Abstract

一種電子裝置,包括有電路板、電池、底板及安裝板,所述電路板及電池固定於所述安裝板上,所述電子裝置還包括有控制件及觸發結構,所述控制件安裝於所述電路板上,所述觸發結構設於所述底板上;所述控制件於所述底板與安裝板安裝於一起時擠壓所述觸發結構而導通,以使所述電路板接收所述電池之供電;所述控制件於所述底板脫離所述安裝板時脫離所述觸發結構而斷開,以使所述電路板停止接收所述電池之供電。本發明進一步揭露了一種斷電方法。

Description

斷電方法及使用該斷電方法之電子裝置
本發明涉及一種斷電方法及電子裝置,尤指一種能夠保護電路板之斷電方法及電子裝置。
目前,部分筆記本電腦採用之是電池內置結構,當需要拆卸該電池時,需要將筆記本電腦之底殼拆卸,才能拆卸所述電池。
通常,於筆記本電腦出貨或量產前,需要對該筆記本電腦進行多次之拆卸與測試。於拆卸該筆記本電腦時,一般是將底殼拆卸後,先拆卸電池,再拆卸主機板。但有時候,很多人忘記先拆卸電池,而直接拆主機板,此時,就會造成主機板短路,甚至可能燒毀主機板。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種能夠保護電池之斷電方法及電子裝置。
一種電子裝置,包括有電路板、電池、底板及安裝板,所述電路板及電池固定於所述安裝板上,所述電子裝置還包括有控制模組,所述控制模組包括有控制件及觸發結構,所述控制件安裝於所述電路板上,所述觸發結構設於所述底板上;所述控制件於所述底板與安裝板安裝於一起時擠壓所述觸發結構而導通,以使所述電路板接收所述電池之供電;所述控制件於所述底板脫離所述安裝板時脫離所述觸發結構而斷開,以使所述電路板停止接收所述電池之供電。
一種斷電方法,包括以下步驟:
一電路板接收一電池之供電;
移走一底板,所述底板上之觸發結構脫離所述電路板上之控制件;
所述電路板停止接收所述電池之供電。
與習知技術相比,斷電方法及電子裝置,於所述底板拆卸時,直接就使所述控制件脫離所述觸發結構後斷開,從而使所述電路板停止接收所述電池的供電。此時,再拆卸所述電路板,避免電路板短路或燒毀。
請參閱圖1及圖2,於本發明之一較佳實施方式中,一電子裝置200包括有一控制模組100、一底板201、一電路板203、一與所述電路板203電連接之電池204及一安裝板205。所述電子裝置200可是一筆記本電腦或手持電子裝置,圖中以筆記本電腦為例。
所述控制模組100包括有一控制件10及一觸發結構30。
所述控制件10設於所述電路板203上。於一實施方式中,所述控制件10是一開關。於另一實施方式中,所述控制件10是一頂針結構。所述觸發結構30凸設於所述底板201上。於一實施方式中,所述觸發結構30為一片體,並大致垂直於所述底板201。所述控制件10於擠壓所述觸發結構30時導通,於脫離所述觸發結構30時斷開。
所述底板201開設有一收容槽2011,所述收容槽2011可用以收容所述電池204。
所述電路板203對應所述控制件10開設有一缺口2031。故電路板203及所述電池204安裝於所述安裝板205上。
請參照圖3及圖4,組裝時,所述底板201與所述安裝板205固定於一起,所述電路板203及所述電池204夾持於所述底板201與所述安裝板205之間,且所述電池204收容於所述底板201之收容槽2011中。此時,所述底板201上之觸發結構30位於所述缺口2031中,並擠壓所述電路板203上之控制件10,使所述控制件10導通,從而使所述電池204與所述電路板203連通,以使所述電池204接收所述電路板203之供電。
拆卸時,將所述底板201從所述安裝板205拆卸,並移走所述底板201,此時,所述底板201上之觸發結構30脫離所述電路板203上之控制件10,使所述控制件10斷開,所述電池204停止接收所述電路板203之供電。
所述電子裝置200,如筆記本電腦中,使用了以上之控制模組100,拆卸所述筆記本電腦時,先將所述筆記本電腦之底板201拆下,移走所述底板201。所述底板201移走時,所述觸發結構30脫離所述控制件10,所述控制件10斷開使所述電池204停止給電路板203供電。此時,再拆卸所述電路板203,就不會造成所述電路板203短路、或者燒毀。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利要求,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,舉凡熟悉本發明技藝之人士,爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種電子裝置,包括有電路板、電池、底板及安裝板,所述電路板及電池固定於所述安裝板上,所述電子裝置還包括有控制模組,所述控制模組包括有控制件及觸發結構,所述控制件安裝於所述電路板上,所述觸發結構設於所述底板上;所述控制件於所述底板與安裝板安裝於一起時擠壓所述觸發結構而導通,以使所述電路板接收所述電池之供電;所述控制件於所述底板脫離所述安裝板時脫離所述觸發結構而斷開,以使所述電路板停止接收所述電池之供電。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1所述之電子裝置,其中所述控制件為一開關。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電子裝置,其中所述觸發結構為一片體。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之電子裝置,其中所述觸發結構大致垂直於所述底板。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電子裝置,其中所述控制件焊接於所述電路板上。
  6. 一種斷電方法,包括以下步驟:
    一電路板接收一電池之供電;
    移走一底板,所述底板上之觸發結構脫離所述電路板上之控制件;
    所述電路板停止接收所述電池之供電。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之斷電方法,其中所述控制件為一開關。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之斷電方法,其中所述觸發結構為一片體。
