Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐火材料,耐高温无机胶泥,由原料按照重量份数组成:1.5-2.5mm石英20-35份,高岭土20-35份,石墨5-10份,氧化钇2-4份,磷酸二氢铝10-15份,氧化铜5-10份,滑石粉2-4份。本发明提供的耐高温无机胶泥,抗剥落性能和抗震稳定性好,延长了炉窑使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐火材料,具体为耐高温无机胶泥。
背景技术
耐火胶泥主要采用优质耐火粉料、高强耐温化学结合剂及添加剂配制而成,适用于要求灰缝小、密封性好、粘结强度高等窑炉砌体。现用的胶泥抗剥落性能差、抗震稳定性差。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种抗剥落性能强、抗震稳定性高的胶泥。
具体技术方案为:
耐高温无机胶泥,由原料按照重量份数组成:1.5-2.5mm石英20-35份,高岭土20-35份,石墨5-10份,氧化钇2-4份,磷酸二氢铝10-15份,氧化铜5-10份,滑石粉2-4份。
本发明提供的耐高温无机胶泥,抗剥落性能和抗震稳定性好,延长了炉窑使用寿命。

耐高温无机胶泥,由原料按照重量份数组成:1.5-2.5mm石英35份,高岭土25份,石墨10份,氧化钇3份,磷酸二氢铝15份,氧化铜5-10份,滑石粉2份。
实施例2
耐高温无机胶泥,由原料按照重量份数组成:1.5-2.5mm石英20份,高岭土20份,石墨5份,氧化钇2份,磷酸二氢铝10份,氧化铜5-10份,滑石粉4份。
实施例3
耐高温无机胶泥,由原料按照重量份数组成:1.5-2.5mm石英25份,高岭土35份,石墨7份,氧化钇4份,磷酸二氢铝12份,氧化铜5-10份,滑石粉3份。
