背景技术
目前焦炉等高温炉体的粘结材料,以硅土为主,粘结效果不好,容易开裂影响炉体的使用寿命。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种粘结效果好的耐火粘结剂。
耐火粘结剂,由以下原料按照重量份数组成:烧结刚玉45-55份,硅溶胶35-45份,三聚磷酸钠4-8份,铝酸钙水泥15-27份。
本发明提供的耐火粘结剂,粘结效果好,不易剥落。

实施例1
耐火粘结剂,由以下原料按照重量份数组成:烧结刚玉55份,硅溶胶45份,三聚磷酸钠8份,铝酸钙水泥15份。
实施例2
耐火粘结剂,由以下原料按照重量份数组成:烧结刚玉50份,硅溶胶35份,三聚磷酸钠6份,铝酸钙水泥27份。
实施例3
耐火粘结剂,由以下原料按照重量份数组成:烧结刚玉45份,硅溶胶40份,三聚磷酸钠4份,铝酸钙水泥20份。
