技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐火材料，具体为高温耐火胶泥。
背景技术
耐火胶泥主要采用优质耐火粉料、高强耐温化学结合剂及添加剂配制而成，适用于要求灰缝小、密封性好、粘结强度高等窑炉砌体。现用的胶泥抗剥落性能差、抗震稳定性差。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题，本发明提供一种抗剥落性能强、抗震稳定性高的胶泥。
具体技术方案为：
高温耐火胶泥，由原料按照重量份数组成：1.5-2.5mm石英20-35份，2-5mm高岭土20-35份，0.5-1.5mm黑粘土5-10份，0.05-0.15mm氧化钇2-4份，水玻璃10-15份，1-1.5mm氧化铜5-10份，高铝水泥2-4份。
本发明提供的高温耐火胶泥，抗剥落性能和抗震稳定性好，延长了炉窑使用寿命。

高温耐火胶泥，由原料按照重量份数组成：1.5-2.5mm石英35份，2-5mm高岭土25份，0.5-1.5mm黑粘土10份，0.05-0.15mm氧化钇3份，水玻璃15份，1-1.5mm氧化铜10份，高铝水泥4份。
实施例2
高温耐火胶泥，由原料按照重量份数组成：1.5-2.5mm石英20份，2-5mm高岭土20份，0.5-1.5mm黑粘土5份，0.05-0.15mm氧化钇2份，水玻璃10份，1-1.5mm氧化铜7份，高铝水泥3份。

高温耐火胶泥，由原料按照重量份数组成：1.5-2.5mm石英25份，2-5mm高岭土35份，0.5-1.5mm黑粘土7份，0.05-0.15mm氧化钇4份，水玻璃12份，1-1.5mm氧化铜5份，高铝水泥2份。
