Abstract

一种电子装置,包括有电路板、电池、底板及安装板,所述电路板及电池固定在所述安装板上,所述电子装置还包括有控制模组,所述控制模组包括有控制件及触发结构,所述控制件安装在所述电路板上,所述触发结构设在所述底板上;所述控制件在所述底板与安装板安装在一起时挤压所述触发结构而导通,以使所述电路板接收所述电池的供电;所述控制件在所述底板脱离所述安装板时脱离所述触发结构而断开,以使所述电路板停止接收所述电池的供电。本发明进一步揭露了一种断电方法。

Description

断电方法及使用该断电方法的电子装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种断电方法及电子装置,特别是指一种能够保护电路板的断电方法及电子装置。
背景技术
目前,部分笔记本电脑采用的是电池内置结构,当需要拆卸该电池时,需要将笔记本电脑的底壳拆卸,才能拆卸所述电池。
通常,在笔记本电脑出货或量产前,需要对该笔记本电脑进行多次的拆卸和测试。在拆卸该笔记本电脑时,一般是将底壳拆卸后,先拆卸电池,再拆卸主板。但有时候,很多人忘记先拆卸电池,而直接拆主板,这时,就会造成主板短路,甚至可能烧毁主板。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种能够保护电池的断电方法及电子装置。
一种电子装置,包括有电路板、电池、底板及安装板,所述电路板及电池固定在所述安装板上,所述电子装置还包括有控制模组,所述控制模组包括有控制件及触发结构,所述控制件安装在所述电路板上,所述触发结构设在所述底板上;所述控制件在所述底板与安装板安装在一起时挤压所述触发结构而导通,以使所述电路板接收所述电池的供电;所述控制件在所述底板脱离所述安装板时脱离所述触发结构而断开,以使所述电路板停止接收所述电池的供电。
一实施方式中,所述控制件为一开关。
一实施方式中,所述触发结构为一片体。
一实施方式中,所述触发结构大致垂直于所述底板。
一实施方式中,所述控制件焊接在所述电路板上。
一种断电方法,包括以下步骤:
一电路板接收一电池的供电;
移走一底板,所述底板上的触发结构脱离所述电路板上的控制件;
所述电路板停止接收所述电池的供电。
一实施方式中,所述控制件为一开关。
一实施方式中,所述触发结构为一片体。
与现有技术相比,断电方法及电子装置,在所述底板拆卸时,直接就使所述控制件脱离所述触发结构后断开,从而使所述电池停止供电给所述电路板。这时,再拆卸所述电路板,就会避免电路板短路或烧毁。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,在本发明的一较佳实施方式中,一电子装置200包括有一控制模组100、一底板201、一电路板203、一与所述电路板203电连接的电池204及一安装板205。所述电子装置200可以是一笔记本电脑或手持电子装置,图中以笔记本电脑为例。
所述控制模组100包括有一控制件10及一触发结构30。
所述控制件10设在所述电路板203上。在一实施方式中,所述控制件10是一开关。在另一实施方式中,所述控制件10是一顶针结构。所述触发结构30凸设在所述底板201上,并在其自由末端设有一倾斜面(图未示),以方便安装所述底板201。在一实施方式中,所述触发结构30为一片体,并大致垂直于所述底板201。所述控制件10在挤压所述触发结构30时导通,在脱离所述触发结构30时断开。
所述底板201开设有一收容槽2011,所述收容槽2011可用以收容所述电池204。
所述电路板203对应所述控制件10开设有一缺口2031。所以电路板203及所述电池204安装在所述安装板205上。
请参照图3及图4,组装时,所述底板201与所述安装板205固定在一起,所述电路板203及所述电池204夹持在所述底板201与所述安装板205之间,且所述电池204收容在所述底板201的收容槽2011中。这时,所述底板201上的触发结构30位于所述缺口2031中,并挤压所述电路板203上的控制件10,使所述控制件10导通,从而使所述电池204与所述电路板203连通,以使所述电池204接收所述电路板203的供电。
拆卸时,将所述底板201从所述安装板205拆卸,并移走所述底板201,这时,所述底板201上的触发结构30脱离所述电路板203上的控制件10,使所述控制件10断开,所述电池204停止接收所述电路板203的供电。
所述电子装置200,如笔记本电脑中,使用了以上的控制模组100,拆卸所述笔记本电脑时,先将所述笔记本电脑的底板201拆下,移走所述底板201。所述底板201移走时,所述触发结构30脱离所述控制件10,所述控制件10断开使所述电池204停止给电路板203供电。这时,再拆卸所述电路板203,就不会造成所述电路板203短路、或者烧毁。

Claims (8)

1.一种电子装置,包括有电路板、电池、底板及安装板,所述电路板及电池固定在所述安装板上,其特征在于:所述电子装置还包括有控制模组,所述控制模组包括有控制件及触发结构,所述控制件安装在所述电路板上,所述触发结构设在所述底板上;所述控制件在所述底板与安装板安装在一起时挤压所述触发结构而导通,以使所述电路板接收所述电池的供电;所述控制件在所述底板脱离所述安装板时脱离所述触发结构而断开,以使所述电路板停止接收所述电池的供电。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述控制件为一开关。
3.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述触发结构为一片体。
4.如权利要求3所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述触发结构大致垂直于所述底板。
5.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述控制件焊接在所述电路板上。
6.一种断电方法,包括以下步骤:
一电路板接收一电池的供电;
移走一底板,所述底板上的触发结构脱离所述电路板上的控制件;
所述电路板停止接收所述电池的供电。
7.如权利要求6所述的断电方法,其特征在于:所述控制件为一开关。
8.如权利要求6所述的断电方法,其特征在于:所述触发结构为一片体。
