本发明涉及一种耐高温材料,具体为保温浇注料,由以下原料制备所得,按照重量份数,粒径为0.05~0.08mm的氧化铝5~10份;粒径为1~2mm的氧化铝20~40份;粒径为0.5~1.5mm的三氧化二铬粉45~50份;粒径为5~8mm的蛇纹岩粉40~55份;粒径为0.2~0.3mm二氧化硅粉5~10份;粒径为0.15~0.2mm的烧结刚玉10~20份;硅酸盐水泥22~35份;粒径0.05的六硅酸镁粉7~10份。本发明的保温浇注料,具有良好的耐高温性能,并且强度高,硬化快。

本发明涉及一种耐高温材料,具体为保温浇注料。
背景技术
钢铁高炉中的钢水温度很高,传统的钢包保温层保温性能差、强度低、杂质含量高、耐火度低。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种保温效果好的轻质保温浇注料及其制备方法。
具体技术方案为:
保温浇注料,由以下原料制备所得,按照重量份数,粒径为0.05~0.08mm的氧化铝5~10份;粒径为1~2mm的氧化铝20~40份;粒径为0.5~1.5mm的三氧化二铬粉45~50份;粒径为5~8mm的蛇纹岩粉40~55份;粒径为0.2~0.3mm二氧化硅粉5~10份;粒径为0.15~0.2mm的烧结刚玉10~20份;硅酸盐水泥22~35份;粒径0.05的六硅酸镁粉7~10份。
本发明的保温浇注料,具有良好的耐高温性能,并且强度高,硬化快。

实施例1
保温浇注料,由以下原料制备所得,按照重量份数,粒径为0.05~0.08mm的氧化铝5份;粒径为1~2mm的氧化铝30份;粒径为0.5~1.5mm的三氧化二铬粉50份;粒径为5~8mm的蛇纹岩粉45份;粒径为0.2~0.3mm二氧化硅粉5份;粒径为0.15~0.2mm的烧结刚玉15份;硅酸盐水泥22份;粒径0.05的六硅酸镁粉8份。
实施例2
保温浇注料,由以下原料制备所得,按照重量份数,粒径为0.05~0.08mm的氧化铝10份;粒径为1~2mm的氧化铝20份;粒径为0.5~1.5mm的三氧化二铬粉45份;粒径为5~8mm的蛇纹岩粉55份;粒径为0.2~0.3mm二氧化硅粉10份;粒径为0.15~0.2mm的烧结刚玉10份;硅酸盐水泥35份;粒径0.05的六硅酸镁粉7份。
实施例3
保温浇注料,由以下原料制备所得,按照重量份数,粒径为0.05~0.08mm的氧化铝7份;粒径为1~2mm的氧化铝40份;粒径为0.5~1.5mm的三氧化二铬粉48份;粒径为5~8mm的蛇纹岩粉40份;粒径为0.2~0.3mm二氧化硅粉8份;粒径为0.15~0.2mm的烧结刚玉20份;硅酸盐水泥25份;粒径0.05的六硅酸镁粉10份。

1.保温浇注料,其特征在于,由以下原料制备所得,按照重量份数,粒径为0.05~0.08mm的氧化铝5~10份;粒径为1~2mm的氧化铝20~40份;粒径为0.5~1.5mm的三氧化二铬粉45~50份;粒径为5~8mm的蛇纹岩粉40~55份;粒径为0.2~0.3mm二氧化硅粉5~10份;粒径为0.15~0.2mm的烧结刚玉10~20份;硅酸盐水泥22~35份;粒径0.05的六硅酸镁粉7~10份。
