技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种碳化硅砖。
背景技术
酸性耐火材料以氧化硅为主要成分,常用的有硅砖和粘土砖。硅砖是含氧化硅93%以上的硅质制品,使用的原料有硅石、废硅砖等,其抗酸性炉渣侵蚀能力强,荷重软化温度高,重复煅烧后体积不收缩,甚至略有膨胀;但其易受碱性渣的侵蚀,抗热振性差。耐火材料行业不断寻求硅砖的生产方法,开辟新的技术解决措施,优质硅砖应运而生,得到了极大的重视和广泛应用,但优质硅砖仍处在不成熟的阶段,现有的优质硅砖热震性能差、易变形、易破裂、不耐腐蚀,使用寿命短,不适合大批量生产。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的问题,提供了一种碳化硅砖,解决了现有技术中存在的上述问题。本发明的碳化硅砖,具有热震性能好、耐腐蚀、抗变形、抗破裂、使用寿命长等特点;生产原料成本低,生产工艺简单,适合工业化生产,可推广应用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种碳化硅砖,包括以下重量份数的组分:
硅石骨料50-150份、硅石细粉150-200份、二氧化硅10-20份、碳化硅15-25份、碳化硅纳米粉30-40份、氧化铜3-9份、石墨粉15-25份、白云母粉10-20份、矿化剂1-5份、复合添加剂1-3份、碳素10-20份。
进一步的,该碳化硅砖是由以下重量份数的组分组成:
硅石骨料100份、硅石细粉170份、二氧化硅15份、碳化硅20份、碳化硅纳米粉35份、氧化铜6.5份、石墨粉20.5份、白云母粉17份、矿化剂2.5份、复合添加剂2份、碳素15份。
进一步的,该碳化硅砖是由以下重量份数的组分组成:
硅石骨料150份、硅石细粉200份、二氧化硅20份、碳化硅25份、碳化硅纳米粉40份、氧化铜9份、石墨粉25份、白云母粉20份、矿化剂5份、复合添加剂3份、碳素20份。
本发明带来的有益效果是:

硅石骨料100份、硅石细粉170份、二氧化硅15份、碳化硅20份、碳化硅纳米粉35份、氧化铜6.5份、石墨粉20.5份、白云母粉17份、矿化剂2.5份、复合添加剂2份、碳素15份。

一种碳化硅砖,包括以下重量份数的组分:
硅石骨料150份、硅石细粉200份、二氧化硅20份、碳化硅25份、碳化硅纳米粉40份、氧化铜9份、石墨粉25份、白云母粉20份、矿化剂5份、复合添加剂3份、碳素20份。
