技术领域
本发明主要涉及食品领域,尤其涉及一种减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂。
背景技术
风湿病(rheumatism)是一种与A组乙型溶血性链球菌感染有关的变态反应性疾病。病变累及全身结缔组织,呈急性或慢性结缔组织炎症,主要为胶原纤维的变性和坏死。最常累及心脏和关节,其次是皮下、浆膜、血管和脑。急性期称为风湿热。临床上,除有心脏和关节症状外,常伴有发热、皮疹、皮下结节、小舞蹈病等症状和体征;血液检查,抗链球菌溶血素O抗体滴度增高,血沉加快等。风湿类疾病是一种常见病、多发病,对人类健康危害很大。严重者可致肢体残废,丧失劳动力,给人的思想造成很大的负担。风湿患者从生活和饮食上进行调理,可以大大减轻风湿疼痛。
目前市场的粥的品牌很多,但口味比简单易,能够减轻风湿的粥就更少。本发明提供一种能够减轻风湿患者症状的速食粥冲剂,携带和食用方便,冲泡后即可食用。
发明内容
为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂。
一种减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:大米45~50、黑米25~30、黑麦仁20~25、黑芝麻17~20、黄豆15~18、黑豆15~18、青豆12~14、含硒黑花生8~10、红豆7~9、薏苡仁6~8、芹菜8~10、丝瓜6~8、山药6~8、马齿苋4~6、芝麻花粉4~6、香蜂草4~6、罗勒3~5、海风藤3~5、寻骨风2~4、追风伞2~4、见血飞1~3、柚皮苷0.5~0.7、叶绿素0.2~0.4、岩兰草精油0.05~0.08、食盐1~2、低聚果糖6~8、直投式乳酸菌0.1~0.3、曲酸0.01~0.03。
所述的一种减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂,可直接食用粉剂或用水冲泡后食用,携带和食用方便。
一种减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将大米、黑米、黑麦仁、黑芝麻、黄豆、黑豆、青豆、含硒黑花生、红豆和薏苡仁去杂,洗净,加入大米、黑米、黑麦仁、黑芝麻、黄豆、黑豆、青豆、含硒黑花生、红豆和薏苡仁总重量1~2倍量的水,冷水浸泡4~6小时,加入低聚果糖,打浆,过80~100目筛,大火煮沸3~5分钟,得杂粮浆;
(2)将芹菜、丝瓜、山药和马齿苋去杂,洗净,打浆,过100~120目筛,得果蔬浆;
(3)将果蔬浆加入杂粮浆中,混合均匀,待温度降至38~45℃,接入直投式乳酸菌,35~38℃恒温发酵6~8小时,-55~-60℃真空冷冻干燥,水分含量为5~7%,粉碎,得发酵杂粮粉;
(4)将芝麻花粉、香蜂草、罗勒、海风藤、寻骨风、追风伞和见血飞洗净,打碎,过100~120目筛,加入芝麻花粉、香蜂草、罗勒、海风藤、寻骨风、追风伞和见血飞总重量2~3倍量的体积分数为70~75%乙醇溶液,80~90℃超声提取20~30分钟,0.22μm的滤膜过滤,得滤渣和滤液,重复提取3次,合并所有提取液,45~50℃真空浓缩至干,得中药提取物;
(5)将中药提取物和曲酸加入发酵杂粮粉中,混合均匀,加入柚皮苷、叶绿素、岩兰草精油和食盐,搅拌至均匀,得减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂;
(6)包装,得成品。
大米,能够健脾养胃、益精强体、和五脏、通血脉、止渴、止泻,预防脚气病、消除口腔炎症。
黑米,可开胃益中、滑涩补精、健脾暖肝、舒筋活血,提高免疫力,活血利水、祛风除痹、补血安神、明目健脾、补肾益阴、解毒,乌发黑发,延年益寿。
黑麦仁,黑麦仁能够预防癌症,延缓衰老,预防糖尿病,促进发育,护齿壮骨。
黄豆,营养全面,增强机体免疫,防止血管硬化,促进骨骼发育,缓解手足抽筋疼痛,抗衰老,抗菌消炎。
黑豆,具有美容养颜,抗衰老,促进消化,防止便秘,预防心脑血管疾病,缓解腰膝酸软、四肢麻痹的功能。

下面用具体实施例说明本发明,但并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
一种减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:大米45、黑米25、黑麦仁20、黑芝麻17、黄豆15、黑豆15、青豆12、含硒黑花生8、红豆7、薏苡仁6、芹菜8、丝瓜6、山药6、马齿苋4、芝麻花粉4、香蜂草4、罗勒3、海风藤3、寻骨风2、追风伞2、见血飞1、柚皮苷0.5、叶绿素0.2、岩兰草精油0.05、食盐1、低聚果糖6、直投式乳酸菌0.1、曲酸0.01。
所述的减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂,可直接食用粉剂或用水冲泡后食用,携带和食用方便。
一种减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将大米、黑米、黑麦仁、黑芝麻、黄豆、黑豆、青豆、含硒黑花生、红豆和薏苡仁去杂,洗净,加入大米、黑米、黑麦仁、黑芝麻、黄豆、黑豆、青豆、含硒黑花生、红豆和薏苡仁总重量1倍量的水,冷水浸泡4小时,加入低聚果糖,打浆,过80目筛,大火煮沸3分钟,得杂粮浆;
(2)将芹菜、丝瓜、山药和马齿苋去杂,洗净,打浆,过100目筛,得果蔬浆;
(3)将果蔬浆加入杂粮浆中,混合均匀,待温度降至38℃,接入直投式乳酸菌,35℃恒温发酵6小时,-55℃真空冷冻干燥,水分含量为5%,粉碎,得发酵杂粮粉;
(4)将芝麻花粉、香蜂草、罗勒、海风藤、寻骨风、追风伞和见血飞洗净,打碎,过100目筛,加入芝麻花粉、香蜂草、罗勒、海风藤、寻骨风、追风伞和见血飞总重量2倍量的体积分数为70%乙醇溶液,80℃超声提取20分钟,0.22μm的滤膜过滤,得滤渣和滤液,重复提取3次,合并所有提取液,45℃真空浓缩至干,得中药提取物;
(5)将中药提取物和曲酸加入发酵杂粮粉中,混合均匀,加入柚皮苷、叶绿素、岩兰草精油和食盐,搅拌至均匀,得减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂;
(6)包装,得成品。
实施例2
一种减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:大米48、黑米28、黑麦仁23、黑芝麻18、黄豆16、黑豆16、青豆13、含硒黑花生9、红豆8、薏苡仁7、芹菜9、丝瓜7、山药7、马齿苋5、芝麻花粉5、香蜂草5、罗勒4、海风藤4、寻骨风3、追风伞3、见血飞2、柚皮苷0.6、叶绿素0.3、岩兰草精油0.06、食盐1.5、低聚果糖7、直投式乳酸菌0.2、曲酸0.02。
所述的减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂,可直接食用粉剂或用水冲泡后食用,携带和食用方便。
一种减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将大米、黑米、黑麦仁、黑芝麻、黄豆、黑豆、青豆、含硒黑花生、红豆和薏苡仁去杂,洗净,加入大米、黑米、黑麦仁、黑芝麻、黄豆、黑豆、青豆、含硒黑花生、红豆和薏苡仁总重量1.5倍量的水,冷水浸泡5小时,加入低聚果糖,打浆,过90目筛,大火煮沸4分钟,得杂粮浆;
(2)将芹菜、丝瓜、山药和马齿苋去杂,洗净,打浆,过110目筛,得果蔬浆;
(3)将果蔬浆加入杂粮浆中,混合均匀,待温度降至42℃,接入直投式乳酸菌,36℃恒温发酵7小时,-58℃真空冷冻干燥,水分含量为6%,粉碎,得发酵杂粮粉;
(4)将芝麻花粉、香蜂草、罗勒、海风藤、寻骨风、追风伞和见血飞洗净,打碎,过110目筛,加入芝麻花粉、香蜂草、罗勒、海风藤、寻骨风、追风伞和见血飞总重量2.5倍量的体积分数为73%乙醇溶液,85℃超声提取25分钟,0.22μm的滤膜过滤,得滤渣和滤液,重复提取3次,合并所有提取液,48℃真空浓缩至干,得中药提取物;
(5)将中药提取物和曲酸加入发酵杂粮粉中,混合均匀,加入柚皮苷、叶绿素、岩兰草精油和食盐,搅拌至均匀,得减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂;
(6)包装,得成品。
实施例3
一种减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:大米50、黑米30、黑麦仁25、黑芝麻20、黄豆18、黑豆18、青豆14、含硒黑花生10、红豆9、薏苡仁8、芹菜10、丝瓜8、山药8、马齿苋6、芝麻花粉6、香蜂草6、罗勒5、海风藤5、寻骨风4、追风伞4、见血飞3、柚皮苷0.7、叶绿素0.4、岩兰草精油0.08、食盐2、低聚果糖8、直投式乳酸菌0.3、曲酸0.03。
所述的减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂,可直接食用粉剂或用水冲泡后食用,携带和食用方便。
一种减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将大米、黑米、黑麦仁、黑芝麻、黄豆、黑豆、青豆、含硒黑花生、红豆和薏苡仁去杂,洗净,加入大米、黑米、黑麦仁、黑芝麻、黄豆、黑豆、青豆、含硒黑花生、红豆和薏苡仁总重量2倍量的水,冷水浸泡6小时,加入低聚果糖,打浆,过100目筛,大火煮沸5分钟,得杂粮浆;
(2)将芹菜、丝瓜、山药和马齿苋去杂,洗净,打浆,过120目筛,得果蔬浆;
(3)将果蔬浆加入杂粮浆中,混合均匀,待温度降至45℃,接入直投式乳酸菌,38℃恒温发酵8小时,-60℃真空冷冻干燥,水分含量为7%,粉碎,得发酵杂粮粉;
(4)将芝麻花粉、香蜂草、罗勒、海风藤、寻骨风、追风伞和见血飞洗净,打碎,过120目筛,加入芝麻花粉、香蜂草、罗勒、海风藤、寻骨风、追风伞和见血飞总重量3倍量的体积分数为75%乙醇溶液,90℃超声提取30分钟,0.22μm的滤膜过滤,得滤渣和滤液,重复提取3次,合并所有提取液,50℃真空浓缩至干,得中药提取物;
(5)将中药提取物和曲酸加入发酵杂粮粉中,混合均匀,加入柚皮苷、叶绿素、岩兰草精油和食盐,搅拌至均匀,得减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂;
(6)包装,得成品。
对比例
市售普通速食粥冲剂。
实施例和对比例速食粥冲剂的感官评定:
随机选择40受试者,每位受试者对各速食粥冲剂进行感官评定,并进行打分,每部分共计10分,1~3为一般,4~6为佳,7~9为上佳。10为满分,取其平均值,实施例和对比例速食粥冲剂的感官评定结果如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,实施例减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂食用方便,食材丰富,营养全面,组织细腻,无颗粒感,香、甜、酸搭配可口,具有豆类、果蔬及中药的香味,受到广大消费者的喜爱。
实施例和对比例速食粥冲剂的减轻风湿效果:
有效:关节病变、疼痛、红肿、发热等症状减轻;
无效:关节病变、疼痛、红肿、发热等症状不变或更加严重。
随机选择有风湿症状的患者400位,随机分为4组,每组100人,所有患者在受试期间不刻意食用治疗风湿的药物和食物,每人每天各食用速食粥冲剂250克,受试时间为60天,受试前后均在医院进行检查,并记录检查结果;实施例和对比例速食粥冲剂的减轻风湿结果见表2。

从表2能够看出,实施例的减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂对关节病变、疼痛、红肿、发热等症状的减轻有效率明显较对比例高,长期食用会对风湿病患者有很大的帮助。

1.一种减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂,其特征在于,由以下原料重量份的原料制成:大米45~50、黑米25~30、黑麦仁20~25、黑芝麻17~20、黄豆15~18、黑豆15~18、青豆12~14、含硒黑花生8~10、红豆7~9、薏苡仁6~8、芹菜8~10、丝瓜6~8、山药6~8、马齿苋4~6、芝麻花粉4~6、香蜂草4~6、罗勒3~5、海风藤3~5、寻骨风2~4、追风伞2~4、见血飞1~3、柚皮苷0.5~0.7、叶绿素0.2~0.4、岩兰草精油0.05~0.08、食盐1~2、低聚果糖6~8、直投式乳酸菌0.1~0.3、曲酸0.01~0.03。
2.如权利要求1所述的减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂,其特征在于,可直接食用粉剂或用水冲泡后食用。
3.如权利要求1所述的减轻风湿的速食粥冲剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将大米、黑米、黑麦仁、黑芝麻、黄豆、黑豆、青豆、含硒黑花生、红豆和薏苡仁去杂,洗净,加入大米、黑米、黑麦仁、黑芝麻、黄豆、黑豆、青豆、含硒黑花生、红豆和薏苡仁总重量1~2倍量的水,冷水浸泡4~6小时,加入低聚果糖,打浆,过80~100目筛,大火煮沸3~5分钟,得杂粮浆;
(2)将芹菜、丝瓜、山药和马齿苋去杂,洗净,打浆,过100~120目筛,得果蔬浆;
(3)将果蔬浆加入杂粮浆中,混合均匀,待温度降至38~45℃,接入直投式乳酸菌,35~38℃恒温发酵6~8小时,-55~-60℃真空冷冻干燥,水分含量为5~7%,粉碎,得发酵杂粮粉;
(4)将芝麻花粉、香蜂草、罗勒、海风藤、寻骨风、追风伞和见血飞洗净,打碎,过100~120目筛,加入芝麻花粉、香蜂草、罗勒、海风藤、寻骨风、追风伞和见血飞总重量2~3倍量的体积分数为70~75%乙醇溶液,80~90℃超声提取20~30分钟,0.22μm的滤膜过滤,得滤渣和滤液,重复提取3次,合并所有提取液,45~50℃真空浓缩至干,得中药提取物;
