Abstract
一种碳化硅砖,包含以下重量份数的组分:硅石骨料100‑150份,碳化硅纳米粉150‑200份,游离二氧化硅5‑10份,金刚石微粉10‑15份,珠光云母粉5‑8份,复合矿化剂2‑5份,复合添加剂2‑5份。本发明提出的碳化硅砖,具有耐磨、耐侵蚀性好,高温强度大,热震稳定性好,导热率高,热膨胀系数小的特点,并且使用寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种碳化硅砖。
背景技术
酸性耐火材料以氧化硅为主要成分,常用的有硅砖和粘土砖。硅砖是含氧化硅93%以上的硅质制品,使用的原料有硅石、废硅砖等,其抗酸性炉渣侵蚀能力强,荷重软化温度高,重复煅烧后体积不收缩,甚至略有膨胀,但是其易受碱性渣的侵蚀,抗热振性差。耐火材料行业不断寻求硅砖的生产方法,开辟新的技术解决措施,优质硅砖应运而生,得到了极大的重视和广泛应用,但优质硅砖仍处在不成熟的阶段。现有的优质硅砖热震性能差、易变形、不耐腐蚀,使用寿命短,不适合大批量生产。
发明内容
针对现有硅砖存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提出一种使用寿命长的碳化硅砖。
本发明的目的是采用以下技术方案来实现。依据本发明提出的一种碳化硅砖,包含以下重量份数的组分:硅石骨料100-150份,碳化硅纳米粉 150-200份,游离二氧化硅5-10份,金刚石微粉10-15份,珠光云母粉5-8 份,复合矿化剂2-5份,复合添加剂2-5份。
本发明的目的还采用以下技术措施来进一步实现。
所述碳化硅砖,包含以下重量份数的组分:硅石骨料120份,碳化硅纳米粉170份,游离二氧化硅8份,金刚石微粉11份,珠光云母粉6份,复合矿化剂3份,复合添加剂3份。
所述碳化硅砖,包含以下重量份数的组分:硅石骨料135份,碳化硅纳米粉190份,游离二氧化硅9份,金刚石微粉13份,珠光云母粉7份,复合矿化剂4份,复合添加剂4份。
本发明提出的碳化硅砖,具有耐磨、耐侵蚀性好,高温强度大,热震稳定性好,导热率高,热膨胀系数小的特点,并且使用寿命长。
