背景技术
工业回转窑炉用耐火材料要承受高温,还要抗热震性能好,荷重软化温度高,而现有的耐火材料耐高温、耐腐蚀,但抗热震性能差,容易出现裂纹损坏,使用寿命短。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种抗热震耐火砖。
具体技术方案为:
抗热震耐火砖,以下原料按照重量分数组成:白云岩粉35~40份、铬铁矿粉13~20份、锆英石粉8~15份、蛭石粉6~8份、硅微粉2~5份、耐火粘土25~30份。
本发明所提供的抗热震耐火砖,在高温下,性能稳定,抗裂、牢固,并且与水泥等建筑材料具有很好的结合性。
