一种铁水包用耐火浇注料,其包括以下重量份数的组分:刚玉30~40份、六铝酸钙为20~25份、镁砂30~40份、氧化铝微粉40~50份、铁铝尖晶石20~25份、锌铝尖晶石20~25份,其中,刚玉、铁铝尖晶石、锌铝尖晶石为骨料,六铝酸钙、镁砂细粉、氧化铝微粉为粉料;骨料包括粗骨料、中骨料、细骨料,粗骨料的颗粒直径为2~3mm,中骨料的颗粒直径为1~1.5mm,细骨料的颗粒直径为0.1~0.5mm;刚玉为粗骨料、锌铝尖晶石为中骨料、铁铝尖晶石为细骨料。

技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种铁水包用耐火浇注料。
背景技术
现有的用于铁水包的内衬耐火材料主要有粘土砖﹑三级高铝砖﹑叶腊石砖﹑Al2O3-SiC-C砖﹑Al2O3-SiC-C浇注料等。铁水包的使用环节是钢铁公司整个生产流水线上的重要环节,是否安全高效直接关系到生产是否顺利运行。
正常钢铁厂铁水包所用耐火材料以粘土砖和高铝砖等定形耐火材料为主,存在砖缝和台阶,易使铁水渣着落而导致粘渣。而不定形耐火材料一般是材质以 Al2O3-SiC 为主的浇注料,该料能适应铁水包的使用温度,且强度较高能提高其使用寿命,故为有些厂家所采用,其缺点是容易氧化,抗渣性差,广泛适用性不强,脱硫效果差等。
发明内容
有鉴于此,针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种种能提高浇注料的抗渣性能的铁水包用耐火浇注料。
一种铁水包用耐火浇注料,其包括以下重量份数的组分 :刚玉30~40 份、六铝酸钙为20~25份、镁砂30~40份、氧化铝微粉40~50份、铁铝尖晶石20~25份、锌铝尖晶石20~25份,其中,刚玉、铁铝尖晶石、锌铝尖晶石为骨料,六铝酸钙、镁砂细粉、氧化铝微粉为粉料。
本发明的优点是:利用刚玉、铁铝尖晶石、锌铝尖晶石作为骨料以提高耐火浇注料的强度,磷酸镁水泥保证耐火浇注料在涂覆在熔铝炉后快速凝结定型,浇注料在同时镁砂细粉、磷酸镁水泥中的氧化镁还与氧化铝微粉反应生成镁铝尖晶石,以与刚玉、铁铝尖晶石、锌铝尖晶石、六铝酸钙相结合,如此提高了耐火浇注料的抗渣性。
具体实施方式
一种铁水包用耐火浇注料,其包括以下重量份数的组分 :刚玉30~40 份、六铝酸钙为20~25份、镁砂30~40份、氧化铝微粉40~50份、铁铝尖晶石20~25份、锌铝尖晶石20~25份,其中,刚玉、铁铝尖晶石、锌铝尖晶石为骨料,六铝酸钙、镁砂细粉、氧化铝微粉为粉料。其中,利用刚玉、铁铝尖晶石、锌铝尖晶石作为骨料以提高耐火浇注料的强度,磷酸镁水泥保证耐火浇注料在涂覆在熔铝炉后快速凝结定型,浇注料在同时镁砂细粉、磷酸镁水泥中的氧化镁还与氧化铝微粉反应生成镁铝尖晶石,以与刚玉、铁铝尖晶石、锌铝尖晶石、六铝酸钙相结合,如此提高了耐火浇注料的抗渣性。
进一步的,骨料包括粗骨料、中骨料、细骨料,粗骨料的颗粒直径为2~3mm,中骨料的颗粒直径为1~1.5mm,细骨料的颗粒直径为0.1~0.5mm;刚玉为粗骨料、锌铝尖晶石为中骨料、铁铝尖晶石为细骨料。

1.一种铁水包用耐火浇注料,其特征在于:其包括以下重量份数的组分 :刚玉30~40 份、六铝酸钙为20~25份、镁砂30~40份、氧化铝微粉40~50份、铁铝尖晶石20~25份、锌铝尖晶石20~25份,其中,刚玉、铁铝尖晶石、锌铝尖晶石为骨料,六铝酸钙、镁砂细粉、氧化铝微粉为粉料;骨料包括粗骨料、中骨料、细骨料,粗骨料的颗粒直径为2~3mm,中骨料的颗粒直径为1~1.5mm,细骨料的颗粒直径为0.1~0.5mm;刚玉为粗骨料、锌铝尖晶石为中骨料、铁铝尖晶石为细骨料。
