本发明属于浇注材料技术领域,具体涉及一种具有较好的抗剥落、抗冲击、抗腐蚀及较强的耐磨性刚玉耐磨浇注料。由以下组分按重量百分比计,包括:致密刚玉骨料80%‑85%、纯铝酸钙80水泥4%‑6%、氧化锆粉6%‑8%、氮化硼1.5%‑2.5%、硅灰2.5%‑2.8%、六偏磷酸钠0.1%、FDN 0.2%。本发明能够有效解决高温下浇注料剥落和开裂的问题,并且具有较好的抗剥落、抗冲击、抗腐蚀及较强的耐磨性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于浇注材料技术领域,具体涉及一种具有较好的抗剥落、抗冲击、抗腐蚀及较强的耐磨性刚玉耐磨浇注料。
背景技术
耐磨浇注料主要指在常温和特定温度下具有良好的耐磨蚀能力的浇注料,耐磨浇注料常温耐磨性的测定可以按照国家标准GB/T 18301——2001(等效采用ASTMC704——1994)的试验方法进行测定,磨损量小,表示该浇注料的耐磨性越好。刚玉耐磨耐火浇注料主要特点:具有体积稳定性好,强度大,耐磨性好、抗热震、耐侵蚀,不开裂、不剥落等特点。
刚玉耐磨浇注料的原料必须具备体积大密度大、机械强度高等特点。这类原料主要有:电熔刚玉、烧结刚玉、电熔锆刚玉、碳化硅、 氮化硅等。另外,为了提高材料的韧性和耐磨性,一般还需加入耐热钢纤维。
现有技术中的刚玉浇注料主要是指以高温主晶相为耐火浇注料的刚玉相(a-AL2O3),是一种高级耐火材料。它具有较高的耐火温度,耐磨性和结构强度,是一种常用于高温工业窑接触溶液或耐磨层的浇注料。刚玉耐火浇注料是一种无定形耐火材料,以超高铝矾土熟料为主要骨料和粉末,以及纯铝酸盐水泥粘合剂和各种混合组分。现有浇注料高温下容易剥落及开裂,耐磨性能差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够有效解决高温下浇注料剥落和开裂的问题,并且具有较好的抗剥落、抗冲击、抗腐蚀及较强的耐磨性的刚玉耐磨浇注料。
基于上述目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种刚玉耐磨浇注料,由以下组分按重量百分比计,包括:
致密刚玉骨料80%-85%、纯铝酸钙80水泥4%-6%、氧化锆粉6%-8%、氮化硼1.5%-2.5%、硅灰2.5%-2.8%、六偏磷酸钠0.1%、FDN 0.2%。
作为优选,一种刚玉耐磨浇注料,由以下组分按重量百分比计,包括:致密刚玉83%、纯铝酸钙80水泥5%、氧化锆粉7%、氮化硼2%、硅灰2.7%、六偏磷酸钠0.1%、FDN 0.2%。
一种刚玉耐磨浇注料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将氮化硼和氧化锆粉充分混合,作为混合料1备用;
S2:将水泥、六偏磷酸钠和FDN充分混合,作为混合料2备用;
S3:将致密刚玉骨料加入搅拌机混碾至均匀细粉,然后加入S1制得的混合料1混碾3-5分钟,再加入S2制得的混合料2混碾10-15分钟制得成品。
有益效果
本发明采用的组分及其配比能最大程度避免浇注料在高温条件下容易剥落和开裂的问题,具有较好的抗剥落、抗冲击、抗腐蚀及较强的耐磨性。致密刚玉体密大,耐磨性能高,纯铝酸钙80水泥能够增加浇注料的常温及中温强度。通过氮化硼和氧化锆粉的加入,提高了产品性能,增加耐磨度。在高温使用时减少了剥落与开裂。市场上普通的耐磨浇注料耐磨性(1350℃烧后)≥3.5,本发明产品耐磨性能(1350℃烧后)≥6.5。刚玉耐磨浇注料综合性能指标:1110℃×24h耐压指标为100,抗折指标为8;1450℃×4h—耐压指标为110,抗折指标为14,高于市场标准。 具体实施
以下实施例中,致密刚玉采用三门峡电容刚玉有限公司的产品,氧化锆粉采用山东鲁光锆业有限公司产品,氮化硼采用牡丹江天元化工的产品,纯铝酸钙80水泥采用天津拉法基纯铝酸钙80水泥,硅灰采用艾肯硅灰,六偏磷酸钠采用武汉无机盐公司的产品,FDN采用济南金华峰辉生物科技有限公司的产品。
以下实施例中,均按照以下步骤制备:
(1)将氮化硼和氧化锆粉充分混合,作为混合料1备用;
(2)将水泥、六偏磷酸钠和FDN充分混合,作为混合料2备用;
(3)将致密刚玉骨料加入搅拌机混碾至均匀细粉,然后加入制得的混合料1混碾3分钟,再加入制得的混合料2混碾10分钟制得样品
通过控制氧化锆粉和氮化硼的重量百分比不同制得不同的样品,测试实施例1烧结至1110℃,保温24小时和烧结至1450℃,保温4小时的耐压性、抗折性、耐磨系数,测试实施例2-4烧结至1450℃,保温4小时的耐磨系数。
实施例1
组分的重量百分比配比为:致密刚玉83%、纯铝酸钙80水泥5%、氧化锆粉7%、氮化硼2%、硅灰2.7%、六偏磷酸钠0.1%、FDN 0.2%。
实施例2
组分的重量百分比配比为:致密刚玉83%、纯铝酸钙80水泥5%、氧化锆粉5%、氮化硼1%、硅灰2.7%、六偏磷酸钠0.1%、FDN 0.2%。
实施例3
组分的重量百分比配比为:致密刚玉83%、纯铝酸钙80水泥5%、氧化锆粉6%、氮化硼3%、硅灰2.7%、六偏磷酸钠0.1%、FDN 0.2%。
实施例4
组分的重量百分比配比为:致密刚玉83%、纯铝酸钙80水泥5%、氧化锆粉10%、氮化硼2%、硅灰2.7%、六偏磷酸钠0.1%、FDN 0.2%。
试验例:测试实施例1烧结至1110℃,保温24小时和烧结至1450℃,保温4小时的耐压性、抗折性,测试实施例1-4烧结至1450℃,保温4小时的耐磨系数,测试结果如下表:
结论:
通过以上实施例及试验例,当氮化硼和氧化锆加入量逐渐降低时, 耐磨系数也随之降低。当氮化硼和氧化锆加入量逐渐增加时,耐磨系数逐渐降低。当氮化硼加入量为1%,氧化锆加入5%,耐磨系数只能达到7。当氮化硼加入量为3%,氧化锆加入量为6%,耐磨系数只能达到8。当氮化硼加入量为2%,氧化锆加入量为10%,耐磨系数为8。通过氮化硼和氧化锆的加入量递增或递减,耐磨系数均未达到最佳值,最终氮化硼加入量确定为2%,氧化锆加入量确定为7%,耐磨系数能够达到最佳耐磨值。

致密刚玉骨料80%-85%、纯铝酸钙80水泥4%-6%、氧化锆粉6%-8%、氮化硼1.5%-2.5%、硅灰2.5%-2.8%、六偏磷酸钠0.1%、FDN 0.2%。
