Abstract

一种无碳转炉修补料,其特征在于主要是由以重量份数计镁砂80‑95份、硅微粉2‑8份、氧化铝1‑8份、促烧剂1‑4份、引流剂0.5‑2份、减水剂0.2‑1份、水8‑15份制备成。本发明的无碳转炉修补料流动值130‑150mm;抗折强度5‑8MPa;耐压强度30‑50MPa;体积密度2.4‑2.6g/cm3。采用本发明的修补料修补施工简单、抗侵蚀性能强,使用寿命长。

一种无碳转炉修补料
技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于炼钢转炉用材料,具体涉及一种无碳转炉修补料及其制备方法。
[0002] 技术背景: 炼钢转炉炉衬与渣线部位主要由镁碳砖砌筑而成。在炼钢工艺中转炉大面的镁碳砖遭 受熔渣、钢液的侵蚀,温度快速转变的损伤,以及装料时的物理损坏等,加速镁碳砖的损毁, 降低了转炉炉龄及钢铁冶金的效率。近几年溅渣护炉技术和转炉大面修补料的研宄与应 用,使得炉龄得到大幅提高。
[0003]目前,转炉修补料主要为碳结合镁质修补料,其结合剂包括焦油、沥青和酚醛树脂 等有机结合剂,在修补过程中产生大量对身体有害的烟雾,对施工环境和工人身体健康造 成较大危害,且在施工过程中需伴随摇炉进行,烧结时间长,施工不易操作。本发明无碳转 炉修补料可以消除施工过程中的气体污染和危害。镁质原料具有良好的抗侵蚀性,可以保 障产品的使用性能。
发明内容
[0004]本发明的目的,是提供一种无碳转炉修补料,本发明生产工艺简单,所制备的无碳 转炉修补料施工简单,抗侵蚀性等使用性能优良,使用寿命高。
[0005]采用的技术方案是: 一种无碳转炉修补料,主要是由以重量份数计镁砂80-95份、硅微粉2-8份、氧化铝1-8 份、促烧剂1 -4份、引流剂〇. 5-2份、减水剂0 • 2-1份、水8-15份制备成。
[0006]上述材料中镁砂可为电熔镁砂、烧结镁砂,粒度分别为5-3mm、3-1 mm、卜0mm以及 0.088mm、0•074mm、0•045mm。
[0007] 娃微粉纯度大于90%,粒度0.1〜0.4um。
[000S]氧化铝纯度大于90%,为刚玉粉、刚玉微粉和活性氧化铝。粒度0.088〜0.005mm。 [0009]促烧剂为硅粉、碳化硅粉等或低熔点金属。
[0010]引流剂为聚苯乙烯空心球、含水磷酸盐、含水硅酸盐等。
[0011]碱水剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠和聚羧酸类碱水剂等。
[0012] 一种无碳转炉修补料的制备方法,其特征是将9〇份镁砂颗粒及细粉、5-8份硅微 粉、1 -3份氧化错、促烧剂2-4份、引流剂0 • 1 -0 • 2份、减水剂〇. 2-0.4份、水8-10份。放入搅拌 机,搅拌时间3_8min,然后分袋封装。使用施工工艺如下:将定量的修补料放入搅拌机内,加 入8-10%的水后搅拌,搅拌时间大于3min,出料后在5rain内投入转炉进行修补。
[0013]本发明的无碳转炉修补料流动值l3〇-150mm;抗折强度5-8MPa;耐压强度30-5〇MPa;体积密度2 • 4-2 • 6g/cm3。采用本发明的修补料修补施工简单、抗侵蚀性能强,使用寿 命长。
具体实施方式 [0014] 实施例一 一种无碳转炉修补料,主要是由以重量份数计9〇份镁砂、5份硅微粉、3份氧化铝、2份促 烧剂、〇 • 1份引流剂、〇 • 2份减水剂和水8份制备成。
[0015] 实施例二 一种无碳转炉修补料,主要是由以重量份数计87份镁砂、7份硅微粉、5份氧化铝、1份促 烧剂、0 • 15份引流剂、0.3份减水剂和水9份制备成。
[0016] 实施例三 一种无碳转炉修补料,主要是由以重量份数计91份镁砂、3份硅微粉、3份氧化铝、3份促 烧剂、0 • 2份引流剂、0 • 4份减水剂和水10份制备成。
[0017] 本实施例中镁砂颗粒的粒度彡5mm,硅微粉纯度92%,氧化铝为活性氧化铝微粉、刚 玉微粉中的一种或两种,促烧剂为硅粉,引流剂为聚苯乙烯空心球。

1. 一种无碳转炉修补料,其特征在于主要是由以重量份数计镁砂80—95份、硅微粉2一8 份、氧化铝1-8份、促烧剂1-4份、引流剂0.5-2份、减水剂0.2-1份、水8-15份制备成。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无碳转炉修补料,其特征在于所述的材料中镁砂为电熔 镁砂、烧结镁砂,粒度分别为5_3咖、3_1咖、卜0_以及0.088mm、〇 • 〇74麵、〇 • 〇45mm。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无碳转炉修补料,其特征在于:所述的硅微粉纯度大于 90%,娃微粉粒度为0.1-0 • 4um;氧化铝纯度大于9〇%,粒度为〇 • 088-0 • 002mm,为刚玉粉、刚玉 微粉和活性氧化铝;促烧剂包括硅粉、碳化硅粉和低熔点金属;引流剂为聚苯乙烯空心球、 含水磷酸盐、含水硅酸盐;碱水剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠和聚羧酸类碱水剂。
