本发明属于不定型耐火浇注料技术领域,具体涉及耐磨浇注料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,烧结刚玉72-80份,硅微粉13-15份,粒径≤2μm活性α氧化铝微粉5-7份,锆英石2-3份,微硅粉3-5份,纯铝酸钙水泥2-3份、水玻璃1-3份、六偏磷酸钠0.5-1份。本发明提供的耐磨浇注料,用于锅炉,具有良好的抗侵蚀、耐磨耐火性能。

技术领域
本发明属于不定型耐火浇注料技术领域,具体涉及耐磨浇注料。
背景技术
高温气体对炉子工作衬的侵蚀、冲刷,造成炉体受损,主要原因是现有的耐磨浇注料主要选用矾土、高铝粉、焦宝石等原料组成。这类耐火浇注料虽然生产成本较低,但抗侵蚀行能差,耐磨性和热震稳定性不好,耐压强度偏低,无法满足高温大型锅炉的生产要求。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术存在的不足之处,提供耐磨性好、和热震稳定性高的耐磨浇注料。
具体的技术方案为:
耐磨浇注料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,烧结刚玉72-80份,硅微粉13-15份,粒径≤2μm活性α氧化铝微粉5-7份,锆英石2-3份,纯铝酸钙水泥2-3份、水玻璃1-3份、六偏磷酸钠0.5-1份。
本发明提供的耐磨浇注料,用于锅炉,具有良好的抗侵蚀、耐磨耐火性能。

下面结合实施实例对本发明作进一步的描述:
实施例1
耐磨浇注料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,烧结刚玉72份,碳化硅13份,粒径≤2μm活性α氧化铝微粉7份,锆英石2份,纯铝酸钙水泥3份、水玻璃3份、六偏磷酸钠0.5份。
实施例2
耐磨浇注料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,白刚玉80份,碳化硅15份,粒径≤2μm活性α氧化铝微粉5份,锆英石3份,纯铝酸钙水泥3份、水玻璃1份、六偏磷酸钠1份。
实施例3
耐磨浇注料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,白刚玉75份,硅微粉13份,粒径≤2μm活性α氧化铝微粉5份,锆英石2份,纯铝酸钙水泥2份、水玻璃2份、六偏磷酸钠0.7份。
