在一些实施例中,在PCB接触部在其位置中后,PCB可通过将PCB邻接安装部放置104而简单地安装。当PCB被放置靠近安装部104时,其可任意地接合PCB引导件。PCB引导件可例如将PCB引导至其在安装部上的正确位置中105。可选地,轻轻的推动106可使PCB上的PCB至电源接触部接合至PCB安装部上的PCB接触部。
在一些实施例中,安装可以是简单垂直下降PCB至底座上。任选地,安装可不需要复杂的移动和/或操作(例如,倾斜和/或平移PCB和/或焊接接触部和/或插入线)。例如,PCB引导件可包括安装引脚。可选地,在设置104期间,安装引脚可任选地进入PCB中的孔并引导PCB105同时其正被推动至在安装部上的位置中106。任选地,推动PCB至安装部106可将安装在PCB上的PCB至电源接触部接合至安装部上的PCB接触部,从而将PCB电连接至电源107。例如,PCB至电源接触部可包括夹,PCB接触部可包括横档。夹可任选地滑动至和/或抓握PCB接触部。可替换地或另外地,PCB接触部可包括抓握PCB上的横档的夹。
在一些实施例中,测试电路可包括在PCB中。测试电路可用来测试PCB是否与PCB接触部电接触良好108。
在一些实施例中,PCB可被固定到底座109。例如,当PCB安装部是安装引脚时,PCB可通过热熔固定至安装引脚109。
在一些实施例中,一旦已经安装PCB,则各种组件可被连接至PCB的表面110。例如,可能存在用于电动机的接触部和/或用于电机的旋转传感器和/或其它传感器和/或电源接触部。
安装电池接触部
现在进一步参照附图,图2是根据本发明的实施例的电池接触部(接触部220和220')安装至底座(例如,底座230)的透视图。图3是示例性电池接触部220、220'的详细透视图。电池端子支撑部236、236'和PCB接触部引导件232之间的示例性关系被描述。图2还说明了底座230的其他组件,例如PCB引导件234、234'。
在一些实施例中,正极和负极电池连接器220、220'可分别下降至塑料底座230上的位置中。例如,负极端子228可被负极端子支撑部236支撑和/或正极端子228'可被正极端子支撑部226'支撑。
在一些实施例中,电池端子228可具有多个冗余指部,其每一个独立地接触电池。当一个指部被阻挡(例如,通过腐蚀和/或污垢)时,其他指部可提供接触和/或电连接。
在一些实施例中,PCB连接器可包括横档226和底座板222。
任选地,底座板222可利用引导件232安装至底座230。引导件232可任选地通过底座板222中的孔224以将横档226保持在用于连接至PCB的精确位置中。电池端子228、228'可任选地通过薄金属带225、225'电结合到横档226、226'。金属带225、225'可任选地是柔性的。带225、225'的柔韧性可任选地有利于引导件232将横档226与端子228、228'的支撑部分离地固定在其合适的位置。柔韧性可任选地有利于将横档226固定在其合适的位置,而不管端子228、228'的位置的小的精确度和/或移动。端子228、228'和连接横档226的PCB之间的连接可任选地根据装置例如底座230的特定几何形状通过适配器元件形成。例如,适配器元件可包括适应于底座几何形状的导电带。例如,带225是直的而带225'是弯曲的。
在一些实施例中,带225具有切除部分227。例如,切除部分227可允许电池支撑部236的一部分通过带225。在图4A的示例性实施例中,通过切除部分227的电池支撑部236的一部分具有三角形。通过切除部分227的支撑部236可任选地引导带225和/或将带225稳定在适当位置中。
在一些实施例中,电池连接器220、220'是整体的元件。例如,每个连接器220、220'可由单片金属制成。可替代地或另外地,每个连接器220、220'可由多个组件制成。
改进电源而不更换PCB
现在进一步参照附图,图4A和4B说明了改进电源而不改进控制使用电源的装置的PCB的示例。
图4A是说明图2和图3的实施例的俯视图。在图4A的示例中,电源包括电池端子228、228'和支撑部236、236'并被构造成容纳三个AG13纽扣电池(未示出)。
图4B是说明包括改进的连接器220”的装置的替代实施例的俯视图。在图4B的底座230'的示例中,电池端子228、228”和支撑部236、236'被构造成容纳三个AG12纽扣电池(未示出)。AG12电池可比AG13电池小。为了容纳更小的电池,支撑部236”和236比底座230的相应的支撑部236、236'更靠近在一起。然而,电池连接器的PCB连接器(横档226)保持在相同的位置。为了将端子228”连接至在图4B的改进几何形状中的其相应的PCB连接器横档226',带225”任选地在与带225'相反的方向上弯曲。
夹接触部
现在进一步参照附图,图5是说明带有PCB至电源接触部例如用于连接至电源的夹550的PCB540的示例性实施例的透视图。图6A-C是示例性夹550的详细视图。
图5说明了安装在PCB540的底部上的示例性实施例的夹550。例如,夹550在大致垂直于PCB540的平面的方向上从PCB540的底部向下延伸。在一些实施例中,PCB(例如,PCB540)可包括引导孔524、524'。引脚(例如,PCB引导件234、234')可与引导孔524、524'对齐以设置用于适当安装部(例如,底座230)的PCB540。在PCB540和底座230的示例性实施例中,引导件234安装在位于夹550之间的孔524中。引导件234和引导孔524极其接近夹550可当夹550下降至横档226时便于夹550的精确定位。
图6A是夹550的示例性实施例的透视图。夹550任选地包括用于连接至PCB540上的接触部的底座554。夹550任选地包括两套指部552。任选地,指部552和底座554由单个整块金属例如弹簧钢构成。
在可替换的示例性实施例中,夹接触部可具有多于或少于四个指部。例如,夹可具有三个指部,例如一个指部处在中间,相对的指部处在两侧。可选地,夹可具有五个、六个或更多指部。
图6B和6C说明了接触部夹(例如夹550)的示例性实施例的侧视图。指部552的底座可任选地弯曲直到指部552靠近在一起。指部552的端部可向后向外弯曲以产生间隔553。如图6C所示,夹550可下降至具有垂直金属板形式的横档(例如横档226)上。横档226滑动至间隔553中。当夹550被向下推动时,横档226远离指部552推动并在指部552之间滑动。
在一些实施例中,当指部552允许横档226伸展到间隔553中时,指部552可弹性变形。指部552可任选地回弹以从两侧抓握横档226,例如,如图6C所示。指部552和横档226之间的接触可提供PCB540和PCB接触部之间的电连接。
在一些实施例中,指部552和横档226之间的摩擦力和/或压缩力可抵抗分离。通过指部552和安装板226之间的接触产生的力和/或扭矩可任选地被平衡使得夹保持横档526,而不需要例如来自底座230和/或PCB540和/或引导件234和/或导向件232的结合他们的外部约束力和/或扭矩,也不需要将夹550保持到横档226的外力。例如,相对的指部552可将力施加至相对方向上的横档。在示例中,指部552和横档226之间的摩擦可根据指部552和横档226之间的力的大小的和抵抗分离。底座554和/或横档226上的力和/或扭矩可以是一些力和/或扭矩的的矢量。
相反的力和扭矩可具有大体上彼此抵消的矢量力。例如,在一些实施例中,净力的范围可以是力的大小的和的二分之和十分之一之间。例如,在一些实施例中,净力可以小于力的大小的和的十分之一。另外地或可替代地,其他安装夹(例如各种形式的接地夹)可用作PCB和电源之间的接触部。
安装具有电源连接接触部的PCB
现在进一步参照附图,图7是将示例性PCB540安装至示例性底座230上的示意部分剖面侧视图,图8是示出抓握横档226的指部552的PCB540和底座230的透视主视剖视图。
如图7中说明的,将PCB540推动至被引导件234、234'引导的底座230可任选地在期望的方向上一起带动夹550和横档226。例如,夹550可在大致垂直于PCB540的平面的方向上接触横档226。在期望的方向上一起带动夹550和横档226可任选地将夹550机械地接合至横档226并完成夹550和横档226之间的提供电源和PCB540之间电连接的连接。产生的接合在图8中说明。将PCB540安装至底座230的安装部可任选地通过热熔引导件234、234'的顶部来完成,以将PCB540固定至适当位置中。热熔后的引导件232在图8、9A和9B中说明。
图9A和9B说明了PCB电源连接夹550、950的两个可选的示例性实施例的近景示例性部分剖视图。例如,图9A说明了对应于图2-8的实施例,其中安装在PCB540的底部的夹550连接至电池接触部220上的横档260。图9B说明了可替代实施例,其中安装在PCB540的底部的横档926连接至电池接触部220上的夹950。
图9A,9B还说明了在图4A、4B的示例性实施例,引导件234可任选地比相对应的横档226或926和夹550或950对的组合长度长。当PCB540设置在底座230上方时,引导件234在夹550、950接触相应的横档226、926之前任选地进入孔524。引导件234可引导横档226、926精确地滑入相应的夹550、950的间隔553、953中。
用于将PCB连接至电源的系统
现在进一步参照附图,图10A和10B是用于将PCB安装至电源的系统的框图。图10A示出了安装前的系统,图10B示出了安装后的系统。
在一些实施例中,PCB1040可包括在待安装至底座(例如底座1030)上的表面上的夹1050。夹1050可包括例如这里如上所描述的夹550或本领域已知的各种夹接触部(例如,如美国专利申请第7501587号和/或美国专利申请第7488181号中所描述的,其全部内容引入在本说明书以作参考)。
在一些实施例中,夹1050可形成与包括在电源接触部1020中的夹接触部1026的连接。例如,连接可通过将夹1050简单压在夹接触部1026上形成。可选地,夹1050和夹接触部1026之间的力可被平衡使得他们不需要来自PCB1040和/或电源接触部1020的反作用力和/或扭矩。电力连接1025可在夹接触部1026和电池端子1028之间提供。在一些实施例中,接触部1020可包括用于安装至底座1030的安装板1022。

在一些实施例中,底座1030可包括端子支撑部1036。
可预料,在从本申请成熟的专利的有效期期间,许多相关的PCB连接器将被开发,先验地,术语接触部、夹、横档和连接器的范围旨在包括所有这种的新技术。

Claims (26)
1.一种将印刷电路板(PCB)安装至电源的方法,其包括:
将PCB推动至安装部上的位置,
同时将连接至所述PCB的PCB至电源接触部机械地接合至连接至所述安装部的PCB接触部并将所述PCB至电源接触部电连接至所述PCB接触部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述接合包括在所述PCB至电源接触部和所述PCB接触部之间形成摩擦接触部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述接合包括从相反侧抓握横档。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中所述接合包括在两个指部之间滑动所述横档,其中所述两个指部平行于所述推动方向安装。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述滑动包括使所述指部弹性变形以允许所述横档进入所述指部之间。
6.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述指部的至少一个和所述横档之间的第一力至少部分地被至少一个第二指部和所述横档之间的第二力平衡。
7.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述横档上的净力小于所述横档上各个力的大小的和的十分之一。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其进一步包括:
将PCB引导至具有引导件的所述位置。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其进一步包括:
相对于所述安装部固定所述PCB接触部的位置。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其进一步包括:
与所述PCB接触部的固定位置分隔开设置电源端子。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其进一步包括:
将所述PCB接触部结合至带有适配器元件的所述电源端子。
12.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述推动处于大致垂直于所述PCB的平面的方向。
13.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中在所述接合之后,所述PCB至电源接触部防止从所述PCB接触部分离,而不需要外力。
14.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中在所述接合之后,所述电连接保持稳定,而无需对所述PCB施加应力。
15.一种用于将印刷电路板(PCB)安装至电源的系统,其包括:
PCB接触部,其设置在用于所述PCB的安装部上;
PCB至电源接触部,其设置在所述PCB上;
摩擦接触部,其将所述PCB至电源接触部机械地接合并电连接至所述PCB接触部。
16.根据权利要求15所述的系统,其中所述摩擦接触部包括垂直于所述PCB的平面延伸的至少两个指部,所述指部被构造成在横档的相反侧滑动。
17.根据权利要求16所述的系统,其中处于无应力状态的所述指部被设置在间隔的相反侧,其中所述间隔被构造成将横档滑动至所述间隔中并使所述指部弹性变形以抓握所述横档的相反侧。
18.根据权利要求16所述的系统,其中在所述机械接合期间,所述至少两个指部通过来自至少部分彼此反向平衡的所述横档的力被相反方向上的所述横档弹性加压,净力小于各个力的大小的和。
19.根据权利要求18所述的系统,其中在所述机械接合期间,所述至少两个指部在大致平行于所述PCB的平面的方向上弹性加压。
20.根据权利要求16所述的系统,其中在所述机械接合期间,所述至少两个指部通过来自至少部分彼此反向平衡的所述横档的力被相反方向上的所述横档弹性加压,净力小于各个力的大小的和的十分之一。
21.根据权利要求15所述的系统,其进一步包括:
引导件,其设置在所述安装部上,所述引导件被构造成在所述接合所述摩擦接触部之前引导所述设置。
22.根据权利要求15所述的系统,其中所述PCB接触部的位置相对于所述安装部固定。
23.根据权利要求22所述的系统,其进一步包括:
电源端子,其中所述电源端子的位置与所述PCB固定位置分隔开固定。
24.根据权利要求23所述的系统,其进一步包括:
适配器元件,其将所述述PCB接触部结合至所述电源端子。
25.根据权利要求15所述的系统,其中所述摩擦接触部被构造成响应于在大致垂直于所述PCB的平面的方向上推动而所述接合。
26.根据权利要求15所述的系统,其中在所述接合之后,所述PCB至电源接触部防止从PCB接触部分离,而不需要外力。
