技术领域
本发明涉及一种黄精山药雪媚娘。
背景技术
目前,雪媚娘源自日本,原名为“大福”,是日本的地道点心之一,外皮是QQ的雪媚娘冰皮,在日本它的馅料都是当季的真材实料的水果为主。“雪媚娘”这个名字源于日本当地发明各种草莓大福的一位夫人,因制作许多有关草莓大福的点心,所以在日本人人都称她为草莓大福达人,而我们制作的雪媚娘也是她的代表作之一。雪媚娘细白软糯,第一口咬到的是特别Q滑的冰皮,里面是奶香怡人的淡奶油,裹着好吃的水果粒,酸酸甜甜、口感丰富。咬一口就能享受到她的清甜软滑,可别停不了口哦!“雪媚娘”冷藏后的口感更佳,轻轻一口下去,细软中还带着隐隐的甜意和凉意。如果不沾椰茸的话,粉嫩的外皮会透出淡淡的奶黄,让人有无限的暇想。西茄雪媚娘,沿用轻施手粉风格,内馅采用鲜果,是传统雪媚娘的最重要流派。
黄精,百合科黄精属多年生草本植物,具有补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾功能。用于治疗脾胃虚弱,体倦乏力,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,精血不足,内热消渴等症。对于糖尿病很有疗效。黄精具有降血压,降血糖,降血脂,防止动脉粥样硬化,延缓衰老和抗菌等作用,黄精多糖具有免疫激活作用。用于阴虚肺燥,干咳少痰,及肺肾阴虚的劳嗽久咳等。用于脾胃虚弱。既补脾阴,又益脾气,用于肾虚精亏得头晕,腰膝酸软,须发早白及消渴等。
山药又称薯蓣、土薯、山薯蓣、怀山药、淮山、白山药,是《中华本草》收载的草药,药用来源为薯蓣科植物山药干燥根茎。
山药具有滋养强壮,助消化,敛虚汗,止泻之功效,主治脾虚腹泻、肺虚咳嗽、糖尿病消渴、小便短频、遗精、妇女带下及消化不良的慢性肠炎。山药最适宜与灵芝搭配服用,具有防治糖尿病的作用。
目前曾用相关黄精、山药制作的雪媚娘的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种黄精山药雪媚娘。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种黄精山药雪媚娘,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:糯米粉150-160、蛋黄粉40-50、山楂糕10-30、金桔酱25-30、猕猴桃酱50-60、牛油果糜30-40、淀粉5-6、红枣糜6-8、玫瑰花酱5-6、桂花酱5-6、红豆沙3-5、薄荷叶2-3、甜味剂6-8、奶酪20-30、花生酱30-40、水适量;
所述甜味剂由以下重量份原料制成:甜叶菊13-15、甜菜15-16、甘蔗5-6、梨膏糖5-8;
所述甜味剂的制备方法:将甜叶菊、甜菜、甘蔗用5-7倍水提取,将提取液浓缩,得到浓缩液,与梨膏糖合并,充分搅拌,混匀后备用;
所述的一种黄精山药雪媚娘的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄精洗净去皮,取其果肉,放入榨汁机,榨成黄精糜,将黄精糜倒入容器中备用;再入高压锅隔水蒸煮1.5-2小时;取出备用;
(2)山药洗净去皮;入高压锅隔水蒸煮1.5-2小时后放入榨汁机制成山药糜;
(3)将金桔酱、猕猴桃酱、牛油果糜、红枣糜、玫瑰花酱、桂花酱、红豆沙、奶酪、花生酱混合后加入甜味剂,再次混合混合过程中加入薄荷叶;
(4)将上述1、2、3步骤的制得物进行混合,混合后放置40-50℃的温水保温放置4小时后制成馅料;
(5)取适量糯米粉,用干净的炒锅慢火炒至微黄色取出备用;将糯米粉、蛋黄粉、水混合成粉浆;将粉浆入蒸笼,大火蒸15分钟至熟;取出稍凉后,加入白油揉成光滑的面团,入冰箱冷藏;在料理台上撒上淀粉,取出面团分成小块,压平,擀成薄薄的面皮,将面皮包上馅料封口后冷藏。
本发明的有益效果:该雪媚娘营养价值高、食用方便,同时该雪媚娘含糖量较低,美容养颜、常吃不胖的功效。

实施例1,一种黄精山药雪媚娘,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:糯米粉150-160、蛋黄粉40-50、山楂糕10-30、金桔酱25-30、猕猴桃酱50-60、牛油果糜30-40、淀粉5-6、红枣糜6-8、玫瑰花酱5-6、桂花酱5-6、红豆沙3-5、薄荷叶2-3、甜味剂6-8、奶酪20-30、花生酱30-40、水适量;
所述甜味剂由以下重量份原料制成:甜叶菊13-15、甜菜15-16、甘蔗5-6、梨膏糖5-8;
所述甜味剂的制备方法:将甜叶菊、甜菜、甘蔗用5-7倍水提取,将提取液浓缩,得到浓缩液,与梨膏糖合并,充分搅拌,混匀后备用;

所述甜味剂由以下重量份原料制成:甜叶菊13-15、甜菜15-16、甘蔗5-6、梨膏糖5-8;
所述甜味剂的制备方法:将甜叶菊、甜菜、甘蔗用5-7倍水提取,将提取液浓缩,得到浓缩液,与梨膏糖合并,充分搅拌,混匀后备用;
所述的一种黄精山药雪媚娘的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
