本发明涉及保健营养品技术制备领域,尤其是涉及一种甘蔗和核桃肉的营养保健饮品。
背景技术
甘蔗汁多味甜,营养丰富,被称作果中佳品,其中的蔗糖、葡萄糖及果糖,含量达12%,甘蔗不仅是冬令佳果,而且还是防病健身的良药,有滋养润燥之功,适用于低血糖症、心脏衰弱、津液不足、咽喉肿痛、大便干结、虚热咳嗽等病症,甘蔗含糖多,甘蔗糖类有抑制癌细胞的作用。
核桃营养丰富,是世界“四大”干果之一。据测定,富含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、膳食纤维、胡萝卜素、维生素E、钾、锰、钙、磷、铁、硒、锌,核桃营养价值是大豆的8.5倍,花生的6倍,鸡蛋的12倍,牛奶的25倍。现代医学证明,经常食用核桃有降低血液中胆固醇和软化血管的作用,经常吃些核桃,既能强壮身体,又能赶走疾病的困扰。核桃具有独特的滋补、营养、保健作用。
在现实生活中,吃甘蔗有渣,非常费牙;吃核桃有硬壳,非常不便,对于中老年人、未成年人、特别是病后初愈的人们来说,更加麻烦。然后甘蔗和核桃又是这一类人最需要滋补的一种营养品,目前市场上又没有把这两种组合在一起的营养品。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述技术的不足而设计的一种甘蔗和核桃肉的营养保健饮品。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案;
一种甘蔗和核桃肉的营养保健饮品,包括有下列原料所组成:甘蔗液、核桃肉和水的磨浆、香精和水。
所述的一种甘蔗和核桃肉的营养保健饮品,其特征是,按其重量百分比原料为:甘蔗液20%、核桃肉和水的磨浆20%、香精0.1%、水59.9%,
所述的一种甘蔗和核桃肉的营养保健饮品,其特征是,经过以下制作工艺步骤:
⑴将鲜甘蔗清洗干净,然后用压榨机压榨、过滤,得到甘蔗液,
⑵将核桃肉和水按1:10的比例用碾磨机碾磨、过滤,得到核桃肉和水的磨浆;
⑶按重量百分比进行复配:甘蔗液20%、核桃肉和水的磨浆20%、香精0.1%、水59.9%,得到复配液;
⑷将步骤⑶得到复配液用搅拌机搅拌均匀;
⑸将步骤⑷搅拌均匀的复配液经-2℃预冻1小时,然后在-20℃以下的条件下继续冷冻4小时,最后将冷冻好的复配液送入冻干机中真空冷冻干燥,所述的真空冷冻干燥是指控制温度-54℃以下,真空度达到4mtorr以下,进行冻干18小时,使复配液中的水份由冰的状态升华为水汽排出,使复配液含水量小于1%,真空包装,即得甘蔗和核桃肉的营养保健饮品。

⑴将鲜甘蔗清洗干净,然后用压榨机压榨、过滤,得到甘蔗液,
⑵将核桃肉和水按1:10的比例用碾磨机碾磨、过滤,得到核桃肉和水的磨浆;
⑶按重量百分比进行复配:甘蔗液20%、核桃肉和水的磨浆20%、香精0.1%、水59.9%,得到复配液;
⑷将步骤⑶得到复配液用搅拌机搅拌均匀;
