涂布膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂布膜,特别涉及一种适用于触摸面板的ITO膜基材并且表面硬度、耐磨耗性、涂布层与聚酯膜的密合性良好的涂布膜。
背景技术
聚酯膜由于表现出机械特性、尺寸稳定性、耐热性、透明性、电绝缘性、耐药品性等优异的特性而能够作为建材用途、光学用途、包装用途等领域的膜基材广泛地使用。
但是,聚酯膜的表面硬度低、进而耐磨耗性低。因此存在有在各种加工工序中或使用时容易擦伤的问题。
考虑上述的理由,为了提高表面硬度、耐磨耗性,已知有在聚酯膜的表面设置硬涂层的方法(引用文献1)。但是,通常而言硬涂层与聚酯膜的密合性低,故而在各种工序中或使用时发生剥离。
为了解决上述问题,已知有出于提高密合性的目的而在聚酯膜的表面设置使用了丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、聚酯树脂等粘合剂的易粘合层的方法(引用文献2)、进行电晕处理等表面活性化的方法等。另外,也已知有通过在硬涂层中使用多官能丙烯酸酯和三聚氰胺化合物而能够不进行上述处理即可提高与聚酯膜的密合性(引用文献3)。该方法也可以使用同时进行聚酯膜的制膜和涂布层形成的在线涂敷法,相比于上述的密合性提高方法,在制造成本方面优异。但是,上述这些方法有时不能得到充分的密合性。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
本发明是鉴于上述实际情况而完成的,其解决课题在于提供一种涂布膜,该涂布膜具有优异的表面硬度、耐磨耗性,并且聚酯膜与硬涂层的密合性良好。
用于解决课题的方案
本发明的发明人对上述实际情况进行了深入研究,结果发现,若使用具有特定构成的涂布膜,则可以容易地解决上述课题,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明的要点在于:一种涂布膜,其特征在于,在聚酯膜的至少一面具有涂布层,该涂布层由含有(甲基)丙烯酸酯化合物、具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的反应性二氧化硅和异氰酸酯系化合物的涂布液形成。
发明的效果
根据本发明的涂布膜,能够提供一种表面硬度高、与聚酯膜的密合性良好的涂布膜,其工业价值高。
具体实施方式
构成本发明的涂布膜的聚酯膜可以为单层结构,也可以为多层结构,除2层、3层结构以外,只要不超出本发明的要点,则也可以为4层或其以上的多层,没有特别限定。
本发明中使用的聚酯既可以为均聚聚酯,也可以为共聚聚酯。在由均聚聚酯构成的情况下,优选使芳香族二羧酸和脂肪族二醇缩聚而得到的物质。作为芳香族二羧酸,可以列举:对苯二甲酸、2,6-萘二羧酸等,作为脂肪族二醇,可以列举:乙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、1,4-环己烷二甲醇等。作为代表性的聚酯,可以例示聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯等。另一方面,作为共聚聚酯的二羧酸成分,可以列举:间苯二甲酸、邻苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸、2,6-萘二羧酸、己二酸、癸二酸、羟基羧酸(例如对羟基苯甲酸等)等的一种或两种以上,作为二醇成分,可以列举:乙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、4-环己烷二甲醇、新戊二醇等的一种或两种以上。
作为聚酯的聚合催化剂,没有特别限制,可以使用现有公知的化合物,可以列举例如:钛化合物、锗化合物、锑化合物、锰化合物、铝化合物、镁化合物、钙化合物等。其中,钛化合物和锗化合物由于催化活性高,以少量就能够进行聚合,残留于膜中的金属量少,所以膜的亮度升高,因此优选。进而,由于锗化合物价格昂贵,所以更优选使用钛化合物。
在为使用钛化合物而得到的聚酯的情况下,钛元素含量优选为50ppm以下、更优选为1~20ppm、进一步优选为2~10ppm的范围。钛化合物的含量过多时,在熔融挤出聚酯的工序中,促进聚酯的劣化,有时成为黄色感强的膜,另外,在含量过少时,聚合效率差,有时成本提高或者不能得到具有充分强度的膜。另外,在使用利用钛化合物的聚酯时,出于抑制熔融挤出工序中的劣化的目的,为了降低钛化合物的活性而优选使用磷化合物。作为磷化合物,当考虑聚酯的生产率和热稳定性时,优选正磷酸。就磷元素含量而言,相对于熔融挤出的聚酯量优选为1~300ppm、更优选为3~200ppm、进一步优选为5~100ppm的范围。磷化合物的含量过多时,有可能成为凝胶化和异物的原因,另外,在含量过少时,不能充分降低钛化合物的活性,有时成为具有黄色感的膜。
为了提高膜的耐候性、防止液晶等的劣化,也可以在聚酯膜中含有紫外线吸收剂。紫外线吸收剂是吸收紫外线的化合物,只要是能够经得起在聚酯膜的制造工序中施加的热的物质,就没有特别限定。
作为紫外线吸收剂,存在有机系紫外线吸收剂和无机系紫外线吸收剂,从透明性的观点出发,优选有机系紫外线吸收剂。作为有机系紫外线吸收剂,没有特别限定,可以列举例如:环状亚氨基酯系、苯并三唑系、二苯甲酮系等。从耐久性的观点出发,更优选环状亚氨基酯系、苯并三唑系。另外,也可以并用2种以上的紫外线吸收剂。
以赋予易滑性和防止在各工序中产生划伤为主要目的,也可以在聚酯膜中配合颗粒。配合的颗粒的种类只要为可赋予易滑性的颗粒就没有特别限定,作为具体例,可以列举例如:二氧化硅、碳酸钙、碳酸镁、碳酸钡、硫酸钙、磷酸钙、磷酸镁、高岭土、氧化铝、氧化钛等无机颗粒;丙烯酸树脂、苯乙烯树脂、脲树脂、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、苯并胍胺树脂等有机颗粒等。进一步而言,也可以使用聚酯制造工序中使催化剂等的金属化合物的一部分沉淀、微分散而得到的析出颗粒。
关于使用的颗粒的形状也没有特别限定,可以使用球状、块状、棒状、扁平状等中的任意形状。另外,关于其硬度、比重、颜色等也没有特别限制。这一系列的颗粒可以根据需要并用2种以上。
另外,颗粒的平均粒径优选为5μm以下,更优选为0.01~3μm的范围。通过以上述范围使用,能够得到透明性和滑动性良好的膜。
聚酯膜中的颗粒含量优选为5重量%以下,更优选为0.0003~3重量%的范围。在没有颗粒的情况下或者颗粒含量少的情况下,膜的透明性高,成为良好的膜,但有时滑动性不充分,因此有时需要想办法通过在涂布层中加入颗粒来提高滑动性等。另外,在颗粒含量添加超过5重量%时,有时膜的透明性不充分。
作为在聚酯膜中添加颗粒的方法,没有特别限定,可以采用现有公知的方法。例如可以在制造构成各层的聚酯的任意阶段添加,但优选在酯化或者酯交换反应结束后添加。
另外,在聚酯膜中,除上述的颗粒和紫外线吸收剂以外,还可以根据需要添加现有公知的抗氧化剂、抗静电剂、热稳定剂、润滑剂、染料、颜料等。
就聚酯膜的厚度而言,只要为作为膜可以制膜的范围,就没有特别限定,优选为10~350μm,更优选为15~300μm的范围。
下面,对聚酯膜的制造例具体地进行说明,但不受以下制造例的任何限定。即,可以列举:将前面叙述的聚酯原料干燥,得到粒料,使用单螺杆挤出机将粒料从模具挤出,将熔融片材用冷却辊进行冷却固化而得到未拉伸片材的方法。此时,为了使片材的平面性提高,优选提高片材与旋转冷却滚筒的密合性,优选采用静电施加密合法、液体涂布密合法。接着,将得到的未拉伸片沿双轴方向拉伸。此时,首先将上述的未拉伸片材沿一个方向利用辊或拉幅机方式的拉伸机进行拉伸。拉伸温度通常为70~120℃,优选为80~110℃,拉伸倍率通常为2.5~7倍,优选为3.0~6倍。接着,沿与第一段的拉伸方向正交的方向拉伸,此时,拉伸温度通常为70~170℃,拉伸倍率通常为3.0~7倍,优选为3.5~6倍。接着在180~270℃的温度下、在拉紧下或30%以内的松弛下进行热处理,得到双轴取向膜。在上述拉伸中,也可以采用将一个方向的拉伸以2阶段以上进行的方法。此时,优选以两个方向的拉伸倍率最终分别为上述范围的方式进行。
另外,也可以采用同时双轴拉伸法。同时双轴拉伸法为将前述的未拉伸片材以在通常70~120℃、优选80~110℃下进行了温度控制的状态,沿机械方向和宽度方向同时拉伸并取向的方法,作为拉伸倍率,以面积倍率计为4~50倍,优选为7~35倍,进一步优选为10~25倍。然后,接着在170~250℃的温度下、在拉紧下或30%以内的松弛下进行热处理,得到拉伸取向膜。关于采用上述拉伸方式的同时双轴拉伸装置,可以采用螺旋方式、缩放(pantograph)方式、线性驱动方式等现有公知的拉伸方式。
接着,对构成本发明的涂布膜的涂布层的形成进行说明。关于涂布层,可以通过在聚酯膜的制膜工序中对膜表面进行处理的在线涂敷而设置,也可以采用在暂时制造的膜上在体系外进行涂布的离线涂敷。由于下述理由,更优选通过在线涂敷形成的涂布层。
在线涂敷是在制造聚酯膜的工序中进行涂敷的方法,具体而言,是在熔融挤出聚酯之后直到拉伸后热固定而卷起的任意阶段进行涂敷的方法。通常对进行熔融、骤冷得到的未拉伸片材、经过拉伸的单轴拉伸膜、热固定前的双轴拉伸膜、热固定后卷起前的膜中的任意种膜上进行涂敷。并不限定于以下方法,但例如优选在逐次双轴拉伸中,特别是在长度方向(纵向)经过拉伸的单轴拉伸膜上涂敷后,在横向进行拉伸的方法。根据这样的方法,能够同时进行制膜和涂布层形成,因此具有制造成本上的优点。另外,通过在拉伸前在膜上设置涂布层,能够将涂布层与基材膜一起拉伸,由此能够使涂布层牢固地密合于基材膜。进一步而言,在双轴拉伸聚酯膜的制造中,利用夹具等夹住膜端部进行拉伸,由此能够在纵向和横向上限制膜,在热固定工序中,能够不导入褶皱地原样维持平面性来施加高温。因此,在涂布后实施的热处理能够设为其他的方法不能达到的高温,由此能够提高涂布层的造膜性、表面硬度、耐磨耗性,能够更加牢固地使涂布层和基材膜密合。
本发明中的必需要件在于:在聚酯膜的至少一面具有涂布层,该涂布层由含有(甲基)丙烯酸酯化合物、具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的反应性二氧化硅和异氰酸酯系化合物的涂布液形成。本发明的优选方式的涂布液还含有丙烯酸树脂。
作为上述的(甲基)丙烯酸酯化合物,可以使用现有公知的物质,没有特别限定,可以列举单官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三官能以上的多官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯。其中,为了达到高硬度,优选三官能以上的多官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
作为单官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯,没有特别限定,可以列举例如:(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸正丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸月桂酯、(甲基)丙烯酸硬脂酯、(甲基)丙烯酸环己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异冰片酯等(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯;(甲基)丙烯酸羟基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸羟基丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸羟基丁酯等(甲基)丙烯酸羟基烷基酯;(甲基)丙烯酸甲氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸甲氧基丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙氧基丙酯等(甲基)丙烯酸烷氧基烷基酯;(甲基)丙烯酸苄酯、(甲基)丙烯酸苯氧基乙酯等芳香族(甲基)丙烯酸酯;(甲基)丙烯酸二氨基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯等含氨基(甲基)丙烯酸酯;甲氧基乙二醇(甲基)丙烯酸酯、苯氧基聚乙二醇(甲基)丙烯酸酯、苯基苯酚环氧乙烷改性(甲基)丙烯酸酯等环氧乙烷改性(甲基)丙烯酸酯;(甲基)丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、(甲基)丙烯酸四氢糠基酯、(甲基)丙烯酸等。
作为二官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯,没有特别限定,可以列举例如:1,4-丁二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、1,6-己二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、1,9-壬二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三环癸烷二羟甲基二(甲基)丙烯酸酯等烷烃二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯;双酚A环氧乙烷改性二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、双酚F环氧乙烷改性二(甲基)丙烯酸酯等双酚改性二(甲基)丙烯酸酯;聚乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚丙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、环氧二(甲基)丙烯酸酯等。
作为三官能以上的多官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯,没有特别限定,可以列举例如:二季戊四醇六(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二季戊四醇五(甲基)丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇四(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二-三羟甲基丙烷四(甲基)丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、四羟甲基甲烷环氧乙烷改性四(甲基)丙烯酸酯、异氰脲酸环氧乙烷改性三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、ε-己内酯改性三(丙烯酰氧基乙基)异氰脲酸酯等异氰脲酸改性三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯六亚甲基二异氰酸酯聚氨酯预聚物、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯甲苯二异氰酸酯聚氨酯预聚物、二季戊四醇五丙烯酸酯六亚甲基二异氰酸酯聚氨酯预聚物等聚氨酯丙烯酸酯等。其中,从提高涂布层的表面硬度、耐磨耗性的观点出发,优选二季戊四醇六(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二季戊四醇五(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
以提高涂布层的硬度为目的,使用上述的具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的反应性二氧化硅。
通常,添加二氧化硅颗粒使得涂布层的透明性降低,故而必须限制添加量,有时不能达到提高硬度的效果。本发明发现通过使用具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的反应性二氧化硅,可不降低透明性而提高涂布层的硬度。
所谓具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的反应性二氧化硅,是指至少在表面的一部分包含具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的化合物的二氧化硅颗粒。
将具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的化合物导入二氧化硅颗粒的方法可以使用现有公知的方法,没有特别限定,可以列举例如:使具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的硅烷偶联剂与存在于二氧化硅颗粒表面的硅烷醇基反应的方法。
作为具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的化合物,可以列举与上述的涂布层的形成中所使用的(甲基)丙烯酸酯化合物同样的化合物。
作为二氧化硅颗粒,可以使用现有公知的物质,没有特别限定,不限于通常的胶体二氧化硅,也可以是中空二氧化硅、多孔质二氧化硅。平均粒径优选为300nm以下、更优选为10~200nm、进一步优选为15~100nm。通过以上述范围使用,能够得到透明性、表面硬度、耐磨耗性优异的涂布层。
以提高涂布层与聚酯膜的密合性为目的,使用上述的异氰酸酯系化合物。进一步而言,异氰酸酯系化合物具有异氰脲酸酯结构,由此能够不使涂布层的表面硬度、耐磨耗性大幅度降低而提高与涂布层的密合性。
所谓异氰脲酸酯结构,是指在分子中具有异氰脲酸酯基的结构,可以使用现有公知的物质,没有特别限定,可以列举例如异氰酸酯系化合物的三聚物。
所谓异氰酸酯系化合物,是异氰酸酯或具有以封端异氰酸酯为代表的异氰酸酯衍生物结构的化合物。作为异氰酸酯,可以例示例如:甲苯二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、亚甲基二苯基二异氰酸酯、亚苯基二异氰酸酯、萘二异氰酸酯等芳香族异氰酸酯;α,α,α’,α’-四甲基苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯等具有芳香环的脂肪族异氰酸酯;亚甲基二异氰酸酯、亚丙基二异氰酸酯、赖氨酸二异氰酸酯、三甲基六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯等脂肪族异氰酸酯;环己烷二异氰酸酯、甲基环己烷二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、亚甲基双(4-环己基异氰酸酯)、异亚丙基二环己基二异氰酸酯等脂环族异氰酸酯等。也可以是这些异氰酸酯与各种聚合物或化合物的反应物。这些物质可以单独使用,也可以多种并用。在上述异氰酸酯中,为了避免紫外线引起的黄变,与芳香族异氰酸酯相比,更优选脂肪族异氰酸酯或脂环族异氰酸酯。
以封端异氰酸酯的状态使用的情况下,作为其封端剂,可以列举例如:活性亚甲基系化合物、酚系化合物、硫醇系化合物、内酰胺系化合物、胺系化合物、酰胺化合物、肟系化合物。这些物质可以单独使用,也可以并用2种以上。其中,从提高与聚酯膜的密合性的观点出发,优选活性亚甲基系化合物。
作为活性亚甲基系封端剂,可以列举例如:异丁酰乙酸酯、正丙酰乙酸酯、正丁酰乙酸酯、正戊酰乙酸酯、正己酰乙酸酯、2-乙基庚酰乙酸酯、丙二酸酯、乙酰乙酸酯、乙酰丙酮等。其中,从低温固化性和水存在下的贮藏稳定性优异的方面考虑,优选异丁酰乙酸酯、正丙酰乙酸酯、正丁酰乙酸酯、正戊酰乙酸酯、正己酰乙酸酯、2-乙基庚酰乙酸酯,更优选为异丁酰乙酸酯、正丙酰乙酸酯、正戊酰乙酸酯,进一步优选为异丁酰乙酸酯。更具体而言,作为异丁酰乙酸酯,可以列举例如:异丁酰乙酸甲酯、异丁酰乙酸乙酯、异丁酰乙酸正丙酯、异丁酰乙酸异丙酯、异丁酰乙酸正丁酯、异丁酰乙酸异丁酯、异丁酰乙酸叔丁酯、异丁酰乙酸正戊酯、异丁酰乙酸正己酯、异丁酰乙酸2-乙基己酯、异丁酰乙酸苯酯、异丁酰乙酸苯甲酯等。其中,优选为异丁酰乙酸甲酯、异丁酰乙酸乙酯。作为正丙酰乙酸酯,可以列举例如:正丙酰乙酸甲酯、正丙酰乙酸乙酯、正丙酰乙酸异丙酯、正丙酰乙酸正丁酯、正丙酰乙酸叔丁酯等。其中,优选为正丙酰乙酸甲酯、正丙酰乙酸乙酯。作为正戊酰乙酸酯,可以列举例如:正戊酰乙酸甲酯、正戊酰乙酸乙酯、正戊酰乙酸异丙酯、正戊酰乙酸正丁酯、正戊酰乙酸叔丁酯等。其中,优选正戊酰乙酸甲酯、正戊酰乙酸乙酯。
另外,在本发明中,异氰酸酯系化合物可以以单体使用,也可以作为与各种聚合物的混合物或结合物使用。在使异氰酸酯系化合物的分散性和交联性提高的意义上,也可以使用与聚酯树脂或聚氨酯树脂的混合物或结合物。
上述的丙烯酸酯树脂用于提高涂布层的透明性和外观。
如上所述,涂布层形成中所使用的异氰酸酯系化合物是出于提高涂布层与聚酯膜的密合性而使用的,但可知与之相伴,透明性和外观恶化。为此进行了深入研究,结果发现,通过并用丙烯酸树脂,能够改善透明性和外观。
所谓丙烯酸树脂,是由包括丙烯酸系、甲基丙烯酸系的单体的聚合性单体形成的聚合物。这些聚合物可以是均聚物或者共聚物、进而与丙烯酸系、甲基丙烯酸系的单体以外的聚合性单体的共聚物中的任意种聚合物。另外,也包含这些聚合物与其它的聚合物(例如聚酯、聚氨酯等)的共聚物。例如为嵌段共聚物、接枝共聚物。或者也包含在聚酯溶液或聚酯分散液中将聚合性单体聚合而得到的聚合物(根据情况为聚合物的混合物)。同样,也包含在聚氨酯溶液、聚氨酯分散液中将聚合性单体聚合而得到的聚合物(根据情况为聚合物的混合物)。同样,也包含在其它的聚合物溶液或分散液中将聚合性单体聚合而得到的聚合物(根据情况为聚合物混合物)。
作为上述聚合性单体,没有特别限定,特别是作为代表性的化合物,可以列举例如:丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丁烯酸、衣康酸、富马酸、马来酸、柠康酸这样的各种含羧基单体类以及它们的盐;(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸4-羟基丁酯、单丁基羟基富马酸酯、单丁基羟基衣康酸酯这样的各种含羟基单体类;(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸月桂酯这样的各种(甲基)丙烯酸酯类;(甲基)丙烯酰胺、二丙酮丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺或(甲基)丙烯腈等这样的各种含氮化合物;苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯、乙烯基甲苯这样的各种苯乙烯衍生物;丙酸乙烯酯这样的各种乙烯基酯类;γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷等这样的各种含硅聚合性单体类;含磷乙烯基系单体类;氯乙烯、偏氯乙烯这样的各种卤化乙烯类;丁二烯这样的各种共轭二烯类。其中,从提高透明性和涂布外观的观点考虑,优选含氮化合物,更优选为N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺。
丙烯酸树脂中含有的含氮化合物的比例优选为1~50mol%、更优选为1~20mol%、进一步优选为1~10mol%。
为了提高涂布外观、透明性和密合性等,在涂布层形成时也可以并用丙烯酸树脂以外的各种聚合物。但是,聚合物的配合量过多时,有时涂布层的表面硬度、耐磨耗性降低。
作为聚合物的具体例,可以列举聚氨酯树脂、聚酯树脂、聚乙烯(聚乙烯醇等)、聚亚烷基二醇、聚亚烷基亚胺、甲基纤维素、羟基纤维素、淀粉类等。
所谓聚氨酯树脂,是在分子内具有氨酯键的高分子化合物,通常可以通过多元醇与异氰酸酯的反应来制作。作为多元醇,可以列举:聚酯多元醇类、聚碳酸酯多元醇类、聚醚多元醇类、聚烯烃多元醇类、丙烯酸多元醇类,这些化合物可以单独使用,也可以使用多种。
作为聚酯多元醇类,可以列举:由多元羧酸(丙二酸、琥珀酸、戊二酸、己二酸、庚二酸、辛二酸、癸二酸、富马酸、马来酸、对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸等)或它们的酸酐与多元醇(乙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、二缩三乙二醇、丙二醇、一缩二丙二醇、二缩三丙二醇、丁二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、2,3-丁二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、1,5-戊二醇、新戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇、2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇、2-甲基-2-丙基-1,3-丙二醇、1,8-辛二醇、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇、2-乙基-1,3-己二醇、2,5-二甲基-2,5-己二醇、1,9-壬二醇、2-甲基-1,8-辛二醇、2-丁基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇、2-丁基-2-己基-1,3-丙二醇、环己二醇、双羟基甲基环己烷、二甲醇苯、双羟基乙氧基苯、烷基二烷醇胺、内酯二醇等)的反应得到的聚酯多元醇、具有聚己内酯等的内酯化合物的衍生物单元的聚酯多元醇等。
聚碳酸酯多元醇类可以由多元醇类和碳酸酯化合物通过脱醇反应来得到。作为多元醇类,可以列举:乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,2-丁二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、1,4-环己二醇、1,4-环己烷二甲醇、1,7-庚二醇、1,8-辛二醇、1,9-壬二醇、1,10-癸二醇、新戊二醇、3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇、3,3-二羟甲基庚烷等。作为碳酸酯化合物,可以列举:碳酸二甲酯、碳酸二乙酯、碳酸二苯酯、碳酸亚乙酯等,作为由这些反应得到的聚碳酸酯系多元醇类,可以列举例如聚(1,6-亚己基)碳酸酯、聚(3-甲基-1,5-亚戊基)碳酸酯等。
作为聚醚多元醇类,可以列举:聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、聚亚乙基丙二醇、聚四亚甲基醚二醇、聚六亚甲基醚二醇等。
作为用于得到聚氨酯树脂的异氰酸酯,可以列举与上述的异氰酸酯系化合物同样的异氰酸酯。
在合成聚氨酯树脂时可以使用扩链剂,作为扩链剂,只要具有2个以上与异氰酸酯基反应的活性基团就没有特别限制,通常可以主要使用具有2个羟基或氨基的扩链剂。
作为具有2个羟基的扩链剂,可以列举例如:乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇等脂肪族二醇;二甲苯二醇、双羟基乙氧基苯等芳香族二醇、新戊二醇羟基新戊酸酯等酯二醇这样的二醇类。另外,作为具有2个氨基的扩链剂,可以列举例如:甲苯二胺、苯二亚甲基二胺、二苯基甲烷二胺等芳香族二胺;乙二胺、丙二胺、己二胺、2,2-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺、2-甲基-1,5-戊二胺、三甲基己二胺、2-丁基-2-乙基-1,5-戊二胺、1,8-辛二胺、1,9-壬二胺、1,10-癸二胺等脂肪族二胺;1-氨基-3-氨基甲基-3,5,5-三甲基环己烷、二环己基甲烷二胺、异亚丙基环己基-4,4’-二胺、1,4-二氨基环己烷、1,3-双氨基甲基环己烷等脂环族二胺等。
另外,为了提高涂布外观、透明性和涂布层的强度等,在涂布层形成中也可以并用异氰酸酯系化合物以外的交联剂。
所谓交联剂,可以列举例如:三聚氰胺化合物、噁唑啉化合物、碳二亚胺系化合物、环氧化合物、硅烷偶联剂化合物等。
所谓三聚氰胺化合物,是在化合物中具有三聚氰胺骨架的化合物,例如可以使用烷基醇化三聚氰胺衍生物、使醇与烷基醇化三聚氰胺衍生物反应而部分或完全地进行醚化而得到的化合物、以及它们的混合物。作为用于醚化的醇,适合使用甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇等。另外,作为三聚氰胺化合物,可以为单体或二聚物以上的多聚物的任意种,或者可以使用它们的混合物。进一步而言,也可以使用使脲等与三聚氰胺的一部分进行共缩合而形成的物质,为了提高三聚氰胺化合物的反应性,也可以使用催化剂。
所谓噁唑啉化合物,是在分子内具有噁唑啉基的化合物,特别优选含有噁唑啉基的聚合物,可以通过加聚性含噁唑啉基单体单独或者与其它的单体的聚合来制作。加聚性含噁唑啉基单体可以列举2-乙烯基-2-噁唑啉、2-乙烯基-4-甲基-2-噁唑啉、2-乙烯基-5-甲基-2-噁唑啉、2-异丙烯基-2-噁唑啉、2-异丙烯基-4-甲基-2-噁唑啉、2-异丙烯基-5-乙基-2-噁唑啉等,可以使用这些中的1种或2种以上的混合物。其中,2-异丙烯基-2-噁唑啉容易在工业上获得,故而优选。其它的单体只要是能够与加聚性含噁唑啉基单体共聚的单体就没有限制,可以列举例如:(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯(作为烷基,列举甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、2-乙基己基、环己基)等(甲基)丙烯酸酯类;丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、衣康酸、马来酸、富马酸、丁烯酸、苯乙烯磺酸及其盐(钠盐、钾盐、铵盐、叔胺盐等)等不饱和羧酸类;丙烯腈、甲基丙烯腈等不饱和腈类;(甲基)丙烯酰胺、N-烷基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、N,N-二烷基(甲基)丙烯酰胺,(作为烷基,列举甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、2-乙基己基、环己基等)等不饱和酰胺类;乙酸乙烯酯、丙酸乙烯酯等乙烯基酯类;甲基乙烯基醚、乙基乙烯基醚等乙烯基醚类;乙烯、丙烯等α-烯烃类;氯乙烯、偏氯乙烯、氟乙烯等含卤α,β-不饱和单体类;苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯等α,β-不饱和芳香族单体等,可以使用它们中的1种或2种以上的单体。
所谓碳二亚胺系化合物,是具有碳二亚胺结构的化合物,是在分子内具有1个以上的碳二亚胺结构的化合物,为了更良好的密合性等,更优选在分子内具有2个以上的碳二亚胺结构的聚碳二亚胺系化合物。
碳二亚胺系化合物可以通过现有公知的技术合成,一般而言,可以使用二异氰酸酯化合物的缩合反应。作为二异氰酸酯化合物,没有特别限制,可以使用芳香族系、脂肪族系中的任意种二异氰酸酯化合物,具体而言,可以列举:甲苯二异氰酸酯、二甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、亚苯基二异氰酸酯、萘二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、三甲基六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、环己烷二异氰酸酯、甲基环己烷二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二环己基二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯等。
另外,在不使本发明的效果消失的范围内,为了提高聚碳二亚胺系化合物的水溶性、水分散性,可以添加表面活性剂、和/或添加聚环氧烷烃、二烷基氨基醇的季铵盐、羟基烷基磺酸盐等而使用。
碳二亚胺系化合物中所含有的碳二亚胺基的含量以碳二亚胺当量(用于提供碳二亚胺基1mol的碳二亚胺化合物的重量[g])计,通常为100~1000、优选为250~800、更优选为300~700、进一步优选为350~650的范围。
作为环氧化合物,可以列举例如在分子内具有环氧基的化合物、其预聚物和固化物。可以列举例如:表氯醇与乙二醇、聚乙二醇、甘油、聚甘油、双酚A等的羟基、氨基的缩合物,有聚环氧化合物、二环氧化合物、单环氧化合物、缩水甘油胺化合物等。作为聚环氧化合物,可以列举例如:山梨糖醇聚缩水甘油醚、聚甘油聚缩水甘油醚、季戊四醇聚缩水甘油醚、二甘油聚缩水甘油醚、三缩水甘油基三(2-羟基乙基)异氰酸酯、甘油聚缩水甘油醚、三羟甲基丙烷聚缩水甘油醚,作为二环氧化合物,可以列举例如:新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚、1,6-己二醇二缩水甘油醚、间苯二酚二缩水甘油醚、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、丙二醇二缩水甘油醚、聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚、聚四亚甲基二醇二缩水甘油醚,作为单环氧化合物,可以列举例如:烯丙基缩水甘油醚、2-乙基己基缩水甘油醚、苯基缩水甘油醚,作为缩水甘油胺化合物,可以列举N,N,N’,N’-四缩水甘油基间苯二亚甲基二胺、1,3-双(N,N-二缩水甘油基氨基)环己烷等。
另外,这些交联剂在干燥过程、制膜过程中,在使其反应而提高涂布层的性能的设计中使用。可以推测在完成的涂布层中存在这些交联剂的未反应物、反应后的化合物或它们的混合物。
此外,为了改善滑动性和粘连,在涂布层的形成中也可以并用具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的反应性二氧化硅以外的颗粒。
从膜的透明性的观点考虑,颗粒的平均粒径优选为1.0μm以下的范围,更优选为0.5μm以下、进一步优选为0.2μm以下的范围。
作为所使用的颗粒,可以列举例如:二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化金属等无机颗粒、或者交联高分子颗粒等有机颗粒等。
此外,在不损害本发明的主旨的范围内,在涂布层的形成中根据需要可以并用消泡剂、涂布性改良剂、增粘剂、有机系润滑剂、抗静电剂、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂、发泡剂、染料、颜料等。
涂布液中的(甲基)丙烯酸酯化合物的比例(相对于总不挥发成分的比例)优选为10~95重量%、更优选为30~90重量%、进一步优选为40~80重量%的范围。通过以上述范围使用,能够得到表面硬度、耐磨耗性优异的涂布层。
涂布液中的具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的反应性二氧化硅的比例(相对于总不挥发成分的比例)优选为1~60重量%、更优选为5~45%、进一步优选为10~40%的范围。通过以上述范围使用,能够得到表面硬度、耐磨耗性、透明性、涂布外观优异的涂布层。
涂布液中的异氰酸酯系化合物的比例(相对于总不挥发成分的比例)优选为1~60重量%、更优选为5~40重量%、进一步优选为10~25重量%。通过以上述范围使用,能够得到表面硬度、耐磨耗性、与聚酯膜的密合性优异的涂布层。
异氰酸酯系化合物具有异氰酸酯结构时,其比例优选为0.2~12重量%、更优选为0.3~8重量%、进一步优选为0.5~5重量%的范围。通过以上述范围使用,能够得到表面硬度、耐磨耗性、与聚酯膜的密合性优异的涂布层。
涂布液中的丙烯酸树脂的比例(相对于总不挥发成分的比例)优选为0.01~30重量%、更优选为0.1~20重量%、进一步优选为1~10重量%。通过以上述范围使用,能够得到表面硬度、耐磨耗性、透明性、涂布外观优异的涂布层。
在本发明的涂布膜中,在与设置上述涂布层的面相反侧的面也可以设置涂布层。可以列举例如:聚酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂等聚合物、噁唑啉化合物、环氧化合物、三聚氰胺化合物、异氰酸酯系化合物、碳二亚胺系化合物等交联剂等,这些材料可以单独使用,也可以并用多种使用。另外,可以是由上述那样的含有(甲基)丙烯酸酯化合物、具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的反应性二氧化硅和异氰酸酯系化合物的涂布液形成的涂布层(在聚酯膜的两面是相同的涂布层)。
涂布层中的成分分析例如可以通过TOF-SIMS、ESCA、荧光X射线等的分析来进行。
在通过在线涂布设置涂布层的情况下,优选以如下要领制造涂布膜:将上述一系列化合物制成水溶液或水分散体,在聚酯膜上涂布以固体成分浓度为0.1~50重量%左右为标准制备的涂布液。另外,在不损伤本发明的主旨的范围内,以对水的分散性改良、造膜性改良等为目的,也可以在涂布液中含有有机溶剂。有机溶剂可以仅为1种,也可以适当使用2种以上。
涂布层的膜厚优选为0.1~10μm、更优选为0.6~3.0μm、进一步优选为0.8~2.0μm的范围。通过以上述范围使用,能够得到表面硬度、耐磨耗性、与聚酯膜的密合性、透明性优异的涂布层。
本发明的涂布膜的雾度优选为5.0%以下、更优选为2.0%以下、进一步优选为1.0%以下。通过以上述范围使用,能够适用于各种用途。
涂布层的雾度(雾度差)优选为1.0%以下、更优选为0.5%以下、进一步优选为0.2%以下。通过以上述范围使用,能够适用于各种用途。
作为涂布层的形成方法,例如可以使用凹版涂布、逆向辊涂、模涂、气刀涂布、刮板涂布(bladecoat)、棒涂(rodcoat)、条涂(barcoat)、幕涂、刮刀涂(knifecoat)、传送辊涂(transferrollcoat)、挤压涂布、浸涂、接触式涂布(kisscoat)、喷涂、压延涂布、挤出涂布等现有公知的涂敷方式。
关于在聚酯膜上形成涂布层时的干燥和固化条件,没有特别限定,例如,在通过离线涂布设置涂布层的情况下,通常以在80~200℃下3~40秒、优选在100~180℃下3~40秒为基准进行热处理即可。
在通过在线涂布设置涂布层的情况下,如上所述,在沿着长度方向(纵向)拉伸的单轴拉伸膜上涂布后沿着横向拉伸的方法是优异的。在该情况下,优选在60~150℃、进一步优选70~130℃、更优选75~120℃下进行预热、干燥处理,优选在70~170℃、更优选80~160℃、进一步优选90~140℃下进行拉伸后,优选在180~270℃、更优选190~260℃、进一步优选200~250℃下进行热处理即可。通过以上述范围进行制膜、涂布层形成,在能够得到机械特性优异的聚酯膜的同时,能够得到表面硬度、耐磨耗性、与聚酯膜的密合性优异的涂布层。
另外,可以对构成本发明的涂布膜的聚酯膜预先实施电晕处理、等离子体处理等表面处理。
实施例
下面,利用实施例进一步详细地说明本发明,但本发明只要不超出其要点,则并不限定于以下的实施例。另外,本发明中使用的测定法和评价方法如下所述。
(1)聚酯的特性粘度的测定方法:
将除去了在聚酯中非相容的其它聚合物成分和颜料的聚酯精称1g,加入苯酚/四氯乙烷=50/50(重量比)的混合溶剂100ml使其溶解,在30℃进行测定。
(2)平均粒径的测定方法:
使用TEM(株式会社日立高新技术制H-7650,加速电压100kV)观察涂布层,将10个颗粒的粒径的平均值设为平均粒径。
(3)涂布层的膜厚测定方法:
将涂布膜包埋于环氧树脂中。然后,利用超薄切片法沿涂布层的厚度方向切断。使用SEM(株式会社日立高新技术制S-4300N,加速电压15kV)测定涂布层截面,将10处的平均值设为涂布层的膜厚。
(4)密合性的测定方法:
在涂布膜的涂布层上,用切割刀以5mm间隔划痕,粘贴24mm宽的胶带(Nichiban株式会社制透明胶带(Cellotape)(注册商标)CT-24),以180度的剥离角度急剧地剥下(密合性1)。同样对在80℃×90%RH的环境下处理48小时后的涂布膜进行评价(密合性2)。观察剥离面,如果剥离面积为5%以下,则评价为A,如果超过5%且为10%以下,则评价为B,如果超过10%且为25%以下则评价为C,如果超过25%则评价为D。
(5)铅笔硬度的测定方法:
将负荷设为500g,除此以外基于JISK5600-5-4进行测定。
铅笔硬度F以上是实用上优选的范围。
(6)耐磨耗性:
使用学振型摩擦坚牢度试验机(AB-301,TESTERSANGYOCO,.LTD.制),以试验负荷200g、钢丝棉#0000,摩擦膜表面(往复10次),如果没有伤则评价为A,如果伤为1根~5根则评价为B,如果伤为6根以上则评价为C,如果为A以上则为实用上优选的范围。
(7)雾度:
使用雾度计(HM-150,株式会社村上色彩技术研究所制),根据JISK7136,测定膜单片的雾度。
(8)雾度差:
与雾度同样地测定,如下求得。
雾度差=(设置有涂布层的聚酯膜的雾度)-(没有设置涂布层的聚酯膜的雾度)
(9)外观:
使用卤素灯(NIGHTBLASTERQH-2000),从涂布层侧观察涂布膜,如果没有涂布不匀则评价为A,轻微而难以看到时评价为B,以卤素灯能够清楚确认且以荧光灯能够轻微确认时评价为C,无论以卤素灯还是以荧光灯都能够清楚确认时评价为D。
在实施例和比较例中使用的聚酯如下准备。
<聚酯(A)的制造方法>
将对苯二甲酸二甲酯100重量份、乙二醇60重量份、相对于生成聚酯为30ppm的酸式磷酸乙酯、相对于生成聚酯为100ppm的作为催化剂的四水合乙酸镁,在氮气氛下以260℃进行酯化反应。接着,添加相对于生成聚酯为50ppm的钛酸四丁酯,用2小时30分钟升温至280℃,并且减压至绝对压力0.3kPa,进而进行熔融缩聚80分钟,得到特征粘度为0.63的聚酯(A)。
<聚酯(B)的制造方法>
将对苯二甲酸二甲酯100重量份、乙二醇60重量份、相对于生成聚酯为900ppm的作为催化剂的四水合乙酸镁,在氮气氛下以225℃进行酯化反应。接着,添加相对于生成聚酯为3500ppm的正磷酸、相对于生成聚酯为70ppm的二氧化锗,用2小时30分钟升温至280℃,并且减压至绝对压力0.4kPa,进一步进行熔融缩聚85分钟,得到特征粘度为0.64的聚酯(B)。
<聚酯(C)的制造方法>
在聚酯(A)的制造方法中,在熔融聚合前,添加平均粒径2μm的二氧化硅颗粒0.3重量份,除此之外,使用与聚酯(A)的制造方法同样的方法得到聚酯(C)。
构成涂布层的化合物如下所述。
(化合物例)
·(甲基)丙烯酸酯化合物:(I)
混合二季戊四醇五丙烯酸酯30重量%和二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯70重量%的混合物100份、聚环氧烷烃系表面活性剂5份、离子交换水230份,搅拌之后利用超声波分散机和高压均化器进行处理,得到水分散体。
·具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的反应性二氧化硅颗粒:(II)
利用3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷对表面进行了改性的平均粒径30nm的胶体二氧化硅。
·具有异氰脲酸酯结构的化合物:(IIIA)
(I)利用下述方法合成的封端多异氰酸酯
将六亚甲基二异氰酸酯1000重量份在60℃进行搅拌,加入作为催化剂的四甲基铵·辛酸盐0.1重量份。4小时后,添加磷酸0.2重量份使反应停止,得到异氰脲酸酯型多异氰酸酯组合物。加入得到的异氰脲酸酯型多异氰酸酯组合物100重量份、数均分子量400的甲氧基聚乙二醇42.3重量份、丙二醇单甲基醚乙酸酯29.5重量份,在80℃保持7小时。之后,将反应液温度保持在60℃,添加异丁酰乙酸甲酯35.8重量份、丙二酸二乙酯32.2重量份、甲醇钠的28%甲醇溶液0.88重量份,保持4小时。添加正丁醇58.9重量份,在反应液温度80℃保持2小时,然后,添加酸性磷酸2-乙基己酯0.86重量份,得到封端多异氰酸酯。异氰酸酯结构含量=6.2重量%。
·具有异氰脲酸酯结构的化合物:(IIIB)
(I)利用下述方法合成的封端多异氰酸酯
将六亚甲基二异氰酸酯1000重量份在60℃进行搅拌,加入作为催化剂的四甲基铵·辛酸盐0.1重量份。4小时后,添加磷酸0.2重量份使反应停止,得到异氰脲酸酯型多异氰酸酯组合物。加入得到的异氰脲酸酯型多异氰酸酯组合物100重量份、数均分子量200的甲氧基聚乙二醇42.3重量份、丙二醇单甲基醚乙酸酯29.5重量份,在80℃保持7小时。之后,将反应液温度保持在60℃,添加异丁酰乙酸甲酯35.8重量份、丙二酸二乙酯32.2重量份、甲醇钠的28%甲醇溶液0.88重量份,保持4小时。添加正丁醇58.9重量份,在反应液温度80℃保持2小时,然后,添加酸性磷酸2-乙基己酯0.86重量份,得到封端多异氰酸酯。异氰酸酯结构含量=6.9重量%。
·具有异氰脲酸酯结构的化合物:(IIIC)
(I)利用下述方法合成的封端多异氰酸酯
将六亚甲基二异氰酸酯1000重量份在60℃进行搅拌,加入作为催化剂的四甲基铵·辛酸盐0.1重量份。4小时后,添加磷酸0.2重量份使反应停止,得到异氰脲酸酯型多异氰酸酯组合物。加入得到的异氰脲酸酯型多异氰酸酯组合物100重量份、数均分子量1000的甲氧基聚乙二醇42.3重量份、丙二醇单甲基醚乙酸酯29.5重量份,在80℃保持7小时。之后,将反应液温度保持在60℃,添加异丁酰乙酸甲酯35.8重量份、丙二酸二乙酯32.2重量份、甲醇钠的28%甲醇溶液0.88重量份,保持4小时。添加正丁醇58.9重量份,在反应液温度80℃保持2小时,然后,添加酸性磷酸2-乙基己酯0.86重量份,得到封端多异氰酸酯。异氰酸酯结构含量=4.7重量%。
·丙烯酸树脂:(IVA)
由甲基丙烯酸甲酯﹕甲基丙烯酸乙酯﹕丙烯酸乙酯﹕丙烯腈﹕N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺﹕丙烯酸=40﹕22﹕21﹕10﹕3﹕4(mol%)形成的丙烯酸树脂的水分散体(乳化剂:阴离子系表面活性剂)
·丙烯酸树脂:(IVB)
由丙烯酸乙酯﹕丙烯酸正丁酯﹕甲基丙烯酸甲酯﹕N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺﹕丙烯酸=67﹕17﹕10﹕2﹕4(mol%)形成的丙烯酸树脂的水分散体(乳化剂:阴离子系表面活性剂)

由甲苯二异氰酸酯﹕对苯二甲酸﹕间苯二甲酸﹕乙二醇﹕新戊二醇﹕二羟甲基丙酸=14﹕17﹕17﹕23﹕24﹕5(mol%)形成聚酯系聚氨酯树脂的水分散体。
·聚酯树脂:(VIIB)
由单体组成(酸成分)对苯二甲酸﹕间苯二甲酸﹕5-钠代磺基间苯二甲酸﹕//(二醇成分)乙二醇﹕1,4-丁二醇﹕一缩二乙二醇=56﹕40﹕4//70﹕20﹕10(mol%)形成聚酯树脂的水分散体。
实施例1:
将分别以89%、5%、6%的比例混合有聚酯(A)、(B)、(C)的混合原料作为最外层(表层)的原料,将分别以95%、5%的比例混合有聚酯(A)、(B)的混合原料作为中间层的原料,分别供给2台挤出机,分别以285℃熔融之后,在设定为40℃的冷却辊上以2种3层(表层/中间层/表层=1:18:1的排出量)的层构成进行共挤出,使其冷却固化,得到未拉伸片。
接着,利用辊的圆周速度差在膜温度85℃沿纵向拉伸3.4倍之后,在该纵向拉伸膜的两面涂布下述表1所示的涂布液1,导入拉幅机中,沿横向以120℃拉伸4.0倍,以225℃热处理后,沿横向进行2%松弛,得到具有涂布层膜厚(干燥后)为0.7μm的涂布层、厚度为125μm的聚酯膜。评价得到的聚酯膜,结果,与膜基材的密合性、铅笔硬度、耐磨耗性、雾度、雾度差良好。将该膜的特性示于下述表2。
实施例2~22:
在实施例1中,将涂布剂组成变更为表1所示的涂布剂组成,除此以外,与实施例1同样地制造,得到聚酯膜。如表2所示,得到的聚酯膜的密合性、铅笔硬度、耐磨耗性、雾度、雾度差良好。
比较例1~13:
在实施例1中,将涂布剂组成变更为表1所示的涂布剂组成,除此以外,与实施例1同样地制造,得到聚酯膜。对得到的涂布膜进行评价,结果,如表2所示,与聚酯膜的密合性、铅笔硬度、耐磨耗性、雾度、雾度差均差。

产业上的可利用性
本发明的膜例如适用于触摸面板的ITO膜基材等需要表面硬度、耐磨耗性、涂布层与聚酯膜的密合性的用途。

Claims (5)

1.一种涂布膜,其特征在于:
在聚酯膜的至少一面具有涂布层,该涂布层由含有(甲基)丙烯酸酯化合物、具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的反应性二氧化硅和异氰酸酯系化合物的涂布液形成。
2.如权利要求1所述的涂布膜,其特征在于:
相对于涂布液中的总不挥发成分,(甲基)丙烯酸酯化合物的比例为10~95重量%,具有(甲基)丙烯酰基的反应性二氧化硅的比例为1~60重量%,异氰酸酯系化合物的比例为1~60重量%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的涂布膜,其特征在于:
异氰酸酯系化合物具有异氰脲酸酯结构。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的涂布膜,其特征在于:
涂布液还含有丙烯酸树脂。
5.如权利要求4所述的涂布膜,其特征在于:
相对于涂布液中的总不挥发成分,丙烯酸树脂的比例为0.01~30重量%。
