一种耐腐蚀的碳化硅砖,包含以下重量份数的组分:硅石细粉70‑90份,碳化硅微粉100‑150份,金刚石微粉20‑24份,云母粉1‑2份,氧化铜粉1‑5份,矿化剂5‑8份,复合添加剂5‑8份。本发明提出的碳化硅砖,不但具有高温强度大、热震稳定性好、导热率高、热膨胀系数小的特点,而且具有优异的耐腐蚀性能。

一种耐腐蚀的碳化硅砖
技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种耐腐蚀的碳化硅砖。
背景技术
酸性耐火材料以氧化硅为主要成分,常用的有硅砖和粘土砖。硅砖是含氧化硅93%以上的硅质制品,使用的原料有硅石、废硅砖等,其抗酸性炉渣侵蚀能力强,荷重软化温度高,重复煅烧后体积不收缩,甚至略有膨胀,但是其易受碱性渣的侵蚀,抗热振性差。耐火材料行业不断寻求硅砖的生产方法,开辟新的技术解决措施,优质硅砖应运而生,得到了极大的重视和广泛应用,但优质硅砖仍处在不成熟的阶段。现有的优质硅砖热震性能差、易变形、不耐腐蚀,使用寿命短,不适合大批量生产。
发明内容
针对现有硅砖存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提出一种具有优异耐腐蚀性能的碳化硅砖。
本发明的目的是采用以下技术方案来实现。依据本发明提出的一种耐腐蚀的碳化硅砖,包含以下重量份数的组分:硅石细粉70-90份,碳化硅微粉100-150份,金刚石微粉20-24份,云母粉1-2份,氧化铜粉1-5份,矿化剂5-8份,复合添加剂5-8份。
本发明的目的还采用以下技术措施来进一步实现。
所述耐腐蚀的碳化硅砖,包含以下重量份数的组分:硅石细粉76份,碳化硅微粉120份,金刚石微粉22份,云母粉1.3份,氧化铜粉2份,矿化剂6份,复合添加剂6份。
所述耐腐蚀的碳化硅砖,包含以下重量份数的组分:硅石细粉85份,碳化硅微粉140份,金刚石微粉23份,云母粉1.7份,氧化铜粉4份,矿化剂7份,复合添加剂7份。
本发明提出的碳化硅砖,不但具有高温强度大、热震稳定性好、导热率高、热膨胀系数小的特点,而且具有优异的耐腐蚀性能。
