Claims (20)
1. Огнеупор в форме сухой минеральной шихты из огнеупорных минеральных материалов, по составу материалов скомпонованный так, чтобы из него можно было получать огнеупорные продукты, длительно устойчивые к фаялитовым шлакам, сульфидным расплавам (штейнам), сульфатам и расплавам цветных металлов, для футеровки с огневой стороны промышленных печей для выплавки цветных металлов, и содержащий по меньшей мере:
по меньшей мере одно крупнозернистое магнезитовое сырье в качестве главного компонента,
порошок магнезии (MgO-мука),
по меньшей мере один жаропрочный реагент, действующий в процессе плавки (in situ) как восстановитель на расплавы оксидов цветного металла и/или расплавы оксида железа-цветного металла и превращающий их в расплавы цветного металла.
2. Огнеупор по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый реагент представляет собой тонкодисперсный углерод, в частности, графит, и/или сажу, и/или антрацит, и/или кокс, предпочтительно графит.
3. Огнеупор по п. 1 и/или 2, отличающийся следующим составом по сухому веществу:
30-74, в частности, 40-60 вес.% крупнозернистой магнезии, в частности, с содержанием MgO более чем 90 вес.%, в частности, более чем 95 вес.%,
25-50, в частности, 35-45 вес.% порошка магнезии, в частности, с >90, в частности, >95 вес.% MgO,
1-20, в частности, 5-15 вес.% реагента.
4. Огнеупор по одному или нескольким пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что шихта дополнительно содержит SiC, предпочтительно в количестве до 15 вес.%, в частности, до 10 вес.%.
5. Огнеупор по одному или нескольким пунктам 1-4, отличающийся тем, что шихта дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере одну тонкодисперсную кремниевую кислоту, при добавлении воды в шихту реагирующую с порошком MgO с образованием фазы гидрата силиката магния, предпочтительно в количестве до 8 вес.%, в частности, до 5 вес.%.
6. Огнеупор по одному или нескольким пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что шихта дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере одно известное связующее для огнеупорных продуктов в сухой тонкодисперсной форме, предпочтительно в количестве до 10 вес.%, в частности, от 0,1 до 6 вес.%.
7. Шихта по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что связующее является углеродсодержащим связующим, в частности, смолой и/или пеком, предпочтительно синтетическим полимерным связующим.
8. Огнеупор в виде формованного огнеупорного кирпича, полученного из огнеупорной шихты по одному или нескольким пп. 1-7 путем смешения шихты с водой и/или жидким связующим для огнеупорных продуктов с образованием формующейся свежей массы, прессования свежей массы и, предпочтительно, сушки и/или отжига кирпича, причем кирпич в своей структуре содержит по меньшей мере компоненты по одному или нескольким пп. 1-5.
9. Огнеупор по п. 8, содержащий по меньшей мере одну фазу связующего отвержденную из связующего для огнеупорных продуктов, прочно связывающую частицы шихты.
10. Огнеупор по п. 8 и/или 9, отличающийся тем, что кирпич подвергают высокотемпературному обжигу, и он содержит спекшиеся мостики между зернами шихты.
11. Огнеупор по одному или нескольким пп. 8-10, отличающийся тем, что связующая фаза имеет коксовый каркас.
12. Огнеупор по п. 8 и/или 9, а также п. 11, отличающийся тем, что связующая фаза содержит гидрат силиката магния.
13. Огнеупор в виде огнеупорной каменной кладки с огневой стороны в промышленной печи для выплавки цветных металлов, в частности, медеплавильной печи, выложенной огнеупорными кирпичами по одному или нескольким пп. 8-12.
14. Огнеупор в форме монолитной огнеупорной футеровки с огневой стороны промышленной печи для выплавки цветных металлов, в частности, медеплавильной печи, полученный путем смешения шихты по одному или нескольким пп. 1-7 с водой и/или жидким связующим для огнеупорных продуктов с образованием свежей массы, обмуровки внутренних стенок плавильной печи свежей массой и, предпочтительно, сушки и/или отжига футеровки.
