技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐火材料，具体为耐火砖砌筑用耐火胶泥。
背景技术
耐火砖砌筑用耐火胶泥主要采用优质耐火粉料、高强耐温化学结合剂及添加剂配制而成，适用于要求灰缝小、密封性好、粘结强度高等窑炉砌体。现用的胶泥抗剥落性能差、抗震稳定性差。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题，本发明提供一种抗剥落性能强、抗震稳定性高的胶泥。
具体技术方案为：
耐火砖砌筑用耐火胶泥，由原料按照重量份数组成：0.5-1.5mm高铝矾土熟料20-35份，1-2mm氧化铝粉20-35份，石墨5-10份，凝聚硅灰2-4份，水玻璃10-15份，三聚磷酸钠5-10份，滑石粉2-4份。
本发明提供的耐火砖砌筑用耐火胶泥，不仅粘结强度高、耐火度高,同时抗剥落性能和抗震稳定性好，延长了炉窑使用寿命。

耐火砖砌筑用耐火胶泥，由原料按照重量份数组成：0.5-1.5mm高铝矾土熟料35份，1-2mm氧化铝粉35份，石墨10份，凝聚硅灰4份，水玻璃15份，三聚磷酸钠10份，滑石粉3份。
实施例2
耐火砖砌筑用耐火胶泥，由原料按照重量份数组成：0.5-1.5mm高铝矾土熟料20份，1-2mm氧化铝粉25份，石墨8份，凝聚硅灰5份，水玻璃12份，三聚磷酸钠7份，滑石粉4份。
实施例3
耐火砖砌筑用耐火胶泥，由原料按照重量份数组成：0.5-1.5mm高铝矾土熟料25份，1-2mm氧化铝粉20份，石墨5份，凝聚硅灰2份，水玻璃10份，三聚磷酸钠5份，滑石粉2份。

1.耐火砖砌筑用耐火胶泥，其特征在于，由原料按照重量份数组成：0.5-1.5mm高铝矾土熟料20-35份，1-2mm氧化铝粉20-35份，石墨5-10份，凝聚硅灰2-4份，水玻璃10-15份，三聚磷酸钠5-10份，滑石粉2-4份。
