技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种铁水脱硫搅拌器用耐火浇注料。
背景技术
目前,国内外冶金企业在转炉炼钢前进行铁水炉外搅拌脱硫时,所使用的脱硫搅拌器主要是由内部金属芯杆和外部耐火材料衬体构成的,其中搅拌器衬体所用耐火材料大多是高纯莫来石质耐火浇注料。
然而,现有技术存在以下问题:现有高纯电熔莫来石耐火浇注料在搅拌器实际使用温度条件下不能进行良好的烧结且高纯电熔莫来石浇注料的热震稳定性较差,致使衬体组织疏松、结合强度偏低、熔渣渗透引起结构剥落,从而大幅缩短了铁水脱硫搅拌器的使用寿命。
发明内容
有鉴于此,针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种热震稳定的铁水脱硫搅拌器用耐火浇注料。
一种铁水脱硫搅拌器用耐火浇注料,其包括以下重量份数的组分:硅石30~35份、碳化硅为20~25份、镁砂细粉30~40份、氧化铝微粉40~45份、铁铝尖晶石20~25份,其中,硅石、铁铝尖晶石、碳化硅为骨料,镁砂细粉、氧化铝微粉为粉料。
本发明的优点是:利用硅石、铁铝尖晶石、碳化硅作为骨料以提高耐火浇注料的抗折强度,同时镁砂细粉的氧化镁还与氧化铝微粉反应生成镁铝尖晶石,以与硅石、铁铝尖晶石、碳化硅相结合,如此提高了耐火浇注料的热震稳定性。
具体实施方式
一种铁水脱硫搅拌器用耐火浇注料,其包括以下重量份数的组分:硅石30~35份、碳化硅为20~25份、镁砂细粉30~40份、氧化铝微粉40~45份、铁铝尖晶石20~25份,其中,硅石、铁铝尖晶石、碳化硅为骨料,镁砂细粉、氧化铝微粉为粉料。其中,利用硅石、铁铝尖晶石、碳化硅作为骨料以提高耐火浇注料的抗折强度,同时镁砂细粉的氧化镁还与氧化铝微粉反应生成镁铝尖晶石,以与硅石、铁铝尖晶石、碳化硅相结合,如此提高了耐火浇注料的热震稳定性。
进一步的,骨料包括粗骨料、中骨料、细骨料,粗骨料的颗粒直径为2~3mm,中骨料的颗粒直径为1~1.5mm,细骨料的颗粒直径为0.1~0.5mm;硅石为粗骨料、铁铝尖晶石为中骨料、碳化硅为细骨料。其中,碳化硅可以提高浇注料的耐腐蚀性和抗热震性,硅石、铁铝尖晶石再热的作用下会形成微裂纹,在受到热震时,起到缓冲应力的作用,进而提高浇注料的抗热震稳定性。

1.一种铁水脱硫搅拌器用耐火浇注料,其特征在于:其包括以下重量份数的组分:硅石30~35份、碳化硅为20~25份、镁砂细粉30~40份、氧化铝微粉40~45份、铁铝尖晶石20~25份,其中,硅石、铁铝尖晶石、碳化硅为骨料,镁砂细粉、氧化铝微粉为粉料;骨料包括粗骨料、中骨料、细骨料,粗骨料的颗粒直径为2~3mm,中骨料的颗粒直径为1~1.5mm,细骨料的颗粒直径为0.1~0.5mm;硅石为粗骨料、铁铝尖晶石为中骨料、碳化硅为细骨料。
