本发明涉及一种耐高温材料,具体为高强耐火可塑料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,粒径为0.02~0.03mm的高铝矾土15~25份;粒径为0.3~0.71mm的氧化铝7~10份;粒径为2~3mm的氧化铝7~13份;粒径为3~5mm的氧化铝12~25份;粒径为5~8mm的氧化铝5~15份;粒径为0.05~0.15mm二氧化硅微粉7~10份;粒径为0.5~1mm的二氧化硅微粉15~20份;镁砂8~15份,莫来石25~30份;磷酸二氢铝13~20份。本发明提供的高强耐火可塑料,硬化时间短、施工方便,用于炉内磨损冲刷严重部位的修补。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐高温材料,具体为高铝质耐火可塑料。
背景技术
高铝质耐磨可塑料是一种在较长时间内具有较高可塑性、呈硬泥膏状的不定形耐火材料,属于高铝质可塑料,用于一些低温的炉窑砌筑或修补锅炉或加热炉内衬时,传统的高铝质耐火可塑料硬化时间长,施工不方便,尤其是紧急抢修时,时间局促。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种硬化时间短的高温耐磨可塑料及其制备方法。
具体技术方案为:
高强耐火可塑料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,粒径为0.02~0.03mm的高铝矾土15~25份;粒径为0.3~0.71mm的氧化铝7~10份;粒径为2~3mm的氧化铝7~13份;粒径为3~5mm的氧化铝12~25份;粒径为5~8mm的氧化铝5~15份;粒径为0.05~0.15mm二氧化硅微粉7~10份;粒径为0.5~1mm的二氧化硅微粉15~20份;镁砂8~15份,莫来石25~30份;磷酸二氢铝13~20份。
本发明提供的高强耐火可塑料,硬化时间短、施工方便,用于炉内磨损冲刷严重部位的修补。

实施例1
高强耐火可塑料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,粒径为0.02~0.03mm的高铝矾土25份;粒径为0.3~0.71mm的氧化铝9份;粒径为2~3mm的氧化铝13份;粒径为3~5mm的氧化铝15份;粒径为5~8mm的氧化铝15份;粒径为0.05~0.15mm二氧化硅微粉9份;粒径为0.5~1mm的二氧化硅微粉15份;镁砂12份,莫来石25份;磷酸二氢铝13份。
实施例2
高强耐火可塑料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,粒径为0.02~0.03mm的高铝矾土15份;粒径为0.3~0.71mm的氧化铝10份;粒径为2~3mm的氧化铝11份;粒径为3~5mm的氧化铝25份;粒径为5~8mm的氧化铝5份;粒径为0.05~0.15mm二氧化硅微粉10份;粒径为0.5~1mm的二氧化硅微粉20份;镁砂8份,莫来石30份;磷酸二氢铝20份。
实施例3
高强耐火可塑料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,粒径为0.02~0.03mm的高铝矾土20份;粒径为0.3~0.71mm的氧化铝7份;粒径为2~3mm的氧化铝7份;粒径为3~5mm的氧化铝12份;粒径为5~8mm的氧化铝12份;粒径为0.05~0.15mm二氧化硅微粉7份;粒径为0.5~1mm的二氧化硅微粉18份;镁砂15份,莫来石28份;磷酸二氢铝7份。

1.高铝质耐火可塑料,其特征在于,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,粒径为0.02~0.03mm的高铝矾土15~25份;粒径为0.3~0.71mm的氧化铝7~10份;粒径为2~3mm的氧化铝7~13份;粒径为3~5mm的氧化铝12~25份;粒径为5~8mm的氧化铝5~15份;粒径为0.05~0.15mm二氧化硅微粉7~10份;粒径为0.5~1mm的二氧化硅微粉15~20份;镁砂8~15份,莫来石25~30份;磷酸二氢铝13~20份。
