Abstract

一种无碳转炉修补料,其特征在于主要是由以重量份数计镁砂80‑95份、硅微粉2‑8份、氧化铝1‑8份、促烧剂1‑4份、引流剂0.5‑2份、减水剂0.2‑1份、水8‑15份制备成。本发明的无碳转炉修补料流动值130‑150mm;抗折强度5‑8MPa;耐压强度30‑50MPa;体积密度2.4‑2.6g/cm3。采用本发明的修补料修补施工简单、抗侵蚀性能强,使用寿命长。

一种无碳转炉修补料
技术领域
本发明属于炼钢转炉用材料,具体涉及一种无碳转炉修补料及其制备方法。
技术背景:
炼钢转炉炉衬与渣线部位主要由镁碳砖砌筑而成。在炼钢工艺中转炉大面的镁碳砖遭受熔渣、钢液的侵蚀,温度快速转变的损伤,以及装料时的物理损坏等,加速镁碳砖的损毁,降低了转炉炉龄及钢铁冶金的效率。近几年溅渣护炉技术和转炉大面修补料的研究与应用,使得炉龄得到大幅提高。
目前,转炉修补料主要为碳结合镁质修补料,其结合剂包括焦油、沥青和酚醛树脂等有机结合剂,在修补过程中产生大量对身体有害的烟雾,对施工环境和工人身体健康造成较大危害,且在施工过程中需伴随摇炉进行,烧结时间长,施工不易操作。本发明无碳转炉修补料可以消除施工过程中的气体污染和危害。镁质原料具有良好的抗侵蚀性,可以保障产品的使用性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是提供一种无碳转炉修补料,本发明生产工艺简单,所制备的无碳转炉修补料施工简单,抗侵蚀性等使用性能优良,使用寿命高。
采用的技术方案是:
一种无碳转炉修补料,主要是由以重量份数计镁砂80-95份、硅微粉2-8份、氧化铝1-8份、促烧剂1-4份、引流剂0.5-2份、减水剂0.2-1份、水8-15份制备成。
上述材料中镁砂可为电熔镁砂、烧结镁砂,粒度分别为5-3mm、3-1mm、1-0mm以及0.088mm、0.074mm、0.045mm。
硅微粉纯度大于90%,粒度0.1~0.4um。
氧化铝纯度大于90%,为刚玉粉、刚玉微粉和活性氧化铝。粒度0.088~0.005mm。
促烧剂为硅粉、碳化硅粉等或低熔点金属。
引流剂为聚苯乙烯空心球、含水磷酸盐、含水硅酸盐等。
碱水剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠和聚羧酸类碱水剂等。
一种无碳转炉修补料的制备方法,其特征是将90份镁砂颗粒及细粉、5-8份硅微粉、1-3份氧化铝、促烧剂2-4份、引流剂0.1-0.2份、减水剂0.2-0.4份、水8-10份。放入搅拌机,搅拌时间3-8min,然后分袋封装。使用施工工艺如下:将定量的修补料放入搅拌机内,加入8-10%的水后搅拌,搅拌时间大于3min,出料后在5min内投入转炉进行修补。
本发明的无碳转炉修补料流动值130-150mm;抗折强度5-8MPa;耐压强度30-50MPa;体积密度2.4-2.6g/cm3。采用本发明的修补料修补施工简单、抗侵蚀性能强,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种无碳转炉修补料,主要是由以重量份数计90份镁砂、5份硅微粉、3份氧化铝、2份促烧剂、0.1份引流剂、0.2份减水剂和水8份制备成。
实施例二
一种无碳转炉修补料,主要是由以重量份数计87份镁砂、7份硅微粉、5份氧化铝、1份促烧剂、0.15份引流剂、0.3份减水剂和水9份制备成。
实施例三
一种无碳转炉修补料,主要是由以重量份数计91份镁砂、3份硅微粉、3份氧化铝、3份促烧剂、0.2份引流剂、0.4份减水剂和水10份制备成。
本实施例中镁砂颗粒的粒度≤5mm,硅微粉纯度92%,氧化铝为活性氧化铝微粉、刚玉微粉中的一种或两种,促烧剂为硅粉,引流剂为聚苯乙烯空心球。

Claims (6)

1.一种无碳转炉修补料,其特征在于主要是由以重量份数计镁砂80-95份、硅微粉2-8份、氧化铝1-8份、促烧剂1-4份、引流剂0.5-2份、减水剂0.2-1份、水8-15份制备成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无碳转炉修补料,其特征在于所述的材料中镁砂为电熔镁砂、烧结镁砂,粒度分别为5-3mm、3-1mm、1-0mm以及0.088mm、0.074mm、0.045mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无碳转炉修补料,其特征在于:所述的硅微粉纯度大于90%,硅微粉粒度为0.1-0.4um;氧化铝纯度大于90%,粒度为0.088-0.002mm,为刚玉粉、刚玉微粉和活性氧化铝;促烧剂包括硅粉、碳化硅粉和低熔点金属;引流剂为聚苯乙烯空心球、含水磷酸盐、含水硅酸盐;碱水剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠和聚羧酸类碱水剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无碳转炉修补料,其特征在于主要是由以重量份数计90份镁砂、5份硅微粉、3份氧化铝、2份促烧剂、0.1份引流剂、0.2份减水剂和水8份制备成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无碳转炉修补料,其特征在于主要是由以重量份数计91份镁砂、3份硅微粉、3份氧化铝、3份促烧剂、0.2份引流剂、0.4份减水剂和水10份制备成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种无碳转炉修补料,其特征在于主要是由以重量份数计87份镁砂、7份硅微粉、5份氧化铝、1份促烧剂、0.15份引流剂、0.3份减水剂和水9份制备成。
