本发明涉及一种耐高温材料,具体为高强耐磨耐火可塑料,由以下原料制备所得:按照重量份数,由以下原料制备所得:按照重量份数,粒径为0.010~0.015mm的活性矾土16~26份;粒径为0.6~1mm的熟高铝粉7~10份;粒径为2~3mm的熟高铝粉7~13份;粒径为3~5mm的熟高铝粉12~25份;粒径为5~8mm的熟高铝粉5~16份;粒径为0.1~0.3mm碳化硅粉7~10份;粒径为0.5~1mm的碳化硅粉15~20份;氧化镁8~16份,硫酸铝25~30份;磷酸钙13~20份。本发明提供的高强耐磨耐火可塑料,硬化时间短,耐高温和耐磨,施工方便,用于炉内磨损冲刷严重部位的修补。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐高温材料,具体为高强耐磨耐火可塑料。
背景技术
用高强耐磨耐火浇注料进行砌筑或修补锅炉或加热炉内衬时,需严格按烘炉要求进行烘炉,耗用时间长,给生产带来很大的不便,尤其是紧急抢修时,根本没有足够的时间来烘炉。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种硬化时间短的高温耐磨可塑料及其制备方法。
具体技术方案为:
高强耐磨耐火可塑料,由以下原料制备所得:按照重量份数,由以下原料制备所得:按照重量份数,粒径为0.010~0.015mm的活性矾土16~26份;粒径为0.6~1mm的熟高铝粉7~10份;粒径为2~3mm的熟高铝粉7~13份;粒径为3~5mm的熟高铝粉12~25份;粒径为5~8mm的熟高铝粉5~16份;粒径为0.1~0.3mm碳化硅粉7~10份;粒径为0.5~1mm的碳化硅粉15~20份;氧化镁8~16份,硫酸铝25~30份;磷酸钙13~20份。
本发明提供的高强耐磨耐火可塑料,硬化时间短,耐高温和耐磨,施工方便,用于炉内磨损冲刷严重部位的修补。

高强耐磨耐火可塑料,由以下原料制备所得:按照重量份数,由以下原料制备所得:按照重量份数,粒径为0.010~0.015mm的活性矾土26份;粒径为0.6~1mm的熟高铝粉9份;粒径为2~3mm的熟高铝粉13份;粒径为3~5mm的熟高铝粉15份;粒径为5~8mm的熟高铝粉16份;粒径为0.1~0.3mm碳化硅粉9份;粒径为0.5~1mm的碳化硅粉15份;氧化镁12份,硫酸铝25份;磷酸钙13份。

高强耐磨耐火可塑料,由以下原料制备所得:按照重量份数,由以下原料制备所得:按照重量份数,粒径为0.010~0.015mm的活性矾土16份;粒径为0.6~1mm的熟高铝粉10份;粒径为2~3mm的熟高铝粉11份;粒径为3~5mm的熟高铝粉25份;粒径为5~8mm的熟高铝粉5份;粒径为0.1~0.3mm碳化硅粉10份;粒径为0.5~1mm的碳化硅粉20份;氧化镁8份,硫酸铝30份;磷酸钙20份。

高强耐磨耐火可塑料,由以下原料制备所得:按照重量份数,由以下原料制备所得:按照重量份数,粒径为0.010~0.015mm的活性矾土20份;粒径为0.6~1mm的熟高铝粉7份;粒径为2~3mm的熟高铝粉7份;粒径为3~5mm的熟高铝粉12份;粒径为5~8mm的熟高铝粉12份;粒径为0.1~0.3mm碳化硅粉7份;粒径为0.5~1mm的碳化硅粉18份;氧化镁16份,硫酸铝28份;磷酸钙7份。

1.高强耐磨耐火可塑料,其特征在于,由以下原料制备所得:按照重量份数,粒径为0.010~0.015mm的活性矾土16~26份;粒径为0.6~1mm的熟高铝粉7~10份;粒径为2~3mm的熟高铝粉7~13份;粒径为3~5mm的熟高铝粉12~25份;粒径为5~8mm的熟高铝粉5~16份;粒径为0.1~0.3mm碳化硅粉7~10份;粒径为0.5~1mm的碳化硅粉15~20份;氧化镁8~16份,硫酸铝25~30份;磷酸钙13~20份。
