将上述各组份制成本发明黑芝麻健脾益气酒的生产方法,主要工艺流程为:选料、烘干、配料、浸泡、包装、成品,具体操作方法依次按下列步骤:A、选料、按原料重量配比,挑选符合国家卫生和质量标准的原料黑芝麻、银柴胡、防风、乌梅、五味子、炙甘草、苍耳子、辛夷花、菖蒲、路路通、细辛、蝉蜕、薄荷、薏米、冬瓜仁原料备用;B、烘干、选出的原料分别切成块状置于烘干箱中干化,温度控制在100-120℃,时间60分钟,使原料水份蒸发、灭菌; C、配料、按原料重量配比,将原料依次放入混合箱中搅拌均匀后,二次混合均匀,二次灭菌;D、浸泡、将原料用若干纱、布袋包好,放入60°优质白洒浸泡10-50天,过滤后用28-42±1%(V∕V)乙醇调酒度,质检合格后经过瞬间灭菌后独立包装,制成成品。

1.一种黑芝麻健脾益气酒的配方,其特征在于:它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的,黑芝麻20-35份、银柴胡10-30份、防风10-30份、乌梅10-30份、五味子10-30份、炙甘草10-30份、苍耳子10-30份、辛夷花10-30份、菖蒲10-30份、路路通10-30份、细辛10-30份、蝉蜕10-30份、薄荷10-30份、薏米10-30份、冬瓜仁10-30份。
2.一种黑芝麻健脾益气酒的配方,其特征在于:其中各种原料的重量配比是,黑芝麻20-30份、银柴胡10-25份、防风10-25份、乌梅10-25份、五味子10-25份、炙甘草10-25份、苍耳子10-25份、辛夷花10-25份、菖蒲10-25份、路路通10-25份、细辛10-25份、蝉蜕10-25份、薄荷10-25份、薏米10-25份、冬瓜仁10-25份。
