Abstract

一种连接器固定结构及具有连接器的电子装置，包括一固定连接器的电路板及一散热板，所述散热板固定于所述电路板上，所述散热板上对应连接器的位置设有一中空的固定件，所述连接器卡固于固定件内，使连接器稳固于电路板上。本发明通过在散热板上设置固定件，将连接器进一步固定于电路板上，使连接器不易被反复插拔而损坏，延长连接器的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接器固定结构。
背景技术
目前的电子产品，连接器的使用已经越来越普遍，用户经常会对连接器进行反复插拔的操作，由于连接器本身的强度及连接器焊接于产品的主板或壳体上的牢固程度，经反复插拔后，会导致连接器由于固定不稳而翘起或引脚断裂等情形，影响连接器的使用寿命。
发明内容
有鉴于此，有必要提供一种连接器固定结构。
还有必要提供一种具有连接器的电子装置。
一种连接器固定结构，包括一固定连接器的电路板及一散热板，所述散热板固定于所述电路板上，所述散热板上对应连接器的位置设有一中空的固定件，所述连接器卡固于固定件内，使连接器稳固于电路板上。
一种电子装置，包括一上盖、一下盖、一固定连接器的电路板及一散热板，所述散热板及电路板固定于上盖与下盖之间，所述散热板固定于所述电路板上，所述散热板上对应连接器的位置设有一中空的固定件，所述连接器卡固于固定件内，使连接器稳固于电路板上。
本发明的连接器固定结构及带有连接器的电子装置，通过在散热板上设置固定件，将连接器进一步固定于电路板上，使连接器不易被反复插拔而损坏，延长连接器的使用寿命。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参考图1为本发明带有连接器的电子装置100整体示意图，本实施方式中，该电子装置100为一DVD播放机，该电子装置100包括上盖10及下盖20，其中，上盖10上设有容纳DVD光盘的容纳槽11。
请参考图2和图3，所述电子装置100还包括散热板30、电路板40及静电屏蔽罩50，所述散热板30、电路板40及静电屏蔽罩50依次固定于所述上盖10和下盖20之间。
所述电路板40固定于散热板30与静电屏蔽罩50之间，电路板40上焊接有连接器41及其他元件（图未示），所述连接器41固定于电路板40的边缘。所述散热板30配合电路板40的外形设置，包括一固定件31，所述固定件31设置于散热板30的边缘对应连接器41的位置。本实施方式中，所述固定件31外部边缘设有第一开口32和第二开口33，所述第一开口32和第二开口33大致呈U形，第一开口32与第二开口33之间形成一凸壁34，所述凸壁34压紧于所述连接器41上。
安装电子装置100时，焊接于电路板40的连接器41卡固于所述散热板30的固定件31内，使得连接器41稳固于电路板30上。
本发明的连接器固定结构及带有连接器的电子装置，通过在散热板30上设置固定件31，将连接器41进一步固定于电路板40上，使连接器41不易被反复插拔而损坏，延长连接器41的使用寿命。

Claims (6)

1.一种连接器固定结构，包括一固定连接器的电路板及一散热板，所述散热板固定于所述电路板上，其特征在于：所述散热板上对应连接器的位置设有一中空的固定件，所述连接器卡固于固定件内，使连接器稳固于电路板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接器固定结构，其特征在于：所述固定件边缘设有第一开口和第二开口，所述第一开口和第二开口大致呈U形。
3.如权利要求2所述的连接器固定结构，其特征在于：所述第一开口与第二开口之间形成一凸壁，所述凸壁压紧于所述连接器上。
4.一种电子装置，包括一上盖、一下盖、一固定连接器的电路板及一散热板，所述散热板及电路板固定于上盖与下盖之间，所述散热板固定于所述电路板上，其特征在于：所述散热板上对应连接器的位置设有一中空的固定件，所述连接器卡固于固定件内，使连接器稳固于电路板上。
5.如权利要求4所述的电子装置，其特征在于：所述固定件边缘设有第一开口和第二开口，所述第一开口和第二开口大致呈U形。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子装置，其特征在于：所述第一开口与第二开口之间形成一凸壁，所述凸壁压紧于所述连接器上。
