技术领域
本发明涉及一种立式注塑模具顶针板防脱落机构,属于注塑模具领域。
背景技术
采用立式注塑机加工塑料产品,需要立式注塑模具。所述立式注塑模具,顾名思义,就是在加工时注塑模具竖向放置在立式注塑机上,模具的型芯在下,型腔在上,浇口从上往下注入,因此,在产品的型腔侧(上表面)留有浇口痕,在产品的型芯侧(下表面)有顶痕。根据产品外型和结构分析,对于表面要求高的产品,例如汽车后窗装饰条等,要求产品的上表面光滑无暇,因此,需要将浇口和顶痕留在下表面,在模具设计时,将顶痕的顶出机构设置在模具的型腔侧,即顶出机构在产品的上方,与模具的进胶嘴同侧,脱模时顶出机构从上往下顶出产品。由于顶出机构在上,所以在实际设计时,需要解决顶出机构既能设置在型腔侧不脱落,又能实现顶出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用油缸顶出,卡钳自动卡紧和强制脱出,顺利实现顶针板防脱落和顶出的立式注塑模具顶针板防脱落机构。
本发明立式注塑模具顶针板防脱落机构的技术方案是:包括模具型腔复板和型芯复板,型腔复板下安装流道板,流道板中设置流道架,流道架下连接进胶嘴,流道板下安装垫块,垫块下安装型腔,型腔中设置型腔镶块,型芯复板上安装型芯,型芯中设置型芯镶块,型芯镶块与型腔镶块之间的间隙构成模腔,模腔中有成型的产品,进胶嘴穿过型腔和型腔镶块连通模腔,其特征在于所述的流道板和型腔之间设置顶针板,顶针板上安装顶针,顶针与产品相接触,型腔的外壁安装顶出油缸,顶出油缸的油缸杆连接顶针板,顶针板有防脱落机构,所述的防脱落机构包括在型腔复板下安装吊块,吊块中设置吊杆,在顶针板上安装固定块,固定块中活动设置两块相向的带有卡钩的卡板,两卡板中设置弹簧,两卡钩配合卡住吊杆。
本发明的立式注塑模具顶针板防脱落机构,主要特点是在型腔复板下安装吊块,吊块中设置吊杆,在顶针板上安装固定块,固定块中活动设置两块相向的带有卡钩的卡板,两卡板中设置弹簧,卡钩卡住吊杆。注塑时,两块卡板上的卡钩卡住吊杆,从而使顶针板吊在吊块下,顶针板不脱落。脱模时,模具先开模,产品留在型腔镶块上,再由顶出油缸拉动顶针板向下顶出,顶出油缸的力大于弹簧的弹力,将卡钩从吊杆上拉脱,从而带动顶针板和其上的顶针带动产品从型腔镶块中顶出,脱模完成。本方案的防脱落机构,能够有效解决顶针板既不脱落,又能顶出的问题,结构设计紧凑,动作可靠,有效提高生产效率。
本发明的立式注塑模具顶针板防脱落机构,所述的顶针板的侧边设置凸边,凸边伸出垫块,固定块安装在凸边上,有了凸边,便于固定块安装。所述的凸边中设置U型卡筋,油缸杆上安装工字型连接套,卡筋卡入工字型连接套中,连接方便又牢靠。所述的两块卡板中制有弹簧室,弹簧设置在弹簧室中,装配可靠。所述流道板下安装导柱,导柱穿过顶针板连接型腔,导柱对顶针板起导向作用。所述两块卡板经销子活动连接在固定块中,连接方便。所述型腔的两侧外壁各安装两个顶出油缸,顶针板的两侧各设置两个防脱落机构,防脱落平稳,顶出稳定。

本发明涉及一种立式注塑模具顶针板防脱落机构,如图1、图2所示,包括模具型腔复板1和型芯复板2,型腔复板下安装流道板3,流道板中设置流道架4,流道架下连接进胶嘴5,流道板下安装垫块6,垫块下安装型腔7,型腔中设置型腔镶块8,型芯复板上安装型芯9,型芯中设置型芯镶块10,型芯镶块10与型腔镶块8之间的间隙构成模腔,模腔中有成型的产品11,进胶嘴5穿过型腔7和型腔镶块8连通模腔,所述的流道板3和型腔7之间设置顶针板12,顶针板12上安装顶针121,顶针121与产品11相接触,型腔7的外壁安装顶出油缸13,顶出油缸13的油缸杆14连接顶针板12,顶针板有防脱落机构,所述的防脱落机构包括在型腔复板1下安装吊块15,吊块中设置吊杆16,在顶针板12上安装固定块17,固定块中活动设置两块相向的带有卡钩19的卡板18,两卡板中设置弹簧20,两卡钩19配合卡住吊杆16。本方案的主要特点是在型腔复板1下安装吊块15,吊块中设置吊杆16,在顶针板12上安装固定块17,固定块中活动设置两块相向的带有卡钩19的卡板18,两卡板中设置弹簧20,卡钩19卡住吊杆16。注塑时,两块卡板18上的卡钩19卡住吊杆16,从而使顶针板12吊在吊块15下,顶针板不脱落。脱模时,模具先开模,产品留在型腔镶块8上,再由顶出油缸13拉动顶针板12向下顶出,顶出油缸13的力大于弹簧20的弹力,将卡钩19从吊杆16上拉脱,从而带动顶针板12和其上的顶针121带动产品11从型腔镶块8中顶出,脱模完成。本方案的防脱落机构,能够有效解决顶针板既不脱落,又能顶出的问题,结构设计紧凑,动作可靠,有效提高生产效率。所述的顶针板12的侧边设置凸边22,凸边伸出垫块6,固定块17安装在凸边22上,有了凸边,便于固定块安装。所述的凸边22中设置U型卡筋23,油缸杆14上安装工字型连接套24,卡筋23卡入工字型连接套24中,连接方便又牢靠。所述的两块卡板18中制有弹簧室21,弹簧20设置在弹簧室21中,装配可靠。所述流道板3下安装导柱31,导柱31穿过顶针板12连接型腔7,导柱对顶针板起导向作用。所述两块卡板18经销子181活动连接在固定块17中,连接方便。所述型腔7的两侧外壁各安装两个顶出油缸13,顶针板12的两侧各设置两个防脱落机构,防脱落平稳,顶出稳定。

1.立式注塑模具顶针板防脱落机构,包括模具型腔复板(1)和型芯复板(2),型腔复板下安装流道板(3),流道板中设置流道架(4),流道架下连接进胶嘴(5),流道板下安装垫块(6),垫块下安装型腔(7),型腔中设置型腔镶块(8),型芯复板上安装型芯(9),型芯中设置型芯镶块(10),型芯镶块(10)与型腔镶块(8)之间的间隙构成模腔,模腔中有成型的产品(11),进胶嘴(5)穿过型腔(7)和型腔镶块(8)连通模腔,其特征在于所述的流道板(3)和型腔(7)之间设置顶针板(12),顶针板(12)上安装顶针(121),顶针(121)与产品(11)相接触,型腔(7)的外壁安装顶出油缸(13),顶出油缸(13)的油缸杆(14)连接顶针板(12),顶针板有防脱落机构,所述的防脱落机构包括在型腔复板(1)下安装吊块(15),吊块中设置吊杆(16),在顶针板(12)上安装固定块(17),固定块中活动设置两块相向的带有卡钩(19)的卡板(18),两卡板中设置弹簧(20),两卡钩(19)配合卡住吊杆(16)。
