据本发明,由于泡沫带4被移除,因此可以通过将泡沫带4的粘合力降低至泡沫带4可以容易撕除的水平从而容易地移除泡沫带4。
此外,根据本发明,由于如上所述在通过突出部11避免泡沫液体31和泡沫带4接触的条件下发生泡沫反应,使得泡沫液体31不会被吸收进入泡沫带4,因此可以容易地移除泡沫带4。
通过将泡沫液体31注入成形空间21产生泡沫反应并且朝向上方模具51挤压下方模具52从而形成泡沫层3。对于泡沫液体31,可以使用各种材料,然而可以使用聚氨酯液体。
根据本发明,当挤压模具5时,由于在确定突出部11和泡沫带4的位置使得突出部11和泡沫带4紧密地附接之后挤压模具5,因此通过最小化在突出部11和泡沫带4之间留存的泡沫液体31避免了泡沫液体31的过多损失。
根据本发明的制造开放芯部缓冲垫的方法包括将芯部1插入上方模具51并且将表皮2插入下方模具52。使泡沫带4附接至芯部1或表皮2并且将泡沫液体31注入成形空间21。通过挤压上方模具51和下方模具52从而制造发泡层3。
由于芯部1和表皮2已经在上文进行了描述,将省略其描述从而避免重复。
在插入的步骤中,芯部1包括邻近表皮2的变薄部段251的突出部11。
在附接的步骤中,泡沫带4可以附接至表皮2的远端25,注入成形空间21的泡沫液体31朝向表皮2的远端25向下流动至变薄部段251的外部。因此,当挤压模具5时,突出部11和泡沫带4可以紧密地附接。
此外,泡沫带4可以附接至表皮2的两端使得在挤压模具5时在突出部11和表皮2接触之前泡沫液体31不会泄漏。
在注入的步骤中,由于泡沫液体31被泡沫带4堵住,因此泡沫液体31不能向下流动和泄漏。
在制造的步骤中,如果挤压模具5,泡沫液体31均匀地流入成形空间21并且可以通过泡沫带4和最终通过突出部11避免泡沫流体31泄漏。
当发泡反应完成并且发泡层3形成时,移除附接到一部分突出部11的泡沫带4。根据本发明,表皮2在变薄部段251处相对较薄并且可以通过使突出部11的头部111变尖从而刺入表皮2使得变薄部段251变得更薄。可以借助紧密地附接突出部11和泡沫带4从而通过避免泡沫液体31转移进入泡沫带4从而避免泡沫带4附接至突出部11的一侧或芯部1的一个表面。此外,当在泡沫带4的粘合力下降的情况下附接泡沫带4时可以容易地移除泡沫带4。
根据本发明,由于突出部11对发泡层3进行密封,不会出现泡沫带4的脱离现象,这不同于现有技术。
此外,由于本发明包括表皮2的变薄部段251,因此在发泡之后容易移除泡沫带4和一部分表皮2。
因此,根据本发明,可以解决常规的缓冲垫中的问题并且可以提供具有改进质量的缓冲垫。
根据本发明的包括上述构造的开放芯部缓冲垫具有如下效果:
本发明的开放芯部缓冲垫包括突出部,因此当挤压模具时避免了泡沫液体和泡沫带的附接,因此在发泡过程之后可以移除泡沫带。
本发明的开放芯部缓冲垫包括变薄部段,因此在完成发泡层的密封之后变薄部段的外侧处的表皮连同泡沫带可以容易地移除。
由于突出部和表皮彼此接触从而进行密封并且泡沫带连同一部分表皮被移除,不发生泡沫带的脱离,因此改进了质量。
本发明已参照其示例性实施方案进行了详细描述。然而,本领域技术人员将了解,在不偏离本发明的原理和精神下,可对这些实施方案进行改变,本发明的范围在所附权利要求及其等同形式中限定。

Claims (7)

1.一种开放芯部缓冲垫,包括:
芯部;
表皮,其邻接所述芯部从而在两者之间包括成形空间;
发泡层,其通过将泡沫液体注入所述成形空间而发泡形成;以及
泡沫带,其用于避免所述泡沫液体溢出,
其中所述表皮包括:本体部分和远端,所述远端从所述本体部分平行于所述芯部延伸,
所述芯部包括突出部,所述突出部朝向所述表皮突出并且在所述芯部和所述远端接触的位置处形成,
其中所述远端包括变薄部段,所述变薄部段在所述远端接触所述突出部的位置处从外侧凹入,
所述远端可移除地与所述泡沫带附接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的开放芯部缓冲垫,其中所述突出部和所述泡沫带彼此附接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的开放芯部缓冲垫,其中所述突出部包括头部,所述头部倾斜并且具有尖端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的开放芯部缓冲垫,其中所述表皮为聚氯乙烯粉浆。
5.一种制造开放芯部缓冲垫的方法,包括:
将芯部插入上方模具并且将表皮插入下方模具;
将泡沫带附接至所述芯部或所述表皮;
将泡沫液体注入所述表皮的成形空间;以及
通过挤压所述上方模具和所述下方模具从而制造发泡层,
其中所述表皮包括:本体部分和远端,所述远端从所述本体部分平行于所述芯部延伸,
所述芯部包括突出部,所述突出部在所述泡沫带的内侧处在所述芯部和所述远端邻接接触的位置处形成,
所述远端包括变薄部段,所述变薄部段在所述远端接触所述突出部的位置处从外侧凹入,并且所述远端与所述泡沫带一起移除。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制造开放芯部缓冲垫的方法,其中当挤压所述上方模具和所述下方模具时,所述泡沫带紧密地附接至所述突出部。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制造开放芯部缓冲垫的方法,其中所述突出部包括头部,所述头部倾斜并且具有尖端。
