本发明涉及一种耐火材料,具体为玻璃窑炉修补料,由以下原料按质量份数比例配制,粒径0.5mm-0.25mm的锆英石12-23份,粒径0.25mm-0.15mm锆英石21-40份,粒径0.15mm-0.07mm锆英石12-22份,粒径0.07mm-0.05mm锆英石5-10份,10-15份碳化硅,5-16份硅溶胶,9-13份磷酸二氢铝,0.7-1份低钙铝酸盐水泥,经过混料、球磨后得到玻璃窑炉修补料。本发明提供的玻璃窑炉修补料,锆英石极低的导热系数,在玻璃的高温窑炉内进行修补,耐热冲刷性能好,不易剥落。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐火材料,具体为玻璃窑炉修补料。
背景技术
玻璃窑炉由于一直在高温下作业,内壁承受较大冲刷力,容易剥落表层,时间长以后炉壁受损,需要修补。常用的修补料耐冲刷性能低,修补时间不能持久。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种修补持久的玻璃窑炉修补料,具体技术方案为:
玻璃窑炉修补料,由以下原料按质量份数比例配制,粒径0.5mm-0.25mm的锆英石12-23份,粒径0.25mm-0.15mm锆英石21-40份,粒径0.15mm-0.07mm锆英石12-22份,粒径0.07mm-0.05mm锆英石5-10份,10-15份碳化硅,5-16份硅溶胶,9-13份磷酸二氢铝,0.7-1份低钙铝酸盐水泥,经过混料、球磨后得到玻璃窑炉修补料。
本发明提供的玻璃窑炉修补料,锆英石极低的导热系数,在玻璃的高温窑炉内进行修补,耐热冲刷性能好,不易剥落。

实施例1
玻璃窑炉修补料,由以下原料按质量份数比例配制,粒径0.5mm-0.25mm的锆英石12份,粒径0.25mm-0.15mm锆英石40份,粒径0.15mm-0.07mm锆英石12份,粒径0.07mm-0.05mm锆英石5份,10份碳化硅,5份硅溶胶,13份磷酸二氢铝,1份低钙铝酸盐水泥,经过混料、球磨后得到玻璃窑炉修补料。
实施例2
玻璃窑炉修补料,由以下原料按质量份数比例配制,粒径0.5mm-0.25mm的锆英石23份,粒径0.25mm-0.15mm锆英石21份,粒径0.15mm-0.07mm锆英石22份,粒径0.07mm-0.05mm锆英石10份,13份碳化硅,10份硅溶胶,11份磷酸二氢铝,0.7份低钙铝酸盐水泥,经过混料、球磨后得到玻璃窑炉修补料。
实施例3
玻璃窑炉修补料,由以下原料按质量份数比例配制,粒径0.5mm-0.25mm的锆英石20份,粒径0.25mm-0.15mm锆英石30份,粒径0.15mm-0.07mm锆英石18份,粒径0.07mm-0.05mm锆英石8份,15份碳化硅,16份硅溶胶,9份磷酸二氢铝,0.9份低钙铝酸盐水泥,经过混料、球磨后得到玻璃窑炉修补料。

1.玻璃窑炉修补料,其特征在于:由以下原料按质量份数比例配制,粒径0.5mm-0.25mm的锆英石12-23份,粒径0.25mm-0.15mm锆英石21-40份,粒径0.15mm-0.07mm锆英石12-22份,粒径0.07mm-0.05mm锆英石5-10份,10-15份碳化硅,5-16份硅溶胶,9-13份磷酸二氢铝,0.7-1份低钙铝酸盐水泥,经过混料、球磨后得到玻璃窑炉修补料。
