本发明涉及一种耐火材料,具体为耐火修补料,耐火修补料,其特征在于:由以下原料按重量份数组成,石英砂岩60-75份,碳化硅5-12份,氧化镁3-5份,水玻璃10-15份,酚醛树脂3-6份,原料球磨后混合均匀,得到耐火修补料。本发明提供的耐火修补料,具备较高的抗热震稳定性,不易脱落,用于高温炉窑的修补。

本发明涉及一种耐火材料,具体为耐火修补料。
背景技术
高温窑炉使用期间,需要修补,将窑炉部分损坏炉壁进行修补,通常使用的修补料热震稳定性差,容易脱落。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种不易脱落的耐火修补料,具体技术方案为:
耐火修补料,其特征在于:由以下原料按重量份数组成,石英砂岩60-75份,碳化硅5-12份,氧化镁3-5份,水玻璃10-15份,酚醛树脂3-6份,原料球磨后混合均匀,得到耐火修补料。
本发明提供的耐火修补料,具备较高的抗热震稳定性,不易脱落,用于高温炉窑的修补。

耐火修补料,其特征在于:由以下原料按重量份数组成,石英砂岩60份,碳化硅5份,氧化镁3份,硅溶胶10份,双氢磷酸铝3份,原料球磨后混合均匀,得到耐火修补料。

耐火修补料,其特征在于:由以下原料按重量份数组成,石英砂岩75份,碳化硅10份,氧化镁5份,水玻璃10份,双氢磷酸铝6份,原料球磨后混合均匀,得到耐火修补料。
实施例3
耐火修补料,其特征在于:由以下原料按重量份数组成,石英砂岩70份,碳化硅12份,氧化镁4份,硅溶胶15份,酚醛树脂3份,原料球磨后混合均匀,得到耐火修补料。
