4.一种制作低糖蔬果饮料的方法,其特征在于:首先,准备如下重量百分比的原材料:芹菜3.6~8.4%、马蹄0.9~2.8%、胡萝卜7~9.4%、玉米粒6~8.4%、紫薯3-4.4%、黑糯米0.4~2.1%、罗汉果浓缩液3~6.7%、蜂蜜2-5%,余量为水;然后,将所述份量的芹菜、马蹄、胡萝卜、玉米粒、紫薯和黑糯米打碎榨汁,加水中混合,煮沸5-10分钟后,离心,取其离心液与所述份量的罗汉果浓缩液、蜂蜜、植脂末和甜炼乳混合,均质。
5.根据权利要求4所述制作低糖蔬果饮料方法,其特征在于:所述离心步骤为通过卧式螺旋卸料离心机进行离心,所述卧式螺旋卸料沉淀离心机转速为3000r/min。
6.根据权利要求5所述制作低糖蔬果饮料方法,其特征在于:所述罗汉果浓缩液的提取方法为挑选罗汉果鲜果,清洗干净,经水煮后捣碎,提取其果汁,将该果汁水煮成浓缩液。
7.如权利要求6所述制作低糖蔬果饮料方法,其特征在于:所述均质步骤的压力为45MPa。
