Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐高温材料,具体为高强耐火可塑料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,粒径为0.02~0.03mm的高铝熟料16~26份;粒径为0.6~1mm的刚玉7~10份;粒径为2~3mm的刚玉7~13份;粒径为3~5mm的刚玉12~25份;粒径为5~8mm的刚玉5~16份;粒径为0.1~0.3mm碳化硅粉7~10份;粒径为0.5~1mm的碳化硅粉15~20份;氧化镁8~16份,莫来石25~30份;磷酸钙13~20份。本发明提供的高强耐火可塑料,硬化时间短、施工方便,用于炉内磨损冲刷严重部位的修补。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐高温材料,具体为高强耐火可塑料。
背景技术
用耐火可塑料进行砌筑或修补锅炉或加热炉内衬时,需严格按烘炉要求进行烘炉,耗用时间长,给生产带来很大的不便,尤其是紧急抢修时,时间局促。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种硬化时间短的高温耐磨可塑料及其制备方法。
具体技术方案为:
高强耐火可塑料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,粒径为0.02~0.03mm的高铝熟料16~26份;粒径为0.6~1mm的刚玉7~10份;粒径为2~3mm的刚玉7~13份;粒径为3~5mm的刚玉12~25份;粒径为5~8mm的刚玉5~16份;粒径为0.1~0.3mm碳化硅粉7~10份;粒径为0.5~1mm的碳化硅粉15~20份;氧化镁8~16份,莫来石25~30份;磷酸钙13~20份。
本发明提供的高强耐火可塑料,硬化时间短、施工方便,用于炉内磨损冲刷严重部位的修补。

高强耐火可塑料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,粒径为0.02~0.03mm的高铝熟料26份;粒径为0.6~1mm的刚玉9份;粒径为2~3mm的刚玉13份;粒径为3~5mm的刚玉15份;粒径为5~8mm的刚玉16份;粒径为0.1~0.3mm碳化硅粉9份;粒径为0.5~1mm的碳化硅粉15份;氧化镁12份,莫来石25份;磷酸钙13份。
实施例2
高强耐火可塑料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,粒径为0.02~0.03mm的高铝熟料16份;粒径为0.6~1mm的刚玉10份;粒径为2~3mm的刚玉11份;粒径为3~5mm的刚玉25份;粒径为5~8mm的刚玉5份;粒径为0.1~0.3mm碳化硅粉10份;粒径为0.5~1mm的碳化硅粉20份;氧化镁8份,莫来石30份;磷酸钙20份。

高强耐火可塑料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,粒径为0.02~0.03mm的高铝熟料20份;粒径为0.6~1mm的刚玉7份;粒径为2~3mm的刚玉7份;粒径为3~5mm的刚玉12份;粒径为5~8mm的刚玉12份;粒径为0.1~0.3mm碳化硅粉7份;粒径为0.5~1mm的碳化硅粉18份;氧化镁16份,莫来石28份;磷酸钙7份。

1.高强耐火可塑料,其特征在于,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,粒径为0.02~0.03mm的高铝熟料16~26份;粒径为0.6~1mm的刚玉7~10份;粒径为2~3mm的刚玉7~13份;粒径为3~5mm的刚玉12~25份;粒径为5~8mm的刚玉5~16份;粒径为0.1~0.3mm碳化硅粉7~10份;粒径为0.5~1mm的碳化硅粉15~20份;氧化镁8~16份,莫来石25~30份;磷酸钙13~20份。
