Abstract
本发明涉及耐火材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种热风炉用硅砖,所述热风炉用硅砖包括以下重量份数的组分:硅石颗粒50‑150份、硅石中粉80‑120份、硅石细粉100‑150份、二氧化硅30‑50份、碳化硅15‑25份、碳化硅纳米粉30‑50份、刚玉砂10‑15份、石墨粉20‑30份、白云母粉10‑20份、发泡剂1‑5份、三聚磷酸钠1‑3份。本发明的热风炉用硅砖,耐腐蚀、抗破裂、使用寿命长;生产原料成本低,生产工艺简单,适合工业化生产,可推广应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种热风炉用硅砖。
背景技术
酸性耐火材料以氧化硅为主要成分,常用的有硅砖和粘土砖。硅砖是含氧化硅93%以上的硅质制品,使用的原料有硅石、废硅砖等,其抗酸性炉渣侵蚀能力强,荷重软化温度高,重复煅烧后体积不收缩,甚至略有膨胀;但其易受碱性渣的侵蚀,抗热振性差。目前,热风炉用硅砖的生产传统原料配方为定量的硅石颗粒料、定量的硅石细粉,再加上外加剂,例如粘土等,再加入纸浆、石灰乳、铁鳞粉等,现有原材料制造的热炉用硅砖,有较强的腐蚀性,不利于保护环境,而且易破裂,使用寿命短,不适合工业化生产。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的问题,提供了一种热风炉用硅砖,解决了现有技术中存在的上述问题。本发明的热风炉用硅砖,耐腐蚀、抗破裂、使用寿命长;生产原料成本低,生产工艺简单,适合工业化生产,可推广应用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种热风炉用硅砖,包括以下重量份数的组分:
硅石颗粒50-150份、硅石中粉80-120份、硅石细粉100-150份、二氧化硅30-50份、碳化硅15-25份、碳化硅纳米粉30-50份、刚玉砂10-15份、石墨粉20-30份、白云母粉10-20份、发泡剂1-5份、三聚磷酸钠1-3份。
进一步的,该热风炉用硅砖是由以下重量份数的组分组成:
硅石颗粒100份、硅石中粉115份、硅石细粉120份、二氧化硅45份、碳化硅20份、碳化硅纳米粉40份、刚玉砂12.5份、石墨粉25份、白云母粉15份、发泡剂3.5份、三聚磷酸钠1.5份。
进一步的,该热风炉用硅砖是由以下重量份数的组分组成:
硅石颗粒150份、硅石中粉120份、硅石细粉150份、二氧化硅50份、碳化硅25份、碳化硅纳米粉50份、刚玉砂15份、石墨粉30份、白云母粉20份、发泡剂5份、三聚磷酸钠3份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的热风炉用硅砖,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组分组成:硅石颗粒100份、硅石中粉115份、硅石细粉120份、二氧化硅45份、碳化硅20份、碳化硅纳米粉40份、刚玉砂12.5份、石墨粉25份、白云母粉15份、发泡剂3.5份、三聚磷酸钠1.5份。
