背景技术
耐火材料分为定型耐火材料和不定型耐火材料。不定型耐火材料通常指浇注料,是由多种骨料或集料和一种或多种粘和剂组成的混合粉状颗料,使用时必须和一种或多种液体配合搅拌均匀,具有较强的流动性和可塑性。
浇注料是一种由耐火物质制成的粒状和粉状材料,并加入一定量结合剂和水分共同组成。它具有较高的流动性,适宜用浇注方法施工,并无需加热即可硬化的不定形耐火材料。由耐火骨料、粉料、结合剂、外加剂、水或其他液体材料组成。一般在使用现场以浇注、震动或捣固的方法浇筑成型,也可以制成预制件使用。
辊底炉广泛用于冶金及机械工业,是连铸连轧生产线的关键工序设备,其炉辊在高温中托着被加热的工件转动,以利于工件的加工。国内的连铸连轧生产线辊底炉炉辊大部分从国外整体进口,进口的炉辊采用耐火纤维绳缠绕加耐火喷漆涂料或者采用耐火浇注料震动成型两种方法制做。目前存在的主要问题是:(1)采用耐火纤维绳缠绕加耐火喷漆涂料制作的炉辊,制做工艺复杂,制出的炉辊强度低,抗震动性能差,不耐高温烟气冲刷,使用寿命低,并且使用前必须烘烤,投资大,占地面积也大;(2)采用耐火浇注料制作的炉辊,制作工艺简单,使用前不必烘烤,所用的耐火浇注料的主要成分为Al2O3、SiO2、CaO、 TiO2、ZrO2、Na2O、K2O等。但上述炉辊在使用过程中经常出现炸裂,影响炉辊的使用寿命,使用寿命只有6个月左右。
在公开号CN1958519的专利文件中,公开了一种用于辊底炉炉辊的耐火浇注料,由电熔莫来石、焦宝石、莫来石、堇青石、蓝晶石、氧化硅微粉、氧化铝微粉、高铝水泥、不锈钢纤维、防爆纤维、三聚磷酸钠、水组成,用该发明浇注成的炉辊与现有技术浇注成的炉辊相比,浇注料具有良好的流动性,便于炉辊的成型。由于炉辊抗爆裂性能和热稳定性非常好,能够适应辊底炉内温度的急剧变化,对高温烟气有较高的抵抗能力,炉辊的使用寿命可达1年以上,同时本发明所使用的各种材料均可从市场上购买,降低了炉辊的生产成本,但该浇注料的耐火能力不足,硬度不足,抗压抗折强度较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种耐火浇注料,具有较佳地机械性能,耐火能力强,硬度高,抗压抗折能力优秀。
本发明提供的一种耐火浇注料,包括以下重量份的原料:
刚玉43-50份、尖晶石12-14份、锆英石4-6份、石墨7-11份、石英粉25-27份、蛭石6-9份、陶粒15-18份、氧化铍6-12份、水泥16-20份、金属纤维2-5份、稀土1-3份、外加剂2-8份。
作为优选,刚玉、尖晶石、锆英石、蛭石、陶粒的粒径均有3-5mm和1-3mm的两种颗粒级。
作为优选,石墨、石英粉、氧化铍的目数均在80-150目之间。
作为优选,水泥为纯铝酸钙水泥或超高铝电熔水泥。
作为优选,金属纤维为不锈钢纤维、铝纤维、黄铜纤维和铸铁纤维中的一种或二种以上的混合物,金属纤维的长度为2-8mm,径长1mm。

(1)、刚玉、尖晶石、锆英石、蛭石、陶粒、金属纤维作为浇注料的骨料,石墨、石英粉、氧化铍作为粉料,对应比例的骨料和粉料的配合使得浇注料内缝隙小,堆积密度大,而且骨料和粉料具有较强的耐火能力,硬度高,使得浇注料的抗压强度、拉伸强度、抗弯强度、冲击强度、韧性、冲击韧性等性能均得到较大提高;
(2)、尖晶石可用热处理改善颜色,蓝色者在900℃加热变成绿色,加热到1200℃变成黄色。这种改色效果稳定,从而使得浇注料能够变色,方便对温度的观察;锆英石具有较佳的化学稳定性,较低的热膨胀性、较高的导热性,这均能增加浇注料的性能;
(3)、水泥和粘土作为粘结剂,能有效地使骨料和粉料粘合,减水剂能减少混合的用水量,分散剂能使各原料之间的混合更充分、更均匀,这就增加了浇注料的机械性能。

本实施例中,刚玉、尖晶石、锆英石、蛭石、陶粒的粒径均有5mm和3mm的两种颗粒级。
本实施例中,石墨、石英粉、氧化铍的目数均在150目之间。
本实施例中,水泥为纯铝酸钙水泥或超高铝电熔水泥。
本实施例中,金属纤维为不锈钢纤维、铝纤维、黄铜纤维和铸铁纤维的混合物,金属纤维的长度为8mm,径长1mm。
本实施例中,外加剂包括减水剂、分散剂和膨胀剂,三者之间的重量比为5:3:1。

本实施例中,水泥为纯铝酸钙水泥或超高铝电熔水泥。
本实施例中,金属纤维为不锈钢纤维、铝纤维、黄铜纤维和铸铁纤维的混合物,金属纤维的长度为3mm,径长1mm。
本实施例中,外加剂包括减水剂、分散剂和膨胀剂,三者之间的重量比为5:3:1。

Claims (8)

1.一种耐火浇注料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:
刚玉43-50份、尖晶石12-14份、锆英石4-6份、石墨7-11份、石英粉25-27份、蛭石6-9份、陶粒15-18份、氧化铍6-12份、水泥16-20份、金属纤维2-5份、稀土1-3份、外加剂2-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐火浇注料,其特征在于:刚玉、尖晶石、锆英石、蛭石、陶粒的粒径均有3-5mm和1-3mm的两种颗粒级。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐火浇注料,其特征在于:石墨、石英粉、氧化铍的目数均在80-150目之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐火浇注料,其特征在于:水泥为纯铝酸钙水泥或超高铝电熔水泥。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐火浇注料,其特征在于:金属纤维为不锈钢纤维、铝纤维、黄铜纤维和铸铁纤维中的一种或二种以上的混合物,金属纤维的长度为2-8mm,径长1mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的耐火浇注料,其特征在于:外加剂包括减水剂、分散剂和膨胀剂,三者之间的重量比为5:3:1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐火浇注料,其特征在于:减水剂为木质素磺酸钙、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸镁中一种或二种以上的混合物,分散剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠和焦磷酸钠中一种或二种以上的混合物,膨胀剂为蓝晶石粉和硅线石粉,两者之间的重量比为2:1。
8.根据权利要求1所述的耐火浇注料,其特征在于:稀土为碳酸氯化稀土。
