发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种玫瑰补血养颜蜜豆蛋糕及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种玫瑰补血养颜蜜豆蛋糕,由以下重量份原料制成:玉米粉100-110、糕点面粉300-320、红豆45-50、富硒乳酸菌1-2、全脂乳粉10-15、蜂蜜50-60、蛋清200-210、泡打粉6-7、蛋黄40-50、麦麸40-45、15%质量浓度蔗糖水24-28、姬松茸菌丝5-6、苹果20-30、荸荠20-25、乌鸡4-5、豆腐皮20-25、红枣1-2、枸杞6-7、玫瑰5-6、当归3-4、薏仁3-4、党参4-5、萝藦子1-2、蔗糖适量、水适量。
所述的一种玫瑰补血养颜蜜豆蛋糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将麦麸、松茸菌丝混合,添加15%浓度蔗糖水,充分搅拌,微光照射,在28-30℃条件下,有氧发酵,30-36小时后翻堆一次,发酵72小时后,灭菌得高含量麦麸膳食纤维,将其晒干,超微粉碎后,得麦麸粉备用;
(2)将苹果、荸荠洗净,取其肉,放入磨浆机中磨浆,得浆汁备用;
(3)将乌鸡洗净,取其肉,切块,并与豆腐皮、红枣同时置于高压汤锅中,加入适量的水,煮汤,1-1.5小时后,将高压汤锅中的物料过滤,得高浓汤汁备用;
(4)将枸杞、玫瑰、当归、薏仁、党参、萝藦子用5-10倍量的水加热提取,过滤,得中药提取液备用;
(5)将所述重量五分之四的蛋清与泡打粉混合放入高速搅拌机中搅拌至打发状态,得打发蛋清备用;
(6)将红豆洗净,取出后与富硒乳酸菌、全脂乳粉混合,拌匀后发酵10-12小时,取出红豆,置于冷冻室中冷冻1-2天,取出后置于锅中,倒入蜂蜜,适量水,加热炖煮,煮烂后继续加热至水刚没过红豆,取锅中所有物料,置于磨浆机中磨浆,得蜜豆浆汁备用;
(7)将所述重量五分之四的蛋清与泡打粉混合搅拌至打分状态,将玉米粉、糕点面粉混匀,加入剩余原料中除水外的其他物料、步骤2中的浆汁、发酵麦麸、中药提取液、蜜豆浆汁、适量的水,快速搅拌10-15分钟,与打发状态得蛋清混合,搅拌均匀,得面糊,将面糊分装在准备好的蛋糕模型中,放入烤箱中进行烘烤,温度控制在180℃,烘烤时间控制在16min,得蜜豆蛋糕。
本发明的优点是:本发明的蜜豆蛋糕,添加特制麦麸膳食纤维,膳食纤维、蛋白质等营养物质含量高,能够有效帮助人体胃肠道蠕动,清楚体内垃圾,能够改善因便秘引起的色斑问题,为了使本发明达到更好的养颜补血的效果,在制备蛋糕时,特备添加了合理配方的枸杞、玫瑰、当归、薏仁等药食同源的中药提取液,具有养颜美容、补益气血的功效。。
具体实施方式
一种玫瑰补血养颜蜜豆蛋糕,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:玉米粉100、糕点面粉300、红豆45、富硒乳酸菌1、全脂乳粉10、蜂蜜50、蛋清200、泡打粉6、蛋黄40、麦麸40、15%质量浓度蔗糖水24、姬松茸菌丝5、苹果20、荸荠20、乌鸡4、豆腐皮20、红枣1、枸杞6、玫瑰5、当归3、薏仁3、党参4、萝藦子1、蔗糖适量、水适量。
所述的一种玫瑰补血养颜蜜豆蛋糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将麦麸、松茸菌丝混合,添加15%浓度蔗糖水,充分搅拌,微光照射,在28℃条件下,有氧发酵,30小时后翻堆一次,发酵72小时后,灭菌得高含量麦麸膳食纤维,将其晒干,超微粉碎后,得麦麸粉备用;
(2)将苹果、荸荠洗净,取其肉,放入磨浆机中磨浆,得浆汁备用;

(6)将红豆洗净,取出后与富硒乳酸菌、全脂乳粉混合,拌匀后发酵10小时,取出红豆,置于冷冻室中冷冻1天,取出后置于锅中,倒入蜂蜜,适量水,加热炖煮,煮烂后继续加热至水刚没过红豆,取锅中所有物料,置于磨浆机中磨浆,得蜜豆浆汁备用;

1.一种玫瑰补血养颜蜜豆蛋糕,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:玉米粉100-110、糕点面粉300-320、红豆45-50、富硒乳酸菌1-2、全脂乳粉10-15、蜂蜜50-60、蛋清200-210、泡打粉6-7、蛋黄40-50、麦麸40-45、15%质量浓度蔗糖水24-28、姬松茸菌丝5-6、苹果20-30、荸荠20-25、乌鸡4-5、豆腐皮20-25、红枣1-2、枸杞6-7、玫瑰5-6、当归3-4、薏仁3-4、党参4-5、萝藦子1-2、蔗糖适量、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种玫瑰补血养颜蜜豆蛋糕的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将麦麸、松茸菌丝混合,添加15%浓度蔗糖水,充分搅拌,微光照射,在28-30℃条件下,有氧发酵,30-36小时后翻堆一次,发酵72小时后,灭菌得高含量麦麸膳食纤维,将其晒干,超微粉碎后,得麦麸粉备用;

(6)将红豆洗净,取出后与富硒乳酸菌、全脂乳粉混合,拌匀后发酵10-12小时,取出红豆,置于冷冻室中冷冻1-2天,取出后置于锅中,倒入蜂蜜,适量水,加热炖煮,煮烂后继续加热至水刚没过红豆,取锅中所有物料,置于磨浆机中磨浆,得蜜豆浆汁备用;
